Had my tires changed over from All seasons to winter, took a little bit longer than I thought it would. They are professional and for such a busy shop not too much of a wait. They also have their coffee and popcorn there as well now. Value for storing tires went up quite a bit with whatever the tariffs or whatever's going on. That is almost unaffordable. She also gave me a quote while other people were waiting in line so I appreciated that and she did that with patience and did not hurry up along. read more

I actually had my tires replaced at the Les Schwab in Cheney but didn't think to write a review. But as I was driving to Spokane the low tire warning light came on in my instrument panel. I immediately went to the Les Schwab on Third Street, parked, and went inside. A lady asked what she could do for me. When I explained the situation, she asked me to pull in front of one of the service bays. I did so, and when I exited my car, a young man jogged up and asked if I wanted my tires checked. He ended up putting air into three of them (colder weather). I asked how the wear looked and he gave them a good look and told me they looked fine. read more

I made an appointment weeks ago for a brake check After waiting 45 minutes & seeing that my car hadn't been moved, I asked when they would be able to get to it. I was told that having an appointment means they will get it done within an hour & 30 minutes I had planned for an hour for a 15 minute brake check. If I had been told that they were running this late I could have made the choice to leave at that time I feel they need to communicate better read more

They fixed my tire for free, when I was previously out in a rural area and the Les Schwab there said they'd do it for free as well and then reversed their offer, asking for about $30... But this location, despite being in downtown Spokane, the second largest city in Washington, found time on both days, and yes.. I say BOTH days to fix it for free! Turns out the same tire had more issues and after getting it repaired, it was flat with a new hole in it! Patch did not fail, simply a new hole.. I had a CV Axel repaired which went great, until I took my car on the freeway. The splash shield was left unsecured and was dragging, eventually folding completely over. upon returning I was told a missing section with obvious signs of grinding on the road was like that when I brought it in and the best they could do was to look around and attempt to secure what was left. I expressed my displeasure and left with the screws which promptly came loose on the freeway a second time. I returned and had the manager tell me the the missing sections happened more likely from the snow and ice and she secured it (temporarily) with a zip tie. I loved Les Schwab back in Reno having bought multiple sets of tires there. After moving here, I went to Les Schwab for a simple alignment and they told me I needed new bushings and control arms. They refused to align the vehicle until I paid $1200 in repairs. I took my vehicle to the dealership for a fact check and found out the bushings were well within the manufacturers standard, but the struts were leaking and...under warranty! The dealership will be handling all my tire needs now. It was a great 10+ year run with Les Schwab in Reno, NV. I will never go back to a Spokane Les Schwab again. Btw, the dealersip laughed - litterally laughed - at Les Schwab's note about not being able to unscrew the tire valve caps. Good thing the tire store didn't need to put air in the tires. They did not put the proper air in my tires before I left after buying new ones! I kept coming back saying it looked low and my sensors were going off. They lectured me and told me it was my Tpm system malfunctioning....took it to a real mechanic he put air in the tires that led Schwab checked several times and it's all great now....however I drive 2000 miles and I may have destroyed the integrity of my new tires! They were 17 pounds low in almost all 4 tires! read more

Wow! I cannot get over the fact that I left this place without spending a dime! I am incredibly grateful and glad people are running a business and taking care of customers. I was visiting from out of state and got a flat on the road. I drove up with my tire blowing air out, and they found the nail in no time; they managed to patch it up, check all my other tires, and got me back on the road in less than an hr. When they rolled my rental out, I was waiting to have to go inside and pay, but the service man said it was a free service! What on earth??? FREE??? I am still mind blown. Gunnar and the gang were GREAT! I was scheduled for tire changeover tomorrow. My 4-year-old battery from Les Schwab conked out today. They got me right in at 5:15pm, replaced the battery and changed over to the winter tires, too. They even loaned me a charging cable for my phone while I waited, though I didn't wait long. Then, to top it off, they said my bad battery still had a bit of warranty left, and they applied about a 25% credit to the new battery! Less Schwab customer for life, right here! read more

I was visiting my daughter in Spokane and while driving her car picked up a bolt in one tire, we drove straight to Les Schwab and they got us right in. The tire was repaired in 30 minutes and when I went to pay, No Charge, all they asked was that I consider them next time I need tires. WOW, that's customer service at its finest! The lady in this picture is beyond rude she is using Les Schwab as a means to take out her mannish aggression on whoever she deems discriminatable. She is small in stature and her insecurities and misery are completely on display as she is using customers as a emotional punching bag! This happened to me today, it was gross she is a very discerning and undesirable individual who should NEVER be allowed to have access to customers, I am a business owner and I was appalled by her unwillingness to help me in any way, rollinh her eyes, raising her voice, she is in no mental capacity to be working with the public in ANY business! I had an appointment for 4 new tires, she was dismissive and directly mean. She has zero ability to keep her personal life and work life seperate as she lashed out on me several times, when I asked to speak with a manager while trying to come to a solution with my account history, credit, and tires she told her manager you deal with the "asshole"! I wpuldnt be so dissapointed if I was actually an asshole I was just asking for help and answers, she had zero listening or communicative ability. Zero customer skills, RBF and she doesnt even hide it! This person really stood out to me as a societal problem. Ownership should be fully aware of this completely unnecceptable behaviors. I had 4 tires, that I had purchased previously, installed on my vehicle today. I called ahead to check appointment availability and the cost of the service to make sure. When driving to my office, I decided to drop by and see if they had time to perform the service then....they said come on in. At the front desk, I checked again the cost of the tire change, and sat down to await my finished vehicle. After 30 minutes of waiting (which was fine as a walk-in), a Les Schwab employee came and told me that the front desk person was wrong and that my 18 inch wheel was going to be 40% higher than the amount I was twice told. As it was snowing I regretfully decided to pay the unexpected and much higher amount. Get your act together Les Schwab, this has happened several times before at your locations. It's unethical to state an amount for service, then when your customer is in the store expecting the job to be done already, come and significantly change the financial picture completely. I won't be back, it's simple, that's no way to treat your loyal customers. read more

Amazing service!! It's incredible to think and know that the Les Schwab promise is real. We stopped by to get a flat fixed 5 minutes before the store closed and we were blown away. The flat turned out to be a completely punctured tire which could not be salvaged and since we had no spare in the car we had to get it replaced. Not only were we treated with respect and greeted with a smile, everyone was genuinely ready to help even though they were done for the day. Austin got our car and out in about 15 minutes and helped save us quite a bit of money and stress. Considering my sister had to drive the car 5 hours back to Seattle on Monday this was a great way to make sure that the car would perform perfectly for her. Took our car for our first drive after spending close to $500. Drove away from Les schwab and it felt fine untill we went to turn and we could not. They did a horrible job. Not plugging in the censors that they unplugged. everything was loose and the car has not been the same since Les Schwab I don't recommend to anybody we've had nothing but problems with our car since. so the rating is a negative. Because we had to fix our car so we could get home they would not look at the car again and fix what they did wrong. read more

New to the area from CA and went to Les Schwab for the first time; this place is amazing! I needed my tires rotated, they did it so fast and for no charge. They also fixed my tire that had a nail in it at no charge. Customer service was beyond amazing too! I didn't come here for tires but I was having trouble with a screw on my plates. I just moved to Spokane and was looking for a shop that could help. I'd gone to 3 other mechanics who didn't even try to help with such a simple problem and they were charging so much to just remove a screw. I decided to pull into Les Schwab to see if they could do anything, even though they're a tire shop and I'm so glad I did! They were sooo nice and helped me right away! Had 4 tires I needed mounted and balanced. They wanted to charge me a dismount fee. It would have been over$100 to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. They didn't even have to put them in a vehicle or take them off. It would have all been profit for them since the crew was already there anyway. Unfortunately les Schwab has to nickel and dime the customer. I'll never go to a les Schwab again. I've spent $1000's at les Schwab too! Btw, I went to Perfection Tire down the street and they jumped all over it and even had cappuccino and only charged me to mount and balance. I normally by my tires from Schwab but I got these tires cheap for an old pick up. Now I'll buy my tires from Perfection Tire. read more

This is the perfect shop for you if you want to be told that a nail hole in your tire was fixed, but when in reality all they did was keep the car for a couple hours and fill it back up with air. If you like being stranded at work at night with a flat that you were told was fixed earlier that day, you'll love this place. Otherwise stay away. read more

I right there right as they were opening at 8:00 a.m. and they were able to get me out of there within 45 minutes and they didn't even charge me for fixing my tire. I have been familiar with Les Schwab (especially downtown) for many years. My dad always swore by their craft and their service. Both are deteriorating. My car needed shocks and a few other things. My dad and I were familiar faces and always treated like family. Someone worked on my car on a Friday, called to have me pick it up later that day. Saturday morning, my transmission goes out. The man that worked on my car told my bluntly that he was in a hurry to be done and that he rushed his job. Ok, we're all human. No biggie. They took care of it. Sent my car to a tranny place down the street. Paid for it. But from the time I picked it up, they acted like I was not welcome. After decades of business and referrals they screw up my car and have the balls to punish me for it? I would come in to get tire pressure checked and I was asked what I was doing there. One of the employees went to give me a high five and jerked his hand out if the way in front of the manager (who said nothing) and the other customers. Petty and embarrassing. I will not be back. I am beyond angry with the service from this company. I have had multiple issues and I'm pretty sure are safety issues where they should not be allowed to let me drive my vehicle the way way it was. But most recently I had to visit the shop because my tires wouldn't not hold air. I went in about 3-4 times in a matter of 2 weeks.... Once they found a nail or something in my tire (I had been in not even a week before that with low tire pressure and nothing was there. They just filled up my tire and said everything was fine.) well about 3 weeks ago now I went in once again for my tires had a tire replaced and no less then about a week later I blew a tire to then only find out that the wires were showing on not 1 but both of my front tires and was not informed at all that my tread was warm low, look at an alignment, or that the wires were showing.... Now when trying to get them replaced I'm told that sorry nothing we can do but we can't just replace 2 of the tires I need to replace them all. I will never go back to Les Schwab again. read more

When the car was ready and Chris informed that it did need an alignment he also checked my brakes, my shocks, my struts, my tires, and found that everything was in good shape.I requested a tire rotation too, and that was done complimentarily. Absolutely dissatisfied with this downtown Spokane location. My right wheel slid into a curb on ice the night before and the technician at this Les Schwab said I needed to replace the wheel, control arm... a quote totaling $400. I asked if I could drive to Seattle and get work done there--he said I might have some slight wear to the outer edge of my wheel. There was no visible pull on my steering when I drove across the state. I went to my "home-base" Les Schwab in South Seattle yesterday and they took the tire off, bent back the rim with a hammer--and returned my car to me, free of charge. They said it didn't even need a front alignment! All I can say is that as a mid-20's female driver, I am glad I go to a Les Schwab in Seattle where I am treated with respect. It's hard to believe the Spokane Les Schwab was trying to get me to pay them $400 that was not necessary. All Les Schwab locations are not created equally--it depends on the integrity of the employees! read more

I've used Les Schwab for years... but decided to go elsewhere Their priority is to sell you some new tires...and not always honest about. Specifically this location: I bought tires nice tires with them with a great Les Schwab warranty for my subaru. One of them was damaged... when I brought it in for a repair the desk staff preempted me that they could not/ would not sell me just one tire if it was beyond repair and with significant mileage on the tires . It was beyond repair, and I had about 30K miles on those tires. So they insisted needing to replace all tires. However, once they realized these tires were still under warranty, they were only willing to replace one tire. As i was leaving one of the employees advised me that I would need new tires by next year. They didn't even adjust the new tire to match the old ones in wear. I'm no mechanic.. but I know when I'm being scammed. Good luck finding any regional customer service to file a complaint either. Buy your tires elsewhere.. and beware of the this scam if you have an AWD vehicle. read more

These guys were absolutely, hands down amazing. I pulled in here after seeing the sign from the freeway. I was on my way to Big Fork, MT from Seattle and I was getting a nasty, bumpy ride. I feared a tire was going to blow. As soon as I opened my car door a mechanic was right there inquiring how he could help. I explained what was going on and he had my car up on the lift with the tires off to inspect them within 5 minutes . He noticed a defect in the side wall of one of my tires....it was a Firestone tire just days past its warranty's expiration. He took me out to show me what was going on and then offered to call over to the Firestone (apparently just a block away) and see if they'd be willing to work with me. He talked to the manager of the Firestone directly to tell him about my situation and let them know I was on my way over. He said I should try to get them to warranty it out first and if they wouldn't I should come back and he'd help me with purchasing new tires. In addition to making sure I knew what was going on, and showing me so I could point it out to the Firestone guys (which I ended up having to do), he was looking out for me and not his bottom line. What an amazing experience. Firestone did warranty out my tire since there was a slight defect, the warranty had only just expired a few days before and the tire had no where near the mileage cap for the warranty. read more
