Unprofessional work. They half ass prep and their power coating sucks. Got all four rims done and before I could even get them on my car I noticed defects in the paint. Contacted the business to be told it was my fault I had to argue to get them to redo their work. Got the damaged rim back to only have more issues with the paint. Called the business again and like before tried passing the buck and refused to take accountability for a poor job. The second time the lady tried again blaming someone else and refused to acknowledge proof that their shop messed up. Don't recommend, go look for a real professional shop. I understand now why I was told to look somewhere else. read more

BEWARE!! While they are convenient, they lack the tools or knowledge to do the job right. They are unable to sand blast their own or others powder coating off so they send wheels out to a shop and charge you a crazy amount. I requested a special color which I was charged extra for however they failed to spray on a clear coat which was recommended by the supplier. After the wheels oxidized after a couple days I was on the hook for paying to get them re sandblasted so they could re-do them. When I asked them about this they said I should have told them to put the clear coat on. The whole point of taking something to a shop is because they are supposed to know what's going on. Would have been less expensive to buy brand new wheels after everything was said and done. Spend the time and take you wheels to someone who knows what they are doing. Also got the car back and a tire go flat 3 days later because of a bad valve stem they didn't replace read more

I've used wheelman to fix my ugly rims in the past. There was a few bumps in the road but they were easily over looked. This time around though, they were completely unprofessional. They had one rim of mine for almost 3 months now, when I called an asked about the status of my rim they said they needed a picture of the other ones cause they didn't mark it an forgot which one was mine. Fine, that's extremely unprofessional but I was willing to work with them still. But when they "found" my tire an rim they told me they can't fix it an to come pick it up. My wheels had excessive fisheyes in the finish. Fisheyes are caused from silicone/tire dressing or other contamination. This can be absolutely minimized if not totally eliminated by thoroughly cleaning the wheels before blasting and again cleaning with a quality body shop wax and grease removed prior to spraying. I was very disappointed in their unprofessional response when I pointed out the excessive flaws. They don't claim a perfect finish as per their disclaimer but it was very evident that shortcuts were taken, and they admitted rushing 1 of the wheels which they did a second time at no charge. I was eventually issued a full refund which was satisfactory but I would have much rather had a quality job done, along with an admission of poor quality. Instead they argued that no one else had complained and my standards were too high. Overall very disappointed with the unprofessional way in which this was handled, but very relieved I ended up walking away with a refund. read more

I wasted a bunch of time today taking my car to a shop getting the wheels pulled off and put on blocks only come down and find out they don't want to touch my wheels because there's a light coating of plasti dip on the wheels from the previous owner. For a shop that claims to repair all sorts of wheels is kind of crazy they don't wanna touch them because of a little plasty dip. He told me how to remove the coating but I don't have time. Why wouldn't they just remove it using that Method and charge me the labor. The other set I brought them today we had sent photos first. Once I brought them down they told me that they couldn't fix it so I literally brought two sets of wheels down here to only turn around with both sets and no repairs and powder coat. The employee try to tell me that last time they try to Sand blast plasti dipped wheels it plugged their filter on the sand blaster and cost them $40,000. Come on what kind of inexperienced idiot do they take me for. On the bent wheels I brought down for a customer they said they will crack if they try to straighten them. Isn't this the place that repairs cracks!?! Well way to go Wheel Man I was a repeat customer that you just lost. I also know a ton of people in the car community that will also be hearing about my experience. Now we will just dismount the tires and take them to local powder shop. Pretty sad this place got this lazy. Oh yea... at first he told me I can't do your wheels because they are 2 piece wheels. I had to explain to a wheel guy no they are not.
