When getting quoted for a job they did not come look at the car and the new part I wanted to install so I either thought they were confident they know what they're doing/talking about, but no. They assumed it was a part different than discussed and didn't realize it would require more work than replacing the original part. They then asked for more time mid job and an increase in the job's cost (from what I originally agrred and signed for. I returned at a later date to ask how much it would be to finish and they said since the bumper has to come off, it would take around 2 hours of labor, so the cost would be $300. The original tech had told me he had everything routed for me to finish wiring "without" taking the bumper off. So either it takes them a ridiculous amount of time to take a bumper off I could do in much less than an hour, or they're lying about things and can't keep their stories straight. No wonder I've walked in while they argued on the phone with someone.

From the minute you talk to him, you know that he is knowledgeable in all trades and makes an excellent general Contractor. We had him change out and assemble our new pendants, chandelier in the dining area and outside lighting. He even hung up a curved double shower curtain rod (Hey, we know our limitations). Right from that initial contact with Brian, he was direct, honest and let us know that his company is very busy and as soon as the fixtures come in to let him know and if his electrician is too busy, he'd be happy to change them out. He was true to his word..... so how many people in the trades can say this? He came when he said he would, and did and excellent and quality job. They would keep the doors open in summer and bugs would fly on the painted parts. I was suppose to be an inspector but I ended up being a loader, and unloader. They picked on the new people. My supervisor use to act nice to me and report things to my supervisor that was untrue. I was bored there. Not professional. They go through people quickly, and I can see why. Lot's of backstabbing, lot's of picking on people they don't like. I use to go out in the back and watch the trains go by on break, instead of spending it wit them. Love to powder coat paint, but not with their antiquated equipment. That supervisor they have on swing shift with no front teeth really needs to go.

Stopped by their shop to see if they could put up a patio cover on my house now. Justin helped me, very courteous and came out the next day to get measurements and gave me a quote that day. Even being busy they came out in a fair amount of time and put it up. It took about a day and a half to get the job done and I can't say enough about how much I love it and how great of a job the guys did. They were very professional, answered all questions I had, cleaned up all the mess afterward, and just did a great job. The work was requested because the poorly protected porch steps became dangerously iced over every winter in spite of every effort to keep them clear. Ice sometimes got to the depth of six inches. Our fear was that the roof, though necessary, would be unsightly. Not so!
