I bought some original Lexus wheels for use with winter tires but the silver was too bright for my taste. Aston suggested a local sandblaster as he does not have the facilities to blast large parts. That worked out well. Ashton then worked with me to match the color I wanted along with a clear coat with the gloss level that would look "right." I left the wheels with him on a Monday and he had them ready for me on Friday. The wheels turned out beautifully. The color and finish is great. From the minute you talk to him, you know that he is knowledgeable in all trades and makes an excellent general Contractor. We had him change out and assemble our new pendants, chandelier in the dining area and outside lighting. He even hung up a curved double shower curtain rod (Hey, we know our limitations). Right from that initial contact with Brian, he was direct, honest and let us know that his company is very busy and as soon as the fixtures come in to let him know and if his electrician is too busy, he'd be happy to change them out. He was true to his word..... so how many people in the trades can say this? He came when he said he would, and did and excellent and quality job. Brian is honest and is a man of integrity and we are happy that in this crazy, busy and challenging times trying to get someone to even show up and at least return a phone call is a win! Our recent experience was a mixed bag: The initial service seemed fine and in keeping with what I…read morehave come to expect from Les Schwab. However, hours after my daughter left the business driving her Toyota 4Runner, one wheel fell off of the vehicle. Fortunately she was driving very slowly on a snow-covered residential street when this happened. I contacted the store the next morning and spoke to Kenny, the manager on duty. He arranged for a tech to meet us at the vehicle and put the spare on. The tech beat us there. He already had the vehicle lifted and was waiting for the keys to access the spare. It was bitter cold (maybe 20 degrees) during this time. He put on the spare, made sure it was adequately inflated, and then checked the torque on the remaining wheels. My daughter drove the vehicle to Schwab, where Kenny explained that the likely reason for the mishap was that this particular wheel had to have the TPM removed by drilling it out. They washed out the resulting debris. Kenny believed that the wheel had ice on the backside when it was installed on the vehicle and properly torqued (per reviewing the video of the service bay in question). The ice eventually melted, resulting in loose lug nuts. Kenny explained the above to me not as an excuse, but simply as an explanation of what likely occurred. He told me that Les Schwab would make the vehicle whole again at no cost to us. He made it so. As a result of the mishap, the wheel was damaged, the wheel studs were questionable, the rotor cover was bent, and an internal portion of the fender popped off. Kenny ordered a new wheel, they replaced all of the studs, bent the rotor cover back into position, and purchased and installed new clips to hold the fender component back in place. Another factor was that after having the new tires installed, my daughter drove to the dealer to have an oil change performed. It was possible that the dealer had removed the wheel during their service, but since they were closed for Christmas Eve, we were unable to speak to them. Kenny waved this matter aside, saying that he would correct everything even if it was the dealer who made the error. While it was very disconcerting to have the wheel fall off, Kenny did the absolute best he could to satisfy us as customers. I am sure the tech who installed the wheel with ice on it learned an important lesson. Kenny's ownership of the circumstance and measures to correct it left us feeling very satisfied with Les Schwab. Kenny could lead a Master Class on customer service.

Unfortunately, nothing about the service visit was as expected, including the quoted pricing. Here is an excerpt from the email I sent to them, which went unanswered: - Originally I was quoted a discount price on the dryer vent cleaning that I was told was a greater discount than the military discount. At the completion of the service, the dryer vent discount was not offered and so I paid more for the service. - I was also told that the service would take approximately 3 hours to complete, and then was told by the technician that arrived that it take approximately 2.5 hours. He was done in 75 minutes and appeared to be in a hurry. No explanation was given as to why the work was done early. - There was dirt and debris located in every room after the technician left. I spent almost an hour vacuuming floors and furniture to clean up the mess left behind. - The brand new filter was still accumulating large pieces of dust and dirt after the service was completed. I was told the vents were completely cleaned. Disappointed to say the least....
