We made an appointment to visit their showroom warehouse. My husband and I were impressed with the quality of the product as well as the customer service. We had demolition that needed to be done, and were able to place a deposit but delay delivery until we were ready. The space has turned out as beautiful as I imaged, the installation went smoothly even though our old house has crooked uneven walls. All the fine tuning has been completed, I need to finish installing the hardware and now it's time to start putting everything away in our new space. I told exactly what I wanted because my kitchen is very small. I get the plans back and it was done all wrong. So I emailed them back and the associate proceeded to tell me what I can do with my kitchen. The working triangle was all wrong. I asked for a walk in pantry, and what I received was 2 shelves and base cabinets. I wouldn't even be able to get to my shelves without climbing on my counters. I wish they would have listened better. Then when I asked if they could come back out so I could explain better. They said that they were super busy and they would have to wait for a slow day to come by.

Dan Myers ( the dad of Jeff Myers I believe) was so rude to me in my own home in Spokane Valley, WA. I asked him to take off his shoes before walking on my new carpet and he refused (and this is a carpeting guy!!). I asked if he could cut the carpet to lessen the bulging and he said "I have been in the business twice your age, you don't tell me what to do...Why don't you point me to the problems and zip it!" Whoa! I was not expecting this. The guy has poor demeanor. I was livid! It's only been a year and 5 months and the carpet that was installed by Dan Myers was showing signs of bulges and wrinkles in all the rooms. It wasn't our fault that our newly built home (now 1.5 years old) has terrible looking carpets due to bulges and wrinkles. This was definitely not a sign of wear and tear on our part. When asked that the carpet to be stretched, Dan consistently made up excuses to procrastinate fixing. Overall all, this business has no integrity, rude customer service, and does the worst carpet installation. Make sure you don't have this contractor putting in carpet for your new home. You'll end up mad and disappointed like me.

I got cut off, given the middle finger, then slammed on his brakes literally right in front of me on the freeway, almost causing a major accident during rush hour and completely not caring. Now I really hope that this is not the look of the company, but to see an employee act this horribly and with no regard for anyone's safety or the company property, makes me not want to find out.
