It had been a few months since I had driven due to a surgery. (I totally forgot to turn off my 4x4 since the last time I drove it was in the snow) They could have taken advantage of me but they didn't. They called right away and had me come pick it up and we had a good laugh. Another wonderful experience I had was when my brakes went out on my vehicle, they called me the same day and told me they actually found a warranty at the dealership and due to the warranty it would be at no cost if I brought it there.
