He walked me through the lot discussing pros and cons of the various trailers and when it was time to ring me up, I asked for a tongue lock, he gave me the correct one. He ensured I had a spare tire which they mounted for me, and a wrench in case a tire situation arose and explained how everything worked. He let me test and play with everything until I was comfortable how it all worked. Even post sale, I got home and discovered some things I didn't know about and he spent hours texting and explaining things to me. Sent me websites to learn more and didn't let go until I was confident I could use this trailer the right way. They ran us through the safety checks, maintenance requirements, ... everything. Prices are reasonable - especially considering the quality of what we got; a beautiful 7x14' utility trailer that tows like a breeze. The RV itself is great, which is why I gave this three stars instead of one. That is where it ends. The service details and inspection department is terrible. They keep it for an entire week after you purchase your RV, so the service department can go through it, inspect and adjust or fix anything the needs repairing, right? Well, I don't know what they did during that week, but the septic tank came to us plugged. Their suggestion was to use the tablets, which did work eventually, but had they done the check system in the first place, we wouldn't have had to deal with it. The pipes under the sink have been leaking since we brought it home. They are now fixed (by us), but again had they done the check system in the first place, we wouldn't have had to deal with it. The shower was leaking under the sink in the close out area. It's fixed now by us but, had they done the check system in the first place, we wouldn't have had to deal with it. This RV was not even two years old when we bought it and there were just too many issues that should have been caught and repaired by the service department during the week they kept it for "inspection." IF you purchase from this Blue Dog location, possibly bring someone along who knows the ins and outs of RVs to check over their work. Don't just trust that they are doing their job with the inspection/repairs. Finally, we paid cash for this, which they weren't thrilled about. Then their sales department tried pressure and push us to buy the three year warranty. Now I see why. We didn't purchase the warranty and we are glad we didn't. Their RVs can be good, the service department, not so much!

Just got off the phone with Mike from Freedom RV. I've been waiting 2.5 months for the clear title…read moreon the rig I paid $19K cash on. I was supposed to have my title within a week or so, but instead I'm getting the run around. I'm stuck in Texas waiting to register my rig, and I can't go anywhere because they have dropped the ball on getting the title to me. They sent my title to the wrong place after I made an extra trip to sign paperwork to change where it should be sent. I'm trapped here because they won't get it together and figure out how to expedite my title. At this point, I can't recommend sending your business here. Really hoping they will help me out and get on it. Update || 6.16.17 || Well, I just received my title in the mail after four months!! Relieved to have it in hand. Mike was helpful throughout the process, despite it testing all of our patience and frustrations sometimes making their way through. Tara, the woman who originally sent my title to the California DMV wound up being relatively unhelpful. There was a point I called her six times over the course of two weeks leaving voicemails, and I didn't hear back from her. I'm not sure what her situation is, but having sent my title to the wrong place and then not making the effort to call back and help get it sorted through didn't leave me with a great impression. Perhaps she has other things going on that made it a challenge. I wound up having to send in a request of release to the California DMV instructing them to call me for a mailing address, and they sent it to me. All in all, I really appreciated Mike's help. I wish the title had been sent to the correct address in the first place, but what're you gonna do? If I'd received better service from Tara, I would make this a five star review. But the fact remains that the error was made, I was given justifications instead of apologies, and left much of the time to sort out someone else's error on my own.
