in 2025 I wanted a trailer, a very specific trailer. I found one for a super reasonable price in Post Falls ID / Spokane WA, where Jonathan received me unannounced 2 hours before my appointment, and spent hours with me answering every question I came up with. He walked me through the lot discussing pros and cons of the various trailers and when it was time to ring me up, I asked for a tongue lock, he gave me the correct one. He ensured I had a spare tire which they mounted for me, and a wrench in case a tire situation arose and explained how everything worked. He let me test and play with everything until I was comfortable how it all worked. Even post sale, I got home and discovered some things I didn't know about and he spent hours texting and explaining things to me. Sent me websites to learn more and didn't let go until I was confident I could use this trailer the right way. Thanks Jonathan, I'm sitting here camping in the Arizona Desert for the past month in this little trailer that just does not have limits. The mud is just because it has been raining alot. Paid near 8 grand for a tandem axel 6x12 and the inside wood paneling on trailer doors immediately warped terribly, the screws for the roof are way longer then necessary leaving over and inch of exposed self tapping screws all around the inside of the roof, not very pleased with my purchase at this point. read more

I looked locally for a 6x12 trailer for around $2,500 and only found a beat up one for $3k. When we called this place they had what we wanted starting at $2500-$2800. We drove up immediately knowing we wanted to buy. We left spending $3,600 but we upgraded to a heavier duty, more securely built brand new trailer and added vents and a spare tire. We are so happy with our purchase and the guys here are great. It took a long time - likely mostly because they had to dig the trailer out of the snow and make the changes we wanted but that's all kind of to be expected with a purchase like this. They hook it up for you and everything. We took it home that day and added a slate looking linoleum floor to it and immediately installed it with what else we needed and I'm super happy with our purchase. I would definitely buy again from here. They're able to offer way better prices than anyone because they move so many trailers. The prices are really unbeatable and they do all the insurance stuff right there for you immediately. Road side assistance and all that is included and they handle the paperwork. Easy Peasy purchase. Whenever we upgrade again we will be back here. For sure. But do expect to upgrade no matter what your budget is, haha. read more

Had a 11:00am appt this 4th day of March for trailer inspection ! I got there about 20 min till 11...... 11am came around & all the information was still n a secret vault? 11:15 A guy says I need to sign a form, Putting AAAALLLL responability on me, n case they screw up? No Pride N Products? I returned bout 12:30 to ck up on the progress.. THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED?? No phone call, saying they haven't started?? WTF? My parents bought a trailer here last August. Within that time the trailer started falling apart. The back gate seized up so bad that the handle would bend and it took a torch to loosen up the rust. And speaking of rust the entire outside looks like it's a 5 year old trailer already with how badly it's rusting. When we brought it in the service was less than helpful and in the end we walked away with a temporary solution to the gate and some touch up paint we have to apply ourselves. Surely for $7k you can get better quality and service. Very disappointing. read more

Unbelievable lack of customer service. Called one morning to make an appointment for a service visit and was told the service manager would call me back to discuss what I needed done. Waited all day with no return call. Called again that afternoon and was told someone would get right back to me. Three days later and not one call from anyone. Apparently they don't want my business so I will be going elsewhere. Their loss because I was considering purchasing another trailer from them but won't be now. read more

They will not service your equipment unless you purchased it from them or is manufactured by one of the companies the sell trailers for. I made an appointment to have some work done on my snowmobile trailer and they called me back an hour later to tell me they didn't want the business because it wasn't one of their trailers. I cannot speak highly enough about, not only this business, but the employees. I purchased a trailer from TrailersPlus this past weekend, and from the time I walked into this business I was treated as a friend, not a customer or a possible sale. Brandon was my salesman. He listened attentively to why I needed a trailer and did his best to meet my needs and stay within my budget. At the end of the sale, I feel that I left TrailersPlus with a win win situation. I got a great trailer, at a great price, and I had a pleasurable buying experience. I had an issue after the sale, that was totally MY fault, and the management at TrailersPlus worked with me to get the issue resolved in short order to ensure that I was satisfied with the buying experience. They could have easily taken my money and told me that the problem was mine, but that is not what happened. They valued me as a customer and did their best to make sure I was happy. These folks will have my gratitude for as long as I am around to give it, and I will recommend this business to anyone and everyone that I can. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Their Carry-On trailers do not have primer and they are dipped in vat of paint and show up on the lot with runs and drips all over. Most of the time they show up on the lot with wet paint and dirt and dust embedded that you cannot remove. The trailer will rust within a month and their trailers have a ZERO paint warranty just ask them. If you pay special attention to the welds you will find they are some of the worst you've seen. They also use cheap scotch locks to tie in the electrical that have zero weather protection so you will deffeinty have wiring issues within the first year. Their Interstate trailers claim to have a one piece roof but in reality their 8.5 wide trailers have 2 seams, they use aluminum tape that runs down both lengths on the sides that will disintegrate in the heat or if that doesn't happen the snow will pull it off as it slides off of the trailer and the trailer will leak. I'd go to Fox Trailers for a better priced better built trailer. read more

I went to another trailer dealer 1st as it was for a trailer they advertised online (also in Post Falls, ID). I waited in that office for 10 minutes without even eye contact from a man on the phone. Eventually, I met a lady and asked her about the trailer. She and I walked through the mud and was not able to locate it after several laps. I was told it was sold and they would charge me extra for using my debit card if I did not have cash. I left. When i arrived at TrailersPlus, I was greeted as I exited my truck and we went to look at enclosed trailers. I learned more about trailers and their construction there. I selected a trailer that was well built and left satisfied in the service, salesman, and quality of my purchase. read more
