It is with great disappointment that I have to write this review and give this company 1 Star. It…read morewas meant to be 5 stars, but we hit a roadblock at some point. They are family owned and operated and have a great inventory. Their prices and reviews between Kelly Blue Book and Cargurus matched up with my research and expectations, and yet they were still willing to negotiate. The staff were welcoming, inviting, courteous and attentive; they were everything you'd expect from a family owned dealership. They met and exceeded my expectations for what was a dreaded interaction with a car dealership. But here's where the roadblock hit. They place an anti theft device on every vehicle. I was casually told it was to track their inventory between their lots in Coeur d Alene and Spokane. I was told not to worry about the cost ($399) because it was "folded" into the price of the car. But when I made it to the finance office, and agreed to a price, there were doc fees and taxes, which I understood, but there was also the $399 add on, which I did not request. I logically debated with the finance director, who only had two months under his belt in that position, so I think we were both trying to understand the situation. The finance director said the charge had to happen, and after 3.5 hours of sitting around, I was over it and signed the paperwork. When I got home and read thru the two stacks of stapled paperwork, I found one line that crushed my experience. "Purchasing the Ikon car technology is not a requirement for the purchase of the vehicle." Talk about insult to injury. Not to mention the lack of transparency from a family owned and operated company that I felt comfortable and secure with. Asking them for a refund was not an option. They shut me down. I still don't understand. Also, the sales person I met with was let go that day. And they still wouldn't own up to the miscommunication. I believe you will get a good car from them. They service them and invest money to prepare them. But just know, legally, you don't have to pay for what you don't ask for. And if they make you pay, walk away.

Use to be good - SUCKS NOW~ The service is REALLY BAD! When…read moreI first started using Leland 4 or 5 years ago it was good. It's gone REALLY downhill in the past year and a half. This past summer of 2018 my trailer was in the shop for 2 front air bags. 4 days and $1500 later it was done. In the process Leland broke my air scale, broke my welds on my slider, cut the welds on my slider and left them that way, bent a cross member using a cum along to move my slider, didn't fix the air leaks on the new air tank they installed last time, the brake shoe that was slipping out that Leland installed in a prior visit wasn't fixed, and didn't align the trailer after altering components that impacted the alignment. Communication about the progress of the repairs was non-existent and no pre-approval was done for charges/actions beyond the estimate. The trailer came back LATE AND WITH MORE ISSUES THAN IT HAD GOING IN. AFTER YEARS OF USING LELAND I'M GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.

He walked me through the lot discussing pros and cons of the various trailers and when it was time to ring me up, I asked for a tongue lock, he gave me the correct one. He ensured I had a spare tire which they mounted for me, and a wrench in case a tire situation arose and explained how everything worked. He let me test and play with everything until I was comfortable how it all worked. Even post sale, I got home and discovered some things I didn't know about and he spent hours texting and explaining things to me. Sent me websites to learn more and didn't let go until I was confident I could use this trailer the right way. Would not recommend, this dealer to no one. Problems started with long time salesman, Then when…read moresales manager got involved, he did not believe me or my wife, and things just got worse. The trailer we bought was poorly built Starcraft, and noticed things the day we got it home. Staples in ceiling, caulked over to hide staples, and they were so visibly noticeable our freinds notice the first time it was looked at. Paneling on kitchen side wall bulging from an un attached panel, no stud even at seam. Wall paper coming un done at flooring . My wife only put 2 small saucein overhead above sink, next day bottom dropped out of cabinet two staple shots neither hit a thing. Gaps in paneling, all around bed, bathroom & where cabinets mounted. Dinette blinds and curtian.s fell off wall 3 night home. Also we found someone had drilled holes in underbelly plastic so water can drain the trailer has water leaks. I called Click It to express my displeasure. The guy who was working filling in said on Friday he would have someone call Monday. next Friday at the dentist a week later my phone had two missed calls with no message. It was Click It with no voice mail left. Since all this has happened we have called the factory and listed more than this. Bottom Line we will never do business with Click It RV again
