My husband and I entered in a rent to own agreement for one of the sheds on this lot. We have…read morebought 6 other buildings from 2 other companies and start with RTO and payoff within the first couple months. We stopped to look at a greenhouse but fell in love with a cute 10x12 and went online and purchased... Everything was good and my husband really liked the guy who delivered the building... We paid 2 months as part of the contract. In the second month we had a horrible experience with the payment management company back east. Although we signed a contract with specific terms the company kept quoting their own policies outside of the contract terms. The interactions were horrible. We decided to end our month to month agreement. I thought maybe we should reach out to the local company to let them know what transpired and even thought of just paying off the shed up front. However the conversation with the Bonners Ferry office was not much better so we are terminating our relationship. I highly recommend you look at other sheds sellers in the area...the Shed Center is about $1,000 more on comparison sheds.

My only suggestion would be that they could benefit from having the various plant areas well marked (kind of like street signs!) to assist you in finding what you are looking for as you wander around. Most nursery's do not have this and it would be SO helpful!
