Thank you, Rocky!! Before my review, let me first start off with this request...If there's: a car, a truck, any vehicle with flashing lights and especially a person walking on the side of the highway, PLEASE MOVE OVER TO GIVE THEM SPACE! I found it an incredibly dangerous position to be in. Even with all the lights on a heavy wrecker, and cones set out, multiple vehicles and trailers STILL crossed the white line!!! Ridiculous. Onto the review- I had my tire completely separate on I-90 during peak traffic and heavy rain. A previous owner of my truck had removed the tire iron & jack, so I was going to need a tow. Because of the location of the flat tire, a lot of time would have been required to prep for a tow, but Rocky pulled off a MacGuiverism and got me rolling in no time, WITHOUT the inconveniences involved with a physical tow!! Well worth the money spent! All because of the added convenience provided by the EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE of tow operators like ROCKY!! Two thumbs up!! This was my first time having a tow. And my experience could not have been better... John was the most kind and gentle person, which I NEVER expected. You think of tow guys and you think rough around the edges-get the job done- kind of guys. Not John. He was kind, patient and genuine. He even had the seat warmer turned on for me when I not so gracefully climbed into his very high truck with my 5'4 stature. John comforted me in a very scary time for me and counted my blessings for me. At one point I asked him what he liked about his job and I will never forget what he said, "I meet people in some of the hardest times. They've just had an accident or car trouble and need my help. Super Service! The driver Damian, came 300 miles to pick my car up and deliver it to the Tesla Service Center in Liberty Lake WA. I was able to ride back with him so that I could pick up a loaner car. I must say that Damian is one careful and courteous driver. During the trip we ran across some of the worst conditions that I have ever seen on Lookout Pass - water, slush and heavy heavy snow! Damian took it all in stride and didn't miss a beat. All I can say is that he has great vision - - I was barely able to tell where the road was. He was a great conversationalist and made the time pass effortlessly. He even stayed with me to get the loaner and make sure I got off safely. (A word to management -- You better keep this guy, because he is worth his weight in gold!) Thanks again! read more

We live on a steep dirt road around the lake and for the first time ever I didn't make it up the hill due to the road being sheer ice. I made it almost to the top and then slid down backwards about 200 feet. I got lodged in a snow bank. Thank God it was there, otherwise I would have gone over the hillside and into the lake! Tyson came to my rescue and was very reassuring that he would be able to get me out. He knew all the little tricks to make it easier. He said it was the worst situation he's seen all season. Tyson successfully pulled me up an icy hill and got me to a safe landing to park my car. I'm so grateful that I almost wanted to give him a big hug. Instead he gets a 5 star review. A couple of weeks back, my boyfriend and I ran into some trouble with our bus and called every single tow company in town ( not kidding) to get some much needed help towing it from downtown. Rocky really did a fantastic/ efficient job at such a late hour in the night. He was very laid back and easy going, which helped us with our stressful night. He even gave us a tip on some diesel knowledge when we thought we were going to have to spend some big bucks to get it fixed. We used his advice and the bus is back and running! My friend and I were on our way for a hike when the roads started to get too rough. It was a nice day but the snow was just becoming too deep for our liking, despite having AWD. Unfortunately, when we attempted to turn around we got our SUV stuck in a snowy ditch on the side of a mountain. After calling AAA as well as another towing service with no luck, we called Reliable Towing and they were a Godsend. Jenn was so helpful over the phone and even checked in on us while we waited. Sean came and got us out, then proceeded to make sure we made it back down the mountain. I can't say enough about this company. 10/10 recommend! read more

My son was driving down the highway and his front left tire came halfway off we called AAA and they dispatched to Reliable Towing and a very nice young man by the name of Von. The problem arose when we were pulling the car up onto the tow truck the wheel completely came off. Von had the correct tools to do the job and he did it without causing further damage to the underside of the car. He was very personable on time and just all around a good guy I highly recommend Von with Reliable Towing. If I ever need a tow truck I hope to deal with reliable again and hopefully directly with Von himself read more

We got this tow through our AAA membership. John showed up very quickly to tow a car in our driveway. But before he arrived, the clutch slave cylinder in another truck blew out completely. He suggested he could just take the car and truck together and save us the hassle of getting a second towing. He was helpful, fun to talk to, and delivered both vehicles to the mechanic without incident. I would definitely use him again, although we got the tow through AAA and I'm not sure if we can specifically choose him through AAA next time. If we can, we will! read more

I had a very long day and not too good of a day either but to top it off I came of of the store to find my car with a flat tire. My daughter's car broke down on the freeway. Called Reliable Towing after getting my daughter to work. From the time I called, it was just over an hour for them to get me in touch with the driver, meet him at a safe place to give him the key and get the car to my mechanic (10 miles away.) Great customer service and speedy response! I appreciate the extra effort to meet somewhere other than the side of the freeway to get the key. Truck had a flat but was drivable so she had me pull off the highway into a safe area for loading ( no further than 20 yards). Got the truck loaded and secured in no time. A quick trip to Les Schwab. My review is late. Happened last summer. We called Reliable, he arrived in a timely manner. Rocky was friendly, reassuring and did everything in his power to get us moved.
