I personally could have ordered the part for a little over $100. To add on to that they ran a "mandatory" diagnostic on my car even after i knew what was wrong and 100% DID NOT ask them to run. After, i decided to just replace the part myself and get my car towed home due to their pricing being unrealistic. They said that I would still have to pay them the diagnostic charge of $200 DOLLARS! This company is greedy, has unrealistic pricing, and is not willing to work with customers who are low on funding. DEFINITELY don't recommend.

But Jim offered to drive me home to wait since he had to go that way for a short errand. So that was really nice. My appointment started at 10am, and I had my car back around 3pm. All fixed up! Plus a random extra bolt put in place to stop my exhaust from rattling, so that was cool! The price was certainly reasonable. This is on top of $159.00 for the part. I wanted them to see if they could fix it but not at $540.00 total. When I objected, the owner took like $10.00 off to "help me out".

I have not had good luck with this business. Repairs having to be done multiple times to get things…read moreright, phone calls not returned... and when I am looking for aftermarket parts and accessories, they seem to only carry the most expensive available. Generally speaking, when I am at the store/shop, everyone is friendly and professional. On the phone, the service techs have provided what I perceive to be good advice. So, it's not that the facility isn't nice, or the staff isn't friendly. It is, and they are. I *want* to like them, but in person - they just seem to fall short. As these guys do have the reputation for being a solid business (maybe based on sales and not service?) I will continue to use them when necessary. They just need better follow-through. I'll be happy to change my mind and update this review if and when they do.
