We had an issue with a leak in the roof of our Super-C and brought into Bobby Combs because we have…read morepreviously done business with them. After the roof was gone over and any possible problem spots were addressed I came to pick up the RV. When I drove it out I discovered it was still leaking after a heavy rainstorm. I turned around and went back. They accepted it back into the shop with no problems. After a week or two I was called that the RV was ready. When I arrived they surmised the leak was caused by a bolt or rivet had backed out near the front of the awning allowing water in. After fixing the issue I brought it home and had no other issues throughout the winter. Until I can get my shop finished it unfortunately is outside in the weather. I'm confident they spotted the issue and fived it properly. After all of this said I wanted to address their entire staff that I dealt with. All of them were very professional and genuinely seems to care about the issue I was having. I could tell the manager and tech(s) were a bit frustrated at not locating the leak initially. It is a rare day anymore when you come across a business that has genuine empathy for a customer and does everything possible to fix the issue. I cannot express how much I appreciate this business and it's employees. I have numerous friends with RV's of various sorts and openly recommend these folks in Hayden should they run into issues.
