All I did was I took an old photo of my key and put it online to get the "key code", then I gave him the code to make the key with, it worked but was tricky getting it to line up exactly with the online guide I found. Recently I bought 3 new exterior door handles/locks combination, to replace my 30 plus years old hard use with 5 boys, and they were rattling and loose.
