I had been trying to retrieve my keys from my trunk - unsuccessfully - to the point of complete frustration until he showed up. He definitely knows his stuff. Unfortunately, I have had extensive experience with locksmiths. They usually tend to arrive late and leave you with the suspicious feeling that you just got taken for a ride. Val is not like this. He arrived sooner than promised, worked efficiently without hesitation once we agreed on a plan and the price, even though it immediately started raining and my tank of a car was armed at the time. He made the key in about 15 seconds and then it fit, other option would've been to have him pick the lock but the key code I had worked to make the new key. He charged about 135 I believe and was done within 10 minutes. Answered quickly when I called and helped me with getting back inside after I was trying all night to pick my lock. Russell is great and I definitely recommend his services. All I did was I took an old photo of my key and put it online to get the "key code", then I gave him the code to make the key with, it worked but was tricky getting it to line up exactly with the online guide I found. It was a "last resort" for me but it was well worth it and much cheaper than competitors I'd contacted prior. Check this guy out for your locksmithing needs!! Recently I bought 3 new exterior door handles/locks combination, to replace my 30 plus years old hard use with 5 boys, and they were rattling and loose. I took them to Al's, they keyed handles 2 to match 1 of the three, in a fairly short time. I thought the cost on the truck was very reasonable considering they sent 2 men a a truck.
