It locked in the doors instead of when you put it in gear, so I shut my door to put my cart back he came right out, had me in there. Recently I bought 3 new exterior door handles/locks combination, to replace my 30 plus years old hard use with 5 boys, and they were rattling and loose. I took them to Al's, they keyed handles 2 to match 1 of the three, in a fairly short time. I thought the cost on the truck was very reasonable considering they sent 2 men a a truck. I thought the price on rekeying the 2 handles to match the 3rd was reasonable, service was as just before closing, but took care of me with good service, and making all locks worked perfectly smoothly.

Super disappointing experience on 4/10/26. I called previously to ask if they would program an…read moreafter-market auto key and was assured it would be no problem. When I arrived, I was told I should ask my husband or grandson (I'm not that old) to open my existing key fob for me to find out its part number, as if I couldn't do this on my own. Then when I confirmed that my key I brought in was the one that would work, i was told it wouldn't without them doing even a basic transponder scan (no cost, 30 second test) to verify their claim. When I asked if they would test it, they shook their head like it was impossible and and I was told to buy a key from them instead. If you like being regarded as a stupid female, go for it, not for me.
