Recently I bought 3 new exterior door handles/locks combination, to replace my 30 plus years old hard use with 5 boys, and they were rattling and loose. I took them to Al's, they keyed handles 2 to match 1 of the three, in a fairly short time. I thought the cost on the truck was very reasonable considering they sent 2 men a a truck. I thought the price on rekeying the 2 handles to match the 3rd was reasonable, service was as just before closing, but took care of me with good service, and making all locks worked perfectly smoothly.

I was close to where he was working but he claimed that I was in the way though there was plenty of space between us -- and nothing obstructed him. If he thinks that I will do something else in my home without me watching him -- he better think again. I do not take kindly to being griped about being in the way in my home when the facts are otherwise. I marked 1 star since I am not able to mark half a star.
