This is the ONLY company you need to call for your towing needs! We bought a 40' shipping container and needed it moved. We called shipping container companies, several towing companies and we even called some crane outfits as all the companies said they were not able to put the unit where we wanted it on our lot so we were going to have to have it towed and dropped and then have a crane move it into place and that isn't cheap. My husband called Reliable towing and they said they would have a driver come out and check out our property and where we wanted the container. No one else offered to come out, they looked at the site from online technology, but this company offered to come out and physically look. John came out and due to their specialized trailer that can shrink and what turns out to be his AMAZING driving skills he said he could put it where we wanted it! They were good about staying in touch with us when their other job ran over on the day of the move. The driver, John, did everything he said he would and even more. Giant shout out to Rocky at Reliable Towing! I was amazed by his honesty, kindness, excellent customer service and great sense of humor. He took a look at my daughters car first to see if it was something simple on the off chance he could get her back on the road without having to tow her back to Colfax. No luck there, so off we go. We're tooling along and see him pull to the side which was a little nerve wracking. Turns out he was helping another driver not lose some of his load. (What a guy!) Somewhere along the way something happened to the driveline on our car and he had to stop again and put it on a dolly. He caught up to us in Colfax and popped out of the truck to let us know what happened. I could see clear as day he felt absolutely terrible about it. Mind you this is an old car that had its best days about 10 years ago. He was so apologetic and felt so bad about the damage, he assured us they would take care of the fix. Amazing! Reliable Towings' professionalism and incredibly expedient service response exceeded far above and beyond expectation. When I recently had to request roadside assistance from my insurance company, they informed me that it could possibly take up to 2 hours for a tow truck to arrive because they would have to enlist an outside tow service. I have a really big sprinter van (21 feet long, 11.5 feet tall with roof rack) and it broke down on a steep hill, and I had to emergency park it in a small parking lot, on the hill. I thought I was screwed. How would anyone tow this beast, from this tight spot? I contacted Reliable Towing and was surprised when they said it would be no big deal. And TBH, it was no big deal. Austin showed up in a very timely fashion, was a super rad guy, and had that baby on the truck in no time. Rolled out of that small lot on a steep hill with my pride and joy secured to a huge tow truck and got outta there quickly and safely. While our visit in Spoken, WA, we have stayed at Airbnb at South Hill. When we arrived we found out that our hosts were out of town. It was dark pitch outside, the lights are not working in the drive either in the backyard. Plus, the host left very unclear directions in regards to a parking situation. Because it was so dark outside we did not realize that The driveway had a stip and muddy slope after a few days of rain. When we pull into the driveway the car slid to the ditch and stuck in the mud. After a few tries getting a car from the mud, we decided to call a towing company to pull our rental car. Very nice guys showed up and did an amazing job! Needed my car moved from a repair shop to the dealership, called the day before to schedule it and they were right on time. Scott was incredibly helpful, communicative and quick to get to work. Since it was a drop off he offered to put my keys in the night drop box and leave my info with the dealership. No hassle at all, I was good to go less than ten minutes after my appointment time. I recommend using Reliable Towing. When I couldn't get my car to start I called them to tow my car to the mechanic. I was told that it would probably be about an hour but it was a lot faster! Mike got to my apartment and after we talked for a few minutes he asked me if I wanted him to jump the car instead of towing it because it would save me money. I was stunned that he could do that but I said yes. I didn't know that was a service that I could ask for! It worked! I was happy to save some money and now I could drive it to the shop myself. He didn't have to tell me that he could jump my car but he did. That's awesome in my opinion and I will be using their services in the future! read more

I had a dead battery and the hood release on the truck wouldn't work. So I couldn't jump the battery because I couldn't get to it. I had to call a tow truck to get the truck towed to a body shop so they could fix the hood release. Rocky showed up from Reliable Towing and said he thinks he could get that hood open. He got the hood open and jumped my battery to start the truck so I didn't need a costly tow! i drove the vehicle to body shop to get release fixed. Rocky not only jumped the battery but also cleaned the corrosion off the battery terminals. He was prompt, courteous, good natured. An Amazon delivery truck was stuck in the mud in one of my fields as it tried to turn around to back up to my shop. The truck was buried up to the frame of the vehicle. Rocky showed up with a very large tow truck to pull them out. Despite the size of the tow truck, Rocky was able to maneuver through our driveway. Needless to say the space was limited. Being I was 5 miles out of town, this arrival time was impressive.
