We had a strange noise in our truck and they found it fast and kept the cost down. I highly recommend them.

I towed it in to Dave's not knowing how long it would take to repair (and how much snow I would be shoveling by hand).

DO NOT USE!!!The woman that answered the phone was the worst and hid behind her keyboard to send a…read morerude text to me and refused to answer my calls when I tried calling her back. On 01-15-24 I needed a tow. AAA advised me that Amity would be coming. There was a misunderstanding between AAA and Amity, which was discovered after a male from Amity called me, so the service was cancelled. (I needed a tow not a jump.) I called AAA back to start another tow. While doing so the male from Amity called. I told him the request was cancelled and it was fine. He was nice. AAA texted me another tow was coming and called to tell me it was Amity again. I thought, perfect, use someone local and support small business. I called the male again just to make sure everyone was on the same page. He assured me that I would be taken care of and apologized for the delay. He went on to say there were three tows before me and that another employee called out today because, "They worked too hard the day before". This should have been the first red flag, talking bad about your employees. I commented, "He's the man", as in getting the job done. He replied that he didn't know about that because, "He doesn't wear the pants in the family. She's in the office". Ouch another red flag. I asked if I needed to call the office to make sure everything was confirmed. He told me no and assured me everything was good. AAA text advised the Amity tow would arrive by 2:05pm. After 3:00pm, I called the office and a woman answered the phone. I told her who I was and wanted to make sure they were still able to get my vehicle before closing. She told me they weren't coming. I was shocked! I questioned her. She told me it was cancelled this morning. I tried to tell her the tow was called again. She proceeded to tell me that she told AAA they couldn't do it because they were too busy. Frustrated and in a hurry I said goodbye and hung up. I immediately received a text from Amity saying, "If you were nicer, I could have tried to help you. Fix your attitude". I tried calling back three times, but she blocked my call. I tried calling the male and he wouldn't answer. I returned a text, "Real nice. Whoever took my call, said you were coming. Shame on you". I will never use your business and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know how horrible you are, including AAA.

They towed us and our pickup to their shop in Cheney, gave us a ride to the hotel, and promised to have our repair completed first thing on Tuesday. They replaced the alternator at the expected cost, picked us up at the hotel, and we were on the road again before noon. We were very impressed with their customer service, feeling they went above and beyond to help us get home.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Heritage Auto Repair…read more We brought in our 2018 Nissan Murano because of a screeching noise. Heritage diagnosed the problem as a serpentine belt and tensioner and charged us over $560 to replace them. The very next morning the exact same noise returned. When we contacted them again and sent a video, they told us it was actually a wheel bearing issue and quoted another $1,150 for repairs. At this point we lost confidence and sought another opinion. A different shop diagnosed the actual problem immediately: the transfer case, which explained the noise and the acceleration issues. So to summarize: * Heritage charged us $560 for a repair that did not fix the problem * They then misdiagnosed the issue again as wheel bearings * The real issue was the transfer case, which they completely missed What is most concerning is that they were prepared to perform another $1,150 repair that would not have solved the problem either. Good mechanics diagnose problems before charging customers for unnecessary work. This experience felt like guessing at repairs while the customer pays the bill. I would recommend anyone experiencing drivetrain or noise issues get a second opinion before authorizing repairs here.

The prices were more or less within our price range, and Subarus are historically reliable, so we bought the car. And yes, with every older, used car, there are bound to have some minor issues associated with a used car. But, the vin numbers matched, relatively clean, no squeaky brakes but an issue with shifting into 1st gear. Ok. Alright. So we bought the car. FOUR [4] days later in our first "major" drive from Cheney to Northside Costco, at Hawthorne/Newport Hwy, whilst making a left turn, car dies. We called PAS and spoke with the sales associate and let him know the situation and to see if they could help us in fixing this "new" problem. We called during business hours just after we had this incident, had to leave a message. PAS called back on Monday, told us to call back once we had the car towed to a mechanic [AMG AUTO] and knew what was wrong with our Subaru and to let them know. On 27 June, the owner of PAS called me and wanted to know what we [my wife and I and PAS] corps so to resolve this issue. PAS owner tried to placate me by seemingly offering assurances that some solution would be worked out. Once we found out that the problem was a bad timing belt, bent rods as well as a shot clutch [which seemed to be previously "repaired" but the fly- wheel had gouge marks) we informed PAS of the problem. Then the backtracking, unresponsivness, and the deflecting of responsibility. The ONLY help was a +/- $400 check out of the $4000 of the cost of the car and the $3800 for total cost repairs. We have made EVERY attempt to ask for a qreasonable and equitable solution
