    The manager Brandon and his associates Chad try to rip me off and overcharge customers. I went in…read morefor an oil change, and they asked if I wanted the cabin air filter changed. I said no. The employee then said, "Well, it's free." My boyfriend and I looked at each other and agreed if it's free, why not? After we left, we noticed a $52.99 charge for the cabin filter. We turned around and came back within three minutes to ask why we were charged. We requested a refund and our old filter back. The manager refused to give us a refund and also refused to return the old filter, claiming it was already thrown away. On top of that, I also purchased a fuel cleaner. The staff was so disorganized they almost sent us off without charging us and without even putting the fuel cleaner in the vehicle. I had to remind them to do it. The whole situation felt intentional and dishonest. If it was truly free, it wouldn't have been charged. This was misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

In the mean time I saw the pricing which is about double of most places in town i saw a service for $77 dollars which was high but i was already there and the other oil change places i had went to had a long wait. This place was empty on a Saturday, every other place i went to had a 30 minute to 2 hour wait. I told them i wanted the $77 service and they told me the only service they could offer me was $126 because i have a high milage vehicle and I have to have the "high milage oil". I said I dont want to pay that, close my hood and ill leave. The problem was that they already drained my oil and removed my oil filter and i didnt have any choice in the matter. A young girl told me i should have looked online to get the pricing before I came there and guess what? ( there is no pricing online!!!!!!!!!!! ) I was told that 3 different times. This is the highest price rudest oil change I have ever had and not only would i not recommend going here it is literally the highest price in town for an oil change. No wonder this place was empty on a Saturday when every other place had a long wait! This is a terrible business period!

I was actually excited to…read moresee an all-female team(it's always nice to see women breaking into male-dominated spaces)Unfortunately, the first girl who approached my car single-handedly ruined the entire experience. She had an attitude from the moment she walked up, as if her day was ruined the second she saw another customer. Her tone was cold, dismissive, and honestly just rude. I had a little trouble pulling into the space she directed me to (since I was at an awkward angle) and rather than helping professionally, she acted like I was clueless behind the wheel, talking down to me as if I was a complete idiot. I've been driving my car for about 6 years, I think I know how my own car drives and how to maneuver it. Then she asked me to turn on my lights and signals with the same nasty tone, like I was wasting her time. I stayed polite and respectful the entire time, but she couldn't have cared less. When I accidentally opened the trunk instead of the hood, a simple mistake (those buttons are right next to each other) I saw her roll her eyes. That was the last straw for me. It's one thing to be frustrated, but it's another to act like a customer is beneath you. Another girl came to the window to ask about mileage and oil type, but by that point I already felt completely unwelcome. They didn't have the oil I needed, so I asked to leave. When the hood was shut, it felt deliberately slammed, my car's hood is supposed to be lowered gently and it'll close on its own, so the way it was handled didn't sit right either. The whole team seemed irritated that I was leaving, but maybe if the first girl hadn't treated me like a burden from the second I pulled in, I would've stayed. Never coming back here, and I hope management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated. Especially from that all girl team.

    Ok, so choosing stars is subjective, so here are the objective facts that led me to going with one…read morestar: -Condescending customer service: I won't recount the entire interaction, but here's a part of it... "What kind of oil do you want?" (I'm taken aback because in my 40+ years of car ownership I have never been asked that question in such an opened way) "Aaaa...well...do you mean the brand or the weight?" "Both." (Again, with no qualifiers.) "I suppose whatever weight the manufacturer recommends." "5w-30." "Okay, let's go with that." "What kind do you want?" "I don't know my options." (Rattles them off). "Conventional, I have a Groupon for conventional." "There will be some additional charges, like for extra oil. That car takes a lot of extra oil. About $15 more." (So, $25 Groupon + $15 extra, so it will be a $40 oil change any way) "Fine, go ahead." As you would expect at a Jiffy Lube they bring both the engine & cabin air filters to me and offer to change them...for $60 more). I pass, along with all the other maintenance suggestions offered. Fast Forward to time the time to pay. That $15 extra somehow became $23 extra, meaning my "discounted", conventional oil change was $48. That's not all. They did convince me the filters needed changed, so I went to the parts store to buy them (at a fraction of the cost). I then noticed one of the black glove box retaining clips sitting on the passenger side seat. Later, when I went to replace the engine filter I noticed they didn't even bother to tighten one of them. (Both pictured). Perhaps 1 Star is harsh, but the above are the facts. Judge for yourself. All I know is I will not be back.
