Called to get a quote for a pressure brake bleed, wich the machine used to do it uses an air compressor and then hooks up to your brake fluid reservoir and then the machine has a canister on it wich holds new fluid and basically uses the air to push new fluid in and out of the system- hints why its called a pressure brake flush- spoke to jared who said its 100$ - all was perfect until i asked how they do theyre brake flushes and he explained they dint use a machine they just do it by pressing the brake pedal and some one opens the valve on the caliper- ummmm... ok??? Well thats not a brake flush then... thats just a traditional brake bleed - so moral of the story is this location is comitting literal fraud by charging people for a brake flush and then only bleeding the system - explained that ive worked for les schwab and perfection so ik what a full brake flush job requires and consists of - the whole reason for a brake flush is to get extesnsive air out of your system so if ur not flushing it with a pressure like air - its not gonna get all the air entirely out read more

It's never fun to have to bring my car in to get fixed, but these guys are always so great! My family has gone here for years, and we trust them to find whatever is wrong and do the very best they can to get it fixed up. Communication is always great. They are friendly and kind. This location was closest to us for my husband's flat tire, which I dropped off on Thursday 10/22. The next day, someone called me and said needed a new tire, they would order it and it would be in Monday or Tuesday. Monday and Tuesday came and went- no call. Wednesday I called and the new tire hadn't even been ordered yet. I was told I'd get a call later in the day after the tire was ordered. Guess what? No one called Wednesday. No one called Thursday. Friday, today 10/30, comes and I'm pissed. I call and the new tire still isn't in so I tell them I'm coming to pick up my tire so I can take it somewhere else. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, my tire is just sitting outside the store for anyone to grab! What the heck?!? Seriously, don't go here expecting great service. Don't even expect mediocre service. They don't care and it shows. I took my tire down the street to a competitor. While I was in the lobby, they ordered my new tire so I don't even have to wonder. This morning on my way to work one of Spokane's infamous potholes reached out and bit the holy heck out of my tire. With a gaping 3" gash, I limped my way to Tire-Rama, they open at 0700 which was a definite win with the state my Mini was in. Garick listened patiently and professionally with a nod and a smile as I rambled on about my tire woes. Owning a Mini definitely comes with some exciting obstacles... like finding the appropriate sized run-flats at a moments notice. But I'll be gosh darned, Garick was able to find me a set, in town, which could be installed today. Can we say double win? However, all the amazing things doesn't end there... what if I told you Garick went out of his way to call someone on their way in to see if they could swing by to pick up those tires to expedite your fun filled Wednesday morning? Triple win! On top of all of that, they were done 2 hours ahead of what was quoted!! Had a puncture in my tire when I got home from work a few weeks ago. Everything was already closed for the night and I didn't feel like rolling around in the snow plugging the tire on my truck. Next morning I stopped by Tire-Rama at 7am and they did a great job. They do it proper by dismounting the tire and plugging/patching from the inside. It's been a few weeks now and the tire hold pressure without any issues. They refused to take any money for the repair but I still tipped the tech. Make sure you tip your technicians as they work hard and deserve a little bonus here and there. Very happy with the service. I can't say enough good things about this Tire-Rama. I've been taking my cars to this location for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is skilled and friendly and the manager I have spoken to a few times (His name starts with G) is wonderful. He has never tried to charge for things I didn't need and spent a lot of time explaining car things I didn't understand. My neighborhood tire, oil change spot. Offers the same perks as others... free tire rotation, flat repair, brake checks, etc. One of the places that carry Cooper tires, my personal tire of choice. I take my cars and trucks here for routine maintenance and also not so routine maintenance. Garrett and Dan are fantastic and always helpful. They have also been great when it comes to providing assistance on lift kits, leveling kits, rims, tires, etc. Pricing seems very competitive and no complaints. read more

Do I have a story, Driving back from traders joes (I own a 99 Subaru) up 29th back home my car's oil temp gage was going up. I stopped the car and opened the hood, my radiator fluid had exploded everywhere and making a puddle below the car. I towed it to Tire Rama because that's where I've gone for oil changes and a few other things. They checked my radiator and found it cracked. For a new radiator, a flush, a new thermostat, and (their recommendation) new tubes, about 650.00 dollars. I thought if the problem isn't the tubes forget that, which reduced it down to 458.00. I told them I'd get back to them, called 2 other auto shops and they both quoted me 325.00 for the same job.... I told Tire Rama manager about this, told me they would work on it for that price... I just had to show him that quote on paper from the other shop... For me this was a little more work than I had already done and wanted to do, my work schedule is not friendly to getting anything else done, and to begin with they where charging me about 133.00 more than 2 other competitors and on top of that I thought why do I need to bring the other quote? It's actually easier for me to tow it again and send it to Bill's Import Auto Repair, which is exactly what I did. About 2 days later after I sent it in my car was ready. I'm not saying don't ever go to Tire Rama, but listen, do your homework on prices before you have ANY Tire Rama do work on your car that's more than just an oil change or something small like that. As a friend told me after I told him my story, "unless you know the mechanic personally, they just want your money, it's a business." Don't be disrespectful, but don't feel bad communicating any business arrangement YOU want as the customer. read more

This place is the worst. They had my truck for almost two days. I was new in town and this place was close to where I live. The desk jockey, James, kept telling me they were "looking" at it and that the mechanic was diagnosing the problem. The problem was it wouldn't stay running. That's why I had it towed there. Then they finally said, after numerous phone calls and same stupid answers, that a sensor was lose and so "they tightened it up!" Same problem existed when I picked it up and only got 4 blocks to the Safeway parking lot. I called James and he suggested I have it towed back and they would get to it on Monday. REALLY? RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF THIS PLACE!!!! read more

Save yourself a headache and go here! These guys are awesome. After being screwed over by Les Schwab for the last time (was a customer for 10 years) I decided to try somewhere new. Brought my car in with a slow leaking tire and they had me in and out in 30 mins. The tire couldn't be repaired (my fault) but they were able to find me a used one that they had in the store for a fraction of what i would have paid elsewhere. They answered all my questions and you can tell they genuinely care about each customer. Long story short - It's rare that I leave a business anymore feeling confident and not ripped off but today I feel great about choosing Tire Rama and will be recommending them to everyone I know. read more

What an awesome place! We were driving through Idaho to the coast when we needed some work done. A ranger told us they take there cars to this place because they are so good and he was right! They fixed what was wrong great customer service and were not pushy about anything just told us our old van still needed work which we were great full for the heads up! They then gave us some recommendations to go camp which we did and it turned out better then we could have imagined! I would go back every time I needed work on my car if I didn't live so far away! read more

****Issue resolved**** I have been going to tire Rama for several years and haven't had issues. In the last year I have spent well over $2000 between this store and the division store. I took my car in recently to have them diagnose the issues I was having with fuel efficiency, the idle, and the overall poor running vehicle. I have since taken it in 4 times and have been told that the same code is pulling, saying that it's either an issue with too much/too little air or gas. They have charged me $1200 and then I was driving my car and it had no power. I called tire Rama and spoke to Chad, explained that I have brought the car in several times, spent a lot of money and the issue is persistent and getting worse and was told 'oh cars just do that sometimes'. I was so furious because I have spent several hundreds of dollars to resolve this issue and then to get that response! I will never spend another dollar at any Tire Rama and would never recommend this business. read more
