Don't not go to this jiffy lube location!!!!! I have been using this location for over a couple years, ever since I've had them touch my vehicle to do an oil change there has been issues. They have consistently disappointed, I have had to come back multiple times to get top off of oil since and a potential new plug. Each time they decided to put the improper drain plug that doesn't make a seal. They knowingly used damaged products and still decided to send me on my way. After multiple visits back and still having the same issues , they just continued on with the neglagence. Different times just drain the oil and credit a brand new 6qts. For there last mess up, They also do not take the proper steps in maintaining a proper service report or technician comments. I've gone in multiple times and they failed to report or detail it. I tried giving them an opportunity to correct or better themselves but it seems the lack integrity is present in all employees and current management. Came in for a quick oil change and left feeling completely disrespected. I was actually excited to see an all-female team(it's always nice to see women breaking into male-dominated spaces)Unfortunately, the first girl who approached my car single-handedly ruined the entire experience. She had an attitude from the moment she walked up, as if her day was ruined the second she saw another customer. Her tone was cold, dismissive, and honestly just rude. I had a little trouble pulling into the space she directed me to (since I was at an awkward angle) and rather than helping professionally, she acted like I was clueless behind the wheel, talking down to me as if I was a complete idiot. I've been driving my car for about 6 years, I think I know how my own car drives and how to maneuver it. Then she asked me to turn on my lights and signals with the same nasty tone, like I was wasting her time. I stayed polite and respectful the entire time, but she couldn't have cared less. When I accidentally opened the trunk instead of the hood, a simple mistake (those buttons are right next to each other) I saw her roll her eyes. That was the last straw for me. It's one thing to be frustrated, but it's another to act like a customer is beneath you. Another girl came to the window to ask about mileage and oil type, but by that point I already felt completely unwelcome. They didn't have the oil I needed, so I asked to leave. When the hood was shut, it felt deliberately slammed, my car's hood is supposed to be lowered gently and it'll close on its own, so the way it was handled didn't sit right either. The whole team seemed irritated that I was leaving, but maybe if the first girl hadn't treated me like a burden from the second I pulled in, I would've stayed. Never coming back here, and I hope management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated. Especially from that all girl team. read more

I went to the Jiffy Lube on North Division for an oil change and before they could even start, my hood latch release lever broke. they were able to work around it though and even worked with me to take pictures of the problem to avoid a $200 ,diagnostic fee from the dealership. then, a few days later they installed a new battery that I had purchased and was having trouble with. Quite possibly one of the smallest Jiffy Lubes on one of the tiniest lots I've ever been to. When I drove past the first time, the line of (4 or 5) cars was to the street. Came back 30 mins later and there were just two cars waiting. I was encouraged... I was told to pull behind this Tacoma. No problem .... and there I sat for 45 minutes. In the meantime, two vehicles were able to be serviced in the line next to me. When I did get to pull into the bay, it was another 15-20 mins to do the job. They were, somewhat, thorough; checked air filter, topped up windshield washer fluid, although they did not check tire pressure. Service is friendly enough, I'll give them a star for that. They gave me the coupon discount even though the one they scanned off (their web site) my phone would not work. Not a bad location, but I'll be inclined to seek out the larger JL up Division next time. read more

New oil pan plug and compression washer. had to return, a serious oil leak..Not Jiffy Lube's fault. management was on it in a moment, making calls and ordering parts...Extremely impressive. Seems a prior repair was made JL installed a part and would last for a long time. I asked for help finding a replacement oil pan. They found another leak from the turbo to the oil pan. Sent me to another JL to repair...fixed promptly. I have never had customer service like this...Outstanding. Asked if they would order and install a new oil pan...Yes! JL on Sprague and the other on Sullivan Road. Absolutely perfect service...professional, well trained, and answered all of my questions. No need to go anywhere else. Save your time and money go elsewhere. I usually go to the Valvoline on Thor but it's difficult to get to with the road works right now so I decided to give these jokers a try. They topped off my coolant with the wrong coolant causing my car to overheat for the first time since new. I'm going to have to pay to get the coolant drained and filled up now. They also lost a screw on the panel below the car that they have to remove to get to the drain plug so it's hanging down now, I'll have to find a replacement for that too. These guys also left oily handprints all over the hood of my white car too. A little bit is to be expected but this was way outside of the acceptable range. Zero stars. read more

Not only do I get an oil change I can trust, the employees truly look out for your vehicle and treat them as their own. Justin especially is always a great source of knowledge when I come in for my regular service and makes sure my vehicle is in tip top shape. I went to Jiffy Lube this morning to get an oil change there is three vehicles ahead of me finally two of them were done and I was next that's what the lady said, anyway it comes is California Dodge charger white car pulls right into the garage they started taking care of him and I'm still sitting in my truck waiting I pulled out of there and left was very disgusted and disappointing PS: I'm a retired Marine with PTSD, that drivers lucky i didn't get out of my truck a beat his ass that would of been disastrous, I guess medication's working thank God for that . read more

I just pulled up to Jiffy Lube. Both stalls open. I was number 4 in the line I was in and 3 other cars in othet line. One of the staff members came up to my car and apologized for the wait, offered me a bottle of water, had me pull closer to bay to get out of sun. He went to the other vehicles and pretty much apologized to them as well for the wait. In my book that consideration for the customer goes along ways. I got my first oil change here and didn't know what to expect. This is my first car, so I am not very knowledgeable, but the team at Jiffy Lube was outstanding! Each team member was polite and upbeat and they had me in and out in 20 minutes! Austin checked me out; explaining the whys and hows for each service they provided. He was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and simply enough so I left feeling more informed. This will definitely be my go-to for oil changes! read more

I pulled in to the Jiffy Lube @ 1430 n Division to purchase air for my tire . The male employee who's name starts with "D" has arm tattoos , and was wearing a beanie (May 30th 5pm) Started shouting at his female coworker "they need to go to a fucking gas station , it's five o'clock tell them to go to a motherfucking gas station" and I just think that's extremely inappropriate and unprofessional considering we didn't know what time they closed. The mechanic at the Division St. store failed to replace the cap on the oil filter on my Tundra, unaware of this I traveled from Spokane to Portland the next day leaking oil the entire way. The General Manager at the Portland store was excellent to work with. She replaced the cap, refilled me with oil and cleaned up as best as she could, The General Manager, Kyle, at the Division St, Spokane location simply reported to me he disciplined his staff. Had I been in charge of Jiffy Lube, I would have reimbursed me for my oil change and offered an undercarriage clean up of my new truck. What could have happened to my truck would have been a disaster. Unacceptable error on their part, and very unfortunate service by the general manager. read more

The worst experience. I bought a new car last Wednesday, took it into this location for an oil change and they broke off my tire stem then tried to hide it. They're now saying there's nothing they can do for me. I do not recommend. Now I have to spend more money on top of the $50 I spent on an oil change. read more

Professional Well trained staff (only true training in the lube business) which actually care about your vehicle and only offer what is needed. I was actually recommended to not flush my coolant for I had a leaky bad radiator which would have wasted my hard earned cash. Quality focused on double checking each others work. Shawn is a very knowledgeable leader who I only hope to see again. Not the cheapest in town, but you are getting good product and services which matter most when it comes to thousands of dollars of vehicle which is supposed to get us to wherever we need to go. They got my pristine white clean car so smeared with dirty oily handprints and shoe prints I was pissed when I got home. The even got dirty hand prints on both passenger door handles they had no business opening passenger doors. Then the got dirty water all over the motor hood and all around the trunk area from trying to clean my already clean windows, Dirty drips from the squeegee what ever they dipped it in was filthy... I had to reclean my windows...I'll never go back there again and will tell my Veteran friends at the VFW and American legion, not worth a veteran discount. My clean carpet under steering wheel has someone prints on it now. one of them got in to start it to check for leaks while I was standing near. They made a heck of a mess !!! read more

Service was fast and staff was awesome! All were friendly upon arrival and the lady working took time to explain the different oil options required by my vehicle and brought in my air filters to show me they were good shape. She gave good information on how long they last and when they should be changed. Very informative and pleasant staff! And they washed my windows and vacuumed the interior which was great!
