So can someone tell me why this Jiffy Lube would perform a conventional oil change on a car that requires a synthetic oil change not just once, but 3 times on my collage aged daughter's car without advising her that it is not recommended and a pretty bad idea? read more

ANOTHER place trying to take advantage of women. Took my car for oil change before winter. Was told battery is going bad, will need a new one before winter. Husband took car in last week and wow a miracle happened. Told the battery is perfect. BULLSHIT read more

Kieran, Sam and Cam are a killer trio! They had us in and out with top notch customer service in 15 mins, note it was end of day and no wait so I imagine it can't always be like this but they were quick, knowleadgeable and really nice. You can't find young talent like this anymore. And Sam is a woman and she's the one that did the oil change! Rockstar!!!! Love that. With manicured long colorful pretty nails, boss status! Mad love for these young folks. I'd come here all the time if I was a local. Thanks y'all amazing job! read more

Went in for an oil change that cost $119, and left with all of my display settings changed and air let out of my tires. I had to take nearly an hour out of my busy schedule to undo what this shop did without notifying me. I will never use their services again! read more

The manager here is awesome, and service has always been great, best jiffy around, thanks team!

We had the best service. Great hustle, checked in with us during a short wait, positive attitude and vibe through the entire process, knowledgeable. Thank you for the high energy service, Tristin! read more

Told me my oil change was 125 dollars because its a "european oil"? then told me my lug nuts where at 75 lb ft, they were at 105. They were nice and respectful though. read more

First time at this location . . . came here because the auto shop that someone recommended to me recommended work on the car I didn't need . . . Done with them! Was outside of the Jiffy Lube at 7:50 (get 'er done early!) and they pulled before 8, out the door at 8:16. They did the standard checks for the vehicle, which I do appreciate. It ran about 15 dollars more than my old car, but that engine displacement makes a difference on amount of oil. Good job, guys! read more

They were friendly, helpful, quick, and checked my car over while doing my oil change. Highly recommend!

Got an oil change today first time coming to this location amazing experience! Took great care of my car. Kieran helped me out and was very helpful and kind. Would come back. read more

Preston is wonderful! He was able to answer my questions and was so courteous. His team is fast and polite. Came to get an oil change on a Sunday around noon--they team got me in and out in a half hour or less. Surprising for a last minute weekend oil change! A little pricier when all is said and done, but worth it for convenience. read more

Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Spokane, Washington

These guys lost all of the records in their system of the work I had them do on my vehicle. I called them and they told me they had no record of me ever having work done there even though I'd been there at least 4 times. So in went to their shop and brought an invoice from their store to show them they were wrong. They couldn't even find that one. The issue is, I needed some copies of my last 3 oil changes for a warrantee claim. (Yes I should've done a better job at keeping my invoices but still....). Now I can't remember what services have been complete and what needs to be done!) Their systems obviously are messed up. They said they'd have the district manager call me but I didn't hear back. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to Tire Rama. WAY better service and they keep great records! read more

Incomplete service, dishonesty, and attitude. Just had an oil change there. Typical experience for the most part. A little slow but not bad, typical upwelling attempts. However I'm tempted to give 1 star as they did not actually check my tire pressure. I came in with one tire low. After service, still low. Drive around and tech argued that he filled all of them so it's my tires sensors fault. None of them were filled to the pressure he indicated and what he told me did not match what the paperwork said he filled them to. I tested with a gauge just after leaving and my sensors are dead on. I won't be back. read more

Very pleased with the quality of service that I received. They're professional, timely, courteous and straight forward. The staff at this location want you not only get the best price but the best care for your vehicle! Alex, the lead service advisor, was awesome! Highly recommend. I went in at about ten to noon and was out in a half hour. They even washed my windows :) read more

Fast, friendly and courteous employees. I paid far more than I thought I would however. But part of that is the type of car I drive. Still always beats the dealership or other places. I was very happy with this location. read more

My battery died at the car wash next door, and the mechanics helped me out and didn't charge me. Excellent customer service.

Be warned. We took out daughters car in to be topped off. Oil was put in brake line. We had to replace everything over 1500.00 in damage. Of course they say they are not responsible for damage. read more

I could not drive away from this Jiffy Lube fast enough. I arrived and went inside while they pulled my car into a bay. The counter person went over the options with me as the crew was getting set to change the oil. I stated that I wanted just the basic 4 qt standard oil change. She said it would be $56 and change. I thought she heard me incorrectly - I restated just the cheapest service. That WAS the cheapest service... I was stunned, said forget it and left. NEVER AGAIN for Jiffy Lube w/o a significant coupon. read more

Alexander helped us today. He was great. Super friendly and quick. We waited less than ten minutes for my car to be done. They cleaned the windows and vacuumed the floor, plus 25% military discount. Can't beat that! Thank you Alexander (and team)! read more

I'm really happy with the response from Jiffy Lube HQ. Got a very pleasant call after I reached out per their note and they offered to refund my oil change. I appreciate this level of customer service so I'm updating my rating. Not everyone cares to resolve issues and Jiffy Lube does. read more

Fast friendly service, and knowledgeable staff! I had my car serviced, signed my signature, and was escorted to my car. All I have to say is Wow! I Can't get this kind of treatment any ware else! I'll deffinatly be coming back every time I need an oil change, or my car vaccumed out. read more

The $29 basic oil change is really $35 before tax. They have a very shady vibe. It's weird that my door ajar dash light came on immediately after they "serviced" my vehicle. This was me giving them a second chance. NEVER again! There are much better options out there. read more

Team is always ready to get you started when you pull up. The team here is great very thorough but not pushy they seem like they really care about you vehicle. Come here if you want great service! read more

As soon as I posted my bad review the manager contacted me. She set up an appointment at a local repair place to have the problem resolved. They're missing a star because of how long it took to get back to me initially but I appreciate their rapid attempt to resolve the problem. Turned out it wasn't clogged so I paid half the bill read more

This place is AWESOME!! I have a 2008 Toyota sequoia and went in for a simple oil change. immediately they told me they couldn't get the oil filter off. Apparently the last oil change (not from Jiffy Lube) a cheaper brand oil filter was used and was over-tightened and stripped and they weren't able to remove it, to replace it. They had all staff trying to work on this filter tirelessly. Tiffany (who was amazing, with unbelievable customer service) finally came to tell me, they couldn't do it. However, one last ditch effort she said "I can call my guy from the north store, if anyone is going to get this to work, he can, but it will be about 30 minutes before he can even get here" I said " I could leave my car and you could just call me when its done" they called me about 2 hours later to say my car was ready. When I go to the store they gave me the full story about how they got if off. Not only did they complete all the work they promised, they gave me a discount because of MY frustration..... how truly amazing Tiffany and her staff were. I thought customer service in America was dead but certainly not Jiffy Lube on the southhill. I will be a dedicated customer to them and tell everyone I know that they are AWESOME!! read more
