After calling several auto places that did oil changes. I was very surprised at their prices being much better than the competition and the many other services they provided. I called expecting to get the same old answers with the additional up charges and up sales. But that didn't happen. I drove to the Adams & Sprague Avenue Station in Spokane Valley. The attendants were very cordial and I am now sold on Oil Changers. It is my auto's (3) new home for the services they will be needing! read more

Wouldn't take my car here again. Took it in to the division location last year for a simple oil change. Firstly, yes it needs synthetic oil. But $100??? Which usually cost $50 elsewhere and $25 to do myself??? Whatever. I watch them start my car, then panically shut it off because nobody added oil, then I got to watch the "manager" argue with one of the techs, who was very adamant that adding oil wasn't his job. I had purchased a piano on that trip, needless to say my front passenger seat was crammed. They still maneuvered in to get at the cabin filter to do the classic up sell. I got it, every lube joint does it. Wipers, air filters, and cabin filters. They tried telling me that my air filter, which I had changed the day before was dirty and needed replacing. Then they rolled out the cabin filter, which again had to be finagled out. They offered me a new one at 5x the price off the shelf. I politely declined. Once the piano was out of the way, I found my glovebox wasn't hanging properly. So I put it back. Then some mystery plastic fell out, that I had no clue of at the time. Today, I changed the filter. Which sent me over the edge. The mystery part was the cover of the cabin filter. The old filter was installed backwards. So even if I had paid the markup, it would have been installed wrong? Or did they just get mad and shove my stuff back together poorly? End of the day. Overly expensive. Poor quality. And disrespectful to my property that my hard earned cash went into. read more

I pulled in too have them check my tire pressure as I was getting an error light. Not only was there no charge but they have "free top offs." All they wanted to do was add more on to the bill after I specifically told them to only change the oil then added $35.00 on after because my truck took 7 quarts of oil without telling me this from the beginning. I bring my vehicle in every 3 months and have these guys change it. This last time it was dirtier than it ever has been and they not only did the cleaning but the regular maintenance and it only took an extra 5 minutes. These guys are quick and know their stuff. Also, the notified me something on my car has been recalled so now I can get it fixed. These guys do a great job at this location...I drive from the northside just to come to this location in the valley. Danny is awesome! read more

They RUINED MY CAR when they didn't put oil in for an oil change. Now my exhaust smokes, the car leaks oil, & I have to add oil between oil changes. They stole money out of my console. They finished a customer that came in after me because I was in the waiting room & he stood outside in the cold. When I wrote the owner a letter, he refused to talk to me, delegated the task to a manager who accused me of lying & told me to prove it. The whole company is incompetent & corrupt. read more

I am only giving this place a one star review because no stars isn't an option. I showed up at 9am today with a digital coupon on my phone. I asked for an oil change. They asked me what type of oil and my response was, what ever the manufacture recommends. They escorted me to the waiting room. While I was waiting, I overheard the cashier/upsell sales person tell a younger woman that her brakes needed to be replaced. When she declined to pay their exorbitantly high price, the salesperson proceeded to browbeat this poor lady. The last thing that was said to her was, "I hope you don't kill anyone today". All because she wanted a second opinion. Keep in mind that her brakes were not grinding, squeaking or making any other warning signs that they needed replaced. Now it was my turn. They called me out to my car and said that the manufacture recommended full synthetic oil. Hmmm Every oil change I've gotten to this point has been at the dealer and it's always been a synthetic blend. When I asked about that I was told that it had to be synthetic. Ok. Fine. Go ahead. The cost is $79.95 and I have a digital coupon for $15 off so sure. Go ahead. They also tried to sell me an over priced air filter which I declined. I replaced it at my last oil change. Now that it's time to pay, they refused my coupon because it wasn't printed even though it's from their website. After a few minutes of conversation the manager again declined to accept it. The bottom line.... This place will use scare tactics to try and upsell their over priceproducts and will not honor their online discounts. I will never go back and would advise that you don't go there either!! It's been a couple of years since I've darkened their door and will not return to this day. I would give zero stars if possible. The advertisement on their website states a basic oil change for $18.91. This is all I wanted, however when I stopped in and mentioned it they said they no longer honor that coupon and that it's not even in their computer system. I asked them why it's on the website and they just said it hasn't been updated yet. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and needless to say I told them I would not be doing business with them and they just lost a long time customer. They had honored the coupon in the past and they are currently advertising this deal but not honoring it. Classic case of bait and switch. I thought I was due for a change and wanted to get it done before an upcoming trip and Brian looked at the oil and my mileage and said I had another 3k miles before I needed one he said he would be willing to do the change but he wanted to be honest. I was very grateful and he still topped off my fluids and my oil and checked my tire pressure! He said he just hoped when I was due for the change I would come back and that I will definitely do! I brought my daughters 2015 Pathfinder and my 2018 Acadia in for an oil change. They did a great job and are very knowledgeable on the service needs for both vehicles. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR. Came in to get an oil change. Next day noticed a massive oil leak under my car. Took a look and they completely ruined the threads for my plug and oil pan. Had to get a completely new oil pan. Tried multiple times to get in to touch with the GM and they always told me they would look into and call me back. Never called me back. I had to call them multiple times. I never got any reimbursement or even an apology. Awful awful business. I will never let them touch another car of mine. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My boyfriend stopped in today to get his oil changed and everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. They never tried to upsell him and were straight to the point. It was $27 for their premium service where they changed his oil and filter and refilled all of his fluids. They told him he could come in anytime to get the fluids topped off. He had 2 chips in his window that needed patching and they offered to do this for him and got his insurance on the phone for them to cover it. The insurance company wasn't being helpful at all so they just did the two chip repairs for free. Great guys, super fast service. read more

Took vehicle in for an oil change. When I showed up, I tried asking the guy about services/oil change prices. He told me to get out of the car and go inside (would not discuss any of the services or pricing with me). A few minutes later the guy comes in and says I need the more expensive synthetic oil, which is fine. I told him I can get it done cheaper elsewhere. He then told me he already emptied my oil and I have to pay for it. I was forced into buying their oil when I tried to ask about oil services/pricing up front. After paying for the more expensive oil change service, my vehicle's oil light remained on and oil level continued to get lower per the car's sensor. It's been awhile and I have been pondering on responding to this store. The valley location on Adams. I had my son take in his truck for an LOF and they told him he needed new brakes all the way around, which I had replaced 3 days earlier. Drums, shoes, wheel cylinders and hardware kit. Front pads, rotors and calipers. I didn't have enough time to do the LOF and figured the could do it. Then they said it needs a water pump, it's not even leaking, so how does it need to be changed?? I called the manager and he said his new assistant is trying to bring up numbers so I understand that, but don't try and sell people something they don't need. Pick and choose ur battles. With a currently advertised coupon for an oil change for $18.91, I had Spokane Quick Lube give my car the basic oil change. When it came time to pay, the technician said that that price would no longer be honored and that the new price was $29.99 which he said was the owner's response to the voters electing to raise the minimum wage (which doesn't become effective until next year.) The advertised price online (as I write this) is still $18.91. Also, there is a HUGE amount of UPSELLING - "Can I clean your battery terminals?, Can I flush your coolant? Can I change your air filter?", etc. If you want to get what you came in for, you will be saying "no" over and over again. read more
