I never had them tell me it was in and available for them to install. I kept asking and they kept saying, for months and months, that it was on order. 2/ When they changed ownership, I could never talk to a person when I called, only the machine. When I had something urgent, it could be a couple days before I would receive a return call. I ended up going to George Gee for my service needs.

They truly want their customers to return with always having a great experience. They all are kind. They listened to me, explained things to me and wanted me to be happy not just as their customer but as a person. They will joke with you, make you laugh but be professional in making you feel at ease. They want you to love what you're driving. They saw me as a person with true concerns that they wanted to make right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!! I'm not just going to be a returning customer but a customer that will use their services for the small things such as oil changes. I find that the brown bear carwashes vary greatly depending on location. Having been to most, if…read morenot all of the locations, the newer the spot, the better the wash. For example, the Brown Bear in Puyallup, WA is not as good as driving a little further south on Meridian Avenue to discover one of their newest locations in Graham, WA. The Graham location is not only new, with a better ability to clean, but has self wash if your car is super dirty or you like to pre-prep your wheels, as I do. I find the Graham location to be cleaner overall and with vacuums that suck better. However, you can never go wrong visiting any of the Brown Bear locations, as they are all able to wash your car better then other carwashes. I have been a customer of Brown Bear for many years. I currently have monthly plans on all three of my cars. The membership plans that allow you to wash as many times as you want, ( I have been known to wash one of my cars 3 times in one day) even back-to-back. The prices pay for them selves as long as you wash your car 3x in a month. As for Brown Bear as a company, that guarantees their service, they are second to none. I have had damage occur once on a vehicle I own. The Carwash broke off my wiper in the back of the car. I contacted the location, and they in turn, contacted the main office. I was quickly contacted by the district manager and the issue was resolved in a very acceptable amount of time. I needed to get an estimate of replacement, including parts and labor from the auto dealer location. Once that was given to the DM, a check was mailed immediately. What a great place to do business, and what a NW staple. I am very proud to have Brown Bear part of our communities. And I look forward, knowing my cars will be clean. (except when the NW rain takes over)

I called earlier in the week and was assured the carpet and cargo cover would be there for my oil change appointment. When I got there the carpet and the cargo cover were not there and were never even ordered. They told me they wouldn't replace my warped, discolored I'll fitting cargo cover that constantly falls down and they stated they would order little plastic pieces to help keep it on track. I want to add my car doesn't even have 10,000 miles on it. After the oil change I was called and told it was ready for pick up. I showed up 2 min later and sat waiting for 30 min while the service guy messed with another customers windshield wipers. At this point I was so irritated with the lack of service. As I was leaving the girl behind the service counter said to me this happens all the time and asked if I'd like to speak with the GM. I spoke with the GM Francisque. He apologized and stated to me that he had no problem replacing my cargo cover and carpet and made sure that it was ordered. He even filled my gas tank after I drove two hours to be there and gave me his personal line if I had any other troubles. 2 weeks later I called asking about my items. He assured me they were ordered and would call when they came in. Now it's been almost two months and I still haven't heard anything. Terrible service by the service department staff and I'm still out my ordered items .
