    I received a "cash offer" via Edmonds after entering my vehicle information, and a salesman…read morecontacted me immediately regarding this vehicle. He confirmed that the Edmonds offer would be honored, provided the information I submitted was accurate, which the Sales Manager verified. I brought the written Edmonds/Findlay offer and all requested documentation to my appointment. Upon inspection, they found the car accurately represented, with no issues. Despite this, Findlay presented a significantly lower "auction" offer, claiming the Edmonds valuation was too high and citing $2,000 in alleged "repairs"--none of which were actually necessary, including routine maintenance like an oil change. I showed them the original offer, which made no mention of overpricing, and was assured that honesty in the submitted information would guarantee the offer. This promise was not honored. Subsequently, the Sales Manager called to apologize and mentioned they would review their process to prevent this from happening in the future. While he offered a higher amount, it still did not match the original Edmonds/Findlay written offer. He acknowledged that nothing in the offer or my information indicated it wouldn't be honored, yet the dealership chose not to uphold it. This feels deceptive and am disappointed that Findlay wasted my time and resources instead of honoring their written offer.

I don't remember if I just stopped in to see if they could fix it or if I called and they said to just come in the next day, but I pulled in to their service dept and it took maybe 10 minutes to put the piece back on. The service guy was really friendly and quick. So nice that he didn't make me feel stupid! I had gotten enough razzing from my hubs! :-) Second time was just a week ago for an oil change and the safety check etc. They were able to get me in about a week after I called to schedule which was nice. I stayed in the waiting area with my iPad while they completed my service which was done in the time frame they gave me. Check out was quick and the girls in the service office were very nice. My car was so filthy from driving over the pass just a couple days before my appointment, but came back shiny clean. We have a home on the west side of the mountain and one on the east side. The dealership on the west side is brand new and beautiful. While the service dept over there is ok, the sales dept is horrible. This dealership has obviously seen better days. The building is quite old, but I would rather schedule any service appointments I may need here if I can. I don't know how the sales staff is, but when I'm ready to replace my RRS and order a new one, I will start here in getting a price quote. Very happy with my experiences here.

Subaru of Spokane Ian my salesman, Chris sales Manager, Patrick dealership manager, and Michael finance all went above and beyond for me. They truly want their customers to return with always having a great experience. They all are kind. They listened to me, explained things to me and wanted me to be happy not just as their customer but as a person. They will joke with you, make you laugh but be professional in making you feel at ease. They want you to love what you're driving. They saw me as a person with true concerns that they wanted to make right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!! I'm not just going to be a returning customer but a customer that will use their services for the small things such as oil changes. They too don't want to be slammed on social media just as none of us do going to work, doing our jobs and working hard to make a living. Ian is amazing not just at selling cars but at building a relationship with you. Michael is good at explaining what you are signing financially not hiding anything. Chris was great at making it right for me. Patrick I can't write how truly grateful I am for his kindness and wanting to make everything ok for me. Great people!!!!

    So where to begin. I took my car in for an oil change and to get the carpet replaced for a…read moremanufacture defect and also to replace my cargo cover. I called earlier in the week and was assured the carpet and cargo cover would be there for my oil change appointment. When I got there the carpet and the cargo cover were not there and were never even ordered. They told me they wouldn't replace my warped, discolored I'll fitting cargo cover that constantly falls down and they stated they would order little plastic pieces to help keep it on track. I want to add my car doesn't even have 10,000 miles on it. After the oil change I was called and told it was ready for pick up. I showed up 2 min later and sat waiting for 30 min while the service guy messed with another customers windshield wipers. At this point I was so irritated with the lack of service. As I was leaving the girl behind the service counter said to me this happens all the time and asked if I'd like to speak with the GM. I spoke with the GM Francisque. He apologized and stated to me that he had no problem replacing my cargo cover and carpet and made sure that it was ordered. He even filled my gas tank after I drove two hours to be there and gave me his personal line if I had any other troubles. 2 weeks later I called asking about my items. He assured me they were ordered and would call when they came in. Now it's been almost two months and I still haven't heard anything. Terrible service by the service department staff and I'm still out my ordered items .
