By far the worst dealership out there. Both the sales and service department is incompetent. First of all they sold and delivered a truck without a working horn. Then lied on inspection sheet. Seat heaters did not work, an 1/8 of inch of rust on all four brake rotors after saying they are in good condition. The four wheel drive does not work and many more lies on the inspection sheet. I spoke with a service advisor that told me the brake noise is normal told me it's because I bought a Ford. I showed the manager and advisor the photos of the brake rotors. They then said that's not good. Was informed the would take care of the brakes. After getting the truck back I went on a road trip to Canada with my family and friends. Heard more noise I started to take my wheel caps off after getting back. Two lug nuts just fell out oh the right and one on the left. I checked the rest of them and found more that were not even hand tight!!! 6 out of the 12 lug nuts on the front were completely loose. After finding this out I went back trying to get my paperwork from the company the advisor never gave me it when picking up the vehicle. But had immediately sent an email to the manager and advisor. Was ignored called the service department and multiple emails. After being ignored for months. I spoke to the sales department and they had service send it to me. I had other concerns with my vehicle that I wanted use my warranty on but I don't feel comfortable taking my truck to this dealer. Between sales delivering the vehicle before the horn was repaired. Lies on the inspection sheet. Loose lug nuts and the withholding the repair order for an extensive period of time. read more

I will NEVER purchase another car from this location (or Auto Nation) and I'm contemplating traveling to Boise or Seattle for future recall issues/ regular servicing. ** I would leave negative stars if it would let me. Since purchasing our Range Rover in 2021 we've seen amazing employees leave and quality of service continue to decline. We had an appt for 2 recalls at 10:30am. When scheduling these I was told not a big deal, maybe a couple hours. We drive from an hour north so we planned to spend time downtown until it was complete. My husband checked in at 10:15, when he asked how long they said "afternoon, there are several cars ahead of you". Seems strange, but make the best of it. Around 1pm, we call to check status. Nobody will answer, I tried 4 times. So I tried another option. The girl says she will have our advisor call us with an update. An hour later (2pm) still no call back. So we send a text to the advisor, give them 30-40 min, no text back so I call the dealership. Nobody answers, so I leave a voicemail requesting a call back. At 3:30 with no calls back or texts I call the dealership again. I get someone and they say the car will be done TOMORROW at noon. Apparently this entire time our car hasn't even been touched, despite the fact we've had this appointment for over a month. We tell them we can't stay downtown overnight, they don't have a loaner (because a dealership that sells 6 figure vehicles doesn't offer loaner cars ‍). So here we are, going home after an entire day of be waiting for a car that was never touched. At the dealership no apology, no offer to reschedule us. So I call them on the ride home to reschedule and I get another inept employee telling me I've already had this service done, I can't reschedule. After talking through everything (still no apology) I'm rescheduled another month out. Will these recalls be completed- Lord knows. This dealership is pure garbage. I would NEVER purchase another car from them. I don't even want to go back and have my car serviced by them, but there aren't any other dealers nearby unless I want to drive to Seattle. I've never been treated so poorly and with such little regard. Your dealership looks like absolute trash compared to the others in town and it appears you cant keep an employee to save your life. I purchased a used BMW M5 from this location. After days oy smelling gas, I decided to part way with the vehicle. I traded the car in to a local dealership here in Seattle, the dealership later stated the car was not legal to be sold because the catalytic converters had been removed, and the computer had been flashed to not throw codes. The reason I would not recommend this dealer, I called them and asked them to buy the car back they agreed, then stopped all communication with me. The car was inspected buy AutoNation BMW in Bellevue who verified the finding. The Autonation in Spokane stated the car passed their inspections, was performed inhouse. I wish I could leave zero stars. Very poor communication. Left 5 messages and never got a call back and that was through their service! Went to pick up the Range Rover and only got a couple of miles and it died again. Had to drive over from Olympia to get it only to have to leave it there again. Picked it up 2 weeks later (took forever to get it fixed) and the mechanics did a real job on the interior. Took them over an hour to clean the grease off the door panels. You would think that a high end dealership would be much better with there customer communications and their cars. I refuse to ever buy from ANY Autonation dealership ever! This place has been the worst car experience I have had....from day 1! We went in to look at a LR4 posted on Facebook Marketplace, we needed a vehicle to tow a small travel trailer. The salesperson was VERY aware of what we needed. We were told that the previous owner must still have the tow hitch and they would contact them to try to get it from them. Come to find out....it wasn't ever equipped to tow. So we had to go to an aftermarket place to add on a toe hitch, power, etc. (They don't care.) The finance person was a complete a** because we had our own financing and he wasn't going to be able to make money on the back end of the deal. Let's talk about the Service Dept..... I think the 3rd oil change I went in, as I was cleaning out my car the service guy has a piece of paper in front of me and points at 3 different columns....he says this is factory recommended, this is middle of the line and this is the minimum recommended. The BOLD prices are listed and I choose the $99 oil change. Co.e to find out.....he had a piece of paper for 120k maintenance!!! When I went to pick up my car I owed them $2400+++!!!! I ONLY MADE AN OIL CHANGE APPT!!! NOW....I get a recall notice from them (for the gas tank), call for an appt. We are booked out until August for that sorry. I was pissed, hung up but called back. I explained that I want to trade my car in and the check engine light is on for a vapor lock and I have changed my gas cap TWICE! Iask could this be the problem? Yes, it may be the problem, they say. Terrible service!! Purchased extended warranty, and they still tried selling my wife an extra $1000 worth of service outside my bumper to bumper service! They told my wife they could give her a ride to work, and she waited over an hour and a half after dropping the car off as they were "finding somebody" to give her a ride. Called with questions multiple times and left messages and have never gotten a response. They believe that if you purchase a land rover you are stuck bringing your car to them so they don't care after the purchase. This transaction started off 5 stars and ended up a 2 stars. In the last 10 years i have bought 8 cars and only1 from the state i live ,il..so i am comfortable buying out of state. First point of contact was Sales mgr. John Carey , he sent several videos and responded to all question. Next contact was finance mgr. Paul suggested a warranty which i decline. I sent a certified cashier check for the price of the truck and the truck was shipped to me. This is where we go down hill. Truck came with no temp tags , not worried because i paid cash and they would be sending the title right away. Not the case after calling everyday except sun. and talking to Paul telling me the title was sent for weeks. In the state of il. no tags of any kind are issued without the title , so i have a truck that can not drive. Paul was in disbelief and called motor vehicle in il. himself. another week goes by now I reach out to assistant mgr. Cal who says he can track my title. I call him back again and he tells me its never been sent out . I respect the honesty but lost on why have they not sent me the title. By this time I am trying to get the BBB involved . Finally I get a text title will be shipped in 2 days and was told off the record this was assurance on the check i sent. several things could keep the dealers in good standing , first tell the customer you will be holding documents for so long . Customers wont be happy but at least they will know. Option 2 send temp tags for the duration of holding process. This started 9/7/24 and received title 10/18/24. found out the dealership has up to 45 days . no problem with that , just accommodate the customer. Been to this dealership twice with my Range Rover Sport. Once in 2022 because I accidentally popped the front bottom skirt off on a curb......don't judge. I don't remember if I just stopped in to see if they could fix it or if I called and they said to just come in the next day, but I pulled in to their service dept and it took maybe 10 minutes to put the piece back on. The service guy was really friendly and quick. So nice that he didn't make me feel stupid! I had gotten enough razzing from my hubs! :-) Second time was just a week ago for an oil change and the safety check etc. They were able to get me in about a week after I called to schedule which was nice. I stayed in the waiting area with my iPad while they completed my service which was done in the time frame they gave me. Check out was quick and the girls in the service office were very nice. My car was so filthy from driving over the pass just a couple days before my appointment, but came back shiny clean. We have a home on the west side of the mountain and one on the east side. The dealership on the west side is brand new and beautiful. While the service dept over there is ok, the sales dept is horrible. This dealership has obviously seen better days. The building is quite old, but I would rather schedule any service appointments I may need here if I can. I don't know how the sales staff is, but when I'm ready to replace my RRS and order a new one, I will start here in getting a price quote. Very happy with my experiences here. read more

What a horrible company/dealership to work with. My problems started the day I made my purchase of my 2018 Ranger Rover Sport HSE. We drove to Spoken from Seattle for this vehicle. Ethan Hall, the sales associate used a wrong VIN number for our sale. We had to return to re-do our paper work for their error. TWICE! Not only once but then they did a second round of errors. We upgraded to a Range Rover March of 2021 (locally to home thankfully) and contacted Land Rover Spokane to report the sell and submit for a refund on the extra protections purchased. Guess what, Ethan is the finance manager now. He took all my information and proof of sale form via email. He advised a refund would be sent. Three months later I called, Ethan is gone and the new manager Jeremy Reilly says he didn't collect the right forms. Jeremy helped me with that and said expect a refund in 12 weeks. Shocking, no refund to date. Of course Jeremy is gone now and the new finance manager doesn't return calls. I left a verbal message with Shane and still no phone call back. So nearly a year later, I can't get help and no refund has been received. Don't do business with these folks. They don't follow through, they have no care for their customers and don't return calls to resolve issues. But hey, they still email and call me to come upgrade my vehicle. read more

They're extremely difficult to work with and on top of that, the service department is so slow which just makes matters worse. They have had my vehicle for OVER 2 months and don't seem to care at all. Awful place horrible customer service.. bought a 2016 Jetta l was so glad it came with heated seats. This was a major factor for me. I noticed the next day the seat heater wasn't working in the driver side only the passenger side. I called right away since it was supposed to come with heated seats. They passed my call around no one taking responsibility to help me. Finally Set me up with an appointment, found out they had NO intention on covering it ore even offering to help with it. They lied... I got an estimate of almost $ 800.00 to fix ONE seat heater within a few weeks of buying the car. Totally disappointed in them. I have called multiple times over the last week. Had an appointment with Paul in service to install 4 previously mounted tires & wheels on a 2018 Range Rover Sport. Note: I had left the new wheels, tires, TPMS sensors, and new black lug nuts at the dealership (specifically with Paul) approximately two weeks ago. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, Paul was less than friendly & welcoming. I asked him if we were still OK to just get me out in an hour...he said yes. Then, he asked if I had the black lug nuts? I reminded him that per our conversation he said to just leave everything in the box with the new wheels at their shop...so I did. 45 minutes later, Paul comes in the waiting room and says the lug nuts are not in the shop and he remembers giving them to me??? I explain to Paul again that I do not have the lug nuts because he told me to just leave them in the box with the new wheels. I also explained how poorly he was approaching this from a customer service perspective. It actually took getting the general manager involved to get $39 taken off my bill for the cost of the black lug nuts. At that point, I took the new tires and wheels to a local tire store and had them mounted on the car in thirty minutes. Thank you to the General Manager for his assistance. To Paul...I would say a better approach next time is this..."Welcome how are you today"? "Hey, it's been a couple of weeks and I can't remember if you had the black lug nuts or if they were here at the shop"? "Oh, you left with them me"? "Well, I have to apologize because we are not able to locate them." "I can go ahead and re-order some and just mount the tires with the factory (silver) lug nuts today and then you can just swing by and I'll swap them out". 8 months ago I have my water hose separated from the fitting on the water pump. I had my Range Rover HSE towed to Land Rover Spokane where I spent 2600 dollars having everything they requested repaired, repaired. I was told that this work would be warrantied for 12 months. 8 months later the same water hose separated from the water pump and I had my car towed to Central Land Rover in Houston (where I am living now), and they are charging me 1000 dollars to remedy the same problem I had when I took my car to Land Rover Spokane. In talking to the service manager at Land Rover Spokane they told me the only way they can certified the repairs to be under warranty would be for me to bring the car to them which is impossible since its 1800 miles away and they know that now I am stuck paying $1000 to another Land Rover dealer to repair the same problem I had 8 months ago. I now left to understand that their warranty is worthless, and their repairs didn't last as long as their so-called warranty. read more

UPDATE: After leaving this review an contacted Corporate, I was called to bring the vehicle in by the Manager Franc, I drove the vehicle to Spokane and it was repaired. It was delivered today. Tim was there and did a good job of keeping me up to date on repairs, also Ken coordinated to test and deliver vehicle Thanks! I visited them last month, I called to make an appointment, because my AWD stopped working on my land rover of 25k miles, the new receptionist answered and was very cold and sounded annoyed. (I thought bad day) The day I showed up for appointment, there was a service tech there, he mentions he was new and to be patient with him, which was understandable and seemed very nice and polite. There was another Tech their his name was Tim, maybe manager?, I left the vehicle, they provided a loaner for us, and we left. They called us to pick up at end of day, Tim said they had flashed it and had repaired the issue and had test driven the SUV. 5 minutes after driving out of the dealer the Light came on again. So I called, the receptionist was told by Tim that I should just drive it home (2 hour drive to Tri-Cities) and that they would pick it up next day and leave a loaner car. I never heard from them again, I called and talked to Tim & the parts guy, the general manager and never got a confirmation to bring vehicle back in. Just a complete run around with lies. The parts guy which I think his name is Johnathan or Nathan Told me that Tim had never even ordered the parts. 3 weeks later. I left a VM for manager he called one once and left a Msg. but never heard from him or anyone again. I called corporate and explained the situation, the guy from Corporate Land Rover Told me that even he was brushed off and they hung up on him, also that he had confirmed what I had told him. He told me to contact the Better Business Bureau and to just take the extra drive to Bellevue land Rover. I was like WOW! read more

The buying process was great. However the service department is terrible as well as rude and condensing to women. My husband and I actually argue about who has to take car in for scheduled maintenance. When I had a part go bad they had me come in to say yep that is broken and of course we don't have the part so please take another day off work to come back when we actually have it in stock so we can fix it even though you told us what was wrong on the phone and we had you bring it in anyway. Oh and this has gone bad on other x60's...(why not have it in stock or order it before you have me come in since you know it keeps going bad?) Oh and we will call you when it comes in...a month later (not a crucial part it was a baffle from the sunroof) no call so we finally called them and they said well we always call...according to my caller ID they had in fact, not called. When my husband went the next time he met another husband in the waiting room who had a wife that refused to deal with the service dept... We purchased a new 2018 Velar. Took most of the day to put deal together only to find out that the dealership was working the deal on the wrong car. Took another hour to get the deal correct. We were at the dealership for almost 8 hours! Crazy! We have purchase new vehicles in the past, normally they have a full tank of fuel or at least some gas. Our new Velar had no gas in it. The dealership waited for almost a month to pay off our trade. We had to make an additional payment which created a $ difference in deal. GM said that our bank would refund the payment. Bank did but there was a $100 difference which to date the dealership will not reimburse. GM and Sales manager missed multiple opportunities to make it right. they either don't need our business in the future or just plain don't care? It is not worth the headache to go back and forth with the dealership for $100 and a gas card. I have told numerous people about our experience. A friend has already bought elsewhere who was interested in the brand. We will drive to Seattle next time to buy this brand. read more

He didn't pressure me, listened to what I wanted, and made sure what he looked for to show me was within my budget. This guy worked with me over two weeks, did research, and met me for numerous test drives (since they are a part of "auto nation" he was able to access vehicles at numerous locations). It got to the point where he was so helpful that I knew no matter what, this guy was getting my sale. He finally found the perfect SUV for me and I couldn't be happier.
