I can not say enough about the amazing service from EZ Loaded customer service, warranty department, and Kevin Reece. My new boat trailer, 1 year old, had an axle failure. The failure also damaged the brakes and a wheel. I took the trailer to my local shop. What caused the failure was undetermined. Kevin immediately returned my call after seeing my pictures and talking to the shop. He made sure all parts were expedited to the shop in Arizona. I was kept well informed of the entire process and reimbursed for all labor. In a time when so many companies do not reply to emails or answer calls was extremely refreshing to deal with the company that had a human element and knows how to take care of their customers. read more

It's Friday mid day. The parts department is maned by a nice, elderly man they pulled out of the warehouse. Regular parts people have Fridays off. He tries His best but he is entirely overwhelmed and stressed. He struggles with the keyboard on a computer. He would be better off home playing with His grand children. I waited 30 minutes for my turn which never came. No or limited AC in a tiny room. It's F90+ outside and not far behind inside. I left. Went elsewhere. Like Amazon. EZ Loader should just close parts on Fridays....or staff it appropriately. And fire their HR manager. They did not become this successful with this example customer no service trying to milk a few extra dollars out of frustrated customers. read more

Never again. Brand new trailer for my Hewescraft came with solid rust inside the main beam tubes - yes, this is NEW - never wet, never a boat on it. Duped me by telling me it had Dexter axles and Brakes (even included Dexter Owner's Manual) only to find cheap, lesser quality Lippert axles and brakes installed. Main crossmember location had to be modified as the trailer was not balanced even remotely close for my boat - a boat they supply thousands of trailers for. Brake lines rubbing on frame/springs in multiple locations. One wheel/rim wobbled so bad I had to replace it on first outing. Cheap jack wouldn't even touch ground when fully extended. Cheap winch ratchet would not safely catch the stop. Fenders don't center over the tires - looks goofy. All decals including VIN# and load capacities peeled off after first rinse with my garden hose. Not to mention the trailer squeaked, moaned, and popped embarassingly. EZ-Loader customer service was HORRIBLE and would not give me correct bunk and axle location measurements so I could correct their incorrect assembly. They said they wanted to do something for me, but never said what. My final call back from EZ-Loader was all about how THEY did "not want to be represented this way." Well, what about how much trouble and expense they put on ME!? Oh, did I mention I waited 3 months after I ordered this trailer to get it! Never, ever again. read more

I have a brand new EZ load trailer with my Hewescraft 190 love the boat but the EZ load has been nothing but a problem first rear lights keep coming plugged then the winch nut came loose on the boat ramp then the lock out solenoid went bad and now the rear light fell out. I would like to recognize Jeff Brown in Spokane Washington. He's in the parts department. I live in California and had a horrible experience with a local trailer company. I decided to call Ez Loader directly and left a voice mail. Jeff called me back within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and got me exactly the right parts I needed. Hey EZ Loader, change your website it's not close to being accurate, your customer service is HORRIBLE. You don't answer your phone, you don't return calls and you don't answer your email. If you buy an EZ Loader trailer, just understand, you are on your own for help and issues...they suck. My trailer is less than two years old and a bath hub started leaking (5 year warranty)...but I expected it to be a simple issue and needed help w answers and parts.
