They had my trailer for five months, and when they finished the ramp they charged me $5200 - twice the original estimate - and didn't give me either a receipt for my payment or an invoice detailing parts and labor. The ramp was badly built and a few months later it literally fell apart. I wanted my money back but Todd offered to rebuild it instead. The rebuilt ramp was built just as badly, they put all three lift assist springs on backwards, and within a couple of months it literally fell off the trailer because it was attached so poorly. I trusted them (Todd) and got completely scammed.

I was supposed to have my title within a week or so, but instead I'm getting the run around. I'm stuck in Texas waiting to register my rig, and I can't go anywhere because they have dropped the ball on getting the title to me. They sent my title to the wrong place after I made an extra trip to sign paperwork to change where it should be sent. I'm trapped here because they won't get it together and figure out how to expedite my title. At this point, I can't recommend sending your business here. Really hoping they will help me out and get on it. Update || 6.16.17 || Well, I just received my title in the mail after four months!! Relieved to have it in hand. Mike was helpful throughout the process, despite it testing all of our patience and frustrations sometimes making their way through. Tara, the woman who originally sent my title to the California DMV wound up being relatively unhelpful. There was a point I called her six times over the course of two weeks leaving voicemails, and I didn't hear back from her. I'm not sure what her situation is, but having sent my title to the wrong place and then not making the effort to call back and help get it sorted through didn't leave me with a great impression. Perhaps she has other things going on that made it a challenge. I wound up having to send in a request of release to the California DMV instructing them to call me for a mailing address, and they sent it to me. All in all, I really appreciated Mike's help. I wish the title had been sent to the correct address in the first place, but what're you gonna do? If I'd received better service from Tara, I would make this a five star review. But the fact remains that the error was made, I was given justifications instead of apologies, and left much of the time to sort out someone else's error on my own.

We finally got it in by pulling on it. I called RVs Northwest where we bought our Nash 5 years prior. Don in service said they could look at it when we got there to diagnose. When we arrived, Don immediately had Steve, their mechanical tech check it out. It had gotten out of sync, he found the hidden control box, reset it and resynchronized the motors, then showed us how to do it if it ever happened again. It's been working great since. We were broke down just south of Silverwood theme park in northern Idaho on a Sunday morning and…read moretried to find some place to get the air bags on our suspension to refill. We finally left a message with Josh explaining our situation and he called me back, and after giving more details he drove the 20+ miles to where we were parked and started to trouble shoot and diagnose the problem. Josh spent several hours trying different ideas to get it fixed and in the end found a way to temporarily refill the air bags. After filling the air bags he stated "I wanted to make it possible for you and your family to make it home" in which we did. At anytime while he was trying to fix the problem he could have said I am not able repair the problem and I wouldn't have blamed him one bit, but he didn't he just kept working on the problem until a temporary solution was found to allow us to drive the 400 miles to get home. The next day he even called me to make sure that we made it home without an trouble. So for any rv repairs or breakdowns (god forbid) I would not hesitate to call him again.

He bolted them. Then we called Josh again to put a toggle switch(battery disconnect) into our pull car. And another time to prep our motorhome for our next run. Josh is fast, efficient, very reasonable compared to many mobile rv repair operators. We have tried more than 4 different mobile techs and I can definitely say Josh, Bear Ridge Repair is the best! My rv requires nothing more now, ready to leave in just a few day for 6 months on the road. You will not be disappointed!
