If I could give a negative star rating I definitely would I live 200 mi away from the location of my purchase and I went and seen what I purchased three different times third time put a deposit fourth time paid for it in full with cash. I have entirely too many things that went wrong after they took the cash. They keep avoiding contact with me and will not communicate at all. They go including chairman and CEO. I would not recommend this organization anybody at all. This place never did a PDI inspection at all It is a dirty when it was delivered It was scratched on delivery no keys no propane tanks The battery was dead exhaust fans don't work no hot water cuz the hot water heater doesn't work no keys when they delivered it no power cord The list goes on and on and on read more

My wife and I were shopping for a new RV and stopped in Appleway. We prefer to shop on our own and grab a salesperson if we have questions. We were told we had to have a salesperon with us because of insurance (funny...no other RV dealer had an issue). We said no thanks and turned around to leave and the owner(?), manager(?), said "F*#k you, don't come back". Good to know their thoughts on potential customers before we committed to anything. And, no, we won't be back. Wish granted. read more

I have used Appleway's Service Department prior to their move to Liberty lake and I felt they were one of the finest in Spokane Very quality oriented and customer centric. I texted a couple of days ago for a oil change and was told they don't do this very basic of services and I was referred to two other businesses. I am amazed that a large business won't do the basic of services. Sorry Mike you lost me as a customer. Purchased brand new aspen trail trailer to live in full time. The light in the fridge works and thats it. We are now 1.5 months in the trailer and had to put a mini fridge in(taking up prime space). Solution: reach out to keystone since we need someone to come to us as this is our current home. We could pack everything up and haul it in, but im sorry its brand new! Are you going to pay for us to stay in a hotel to do it?1.5 months later piss poor communication from keystone as well as the guy thats been selected to do the work, and no fridge on the horizon! In addition overall craftsmanship is poor! Sloppy silicone job, leaking kitchen sink (the drain pipes are not permanently connected) and hot water line leaks. Splintered wood inside cabinets, windows don't open easily. Would not recommend read more

In my last post I finished by saying I hope the new owners do a better job. So far they have not. After calling several times and leaving several messages requesting contact I got no response. Yesterday I called and was told someone would call this morning. Surprise, didn't happen. I called in again this afternoon and finally got a hold of the service manager. After voicing my frustration all he said was they went through a change of ownership and didn't handle any service issues for a month or so. While voicing concerns that I spent a quarter of a million dollars on a motor home and have not received a bit of customer support I let slip a curse word at which point he told me if I swore at him again he would hang up. Bought my camper last year and have had nothing but trouble since. Four times I brought it in, four times they told me it was fixed, four times it was not fixed. Come to find out from a service tech that they never even looked at it. However, the new service manager has proven to be more reliable. Now on to that nearly 6k extended warranty. The finance guy who sold it to us blatantly lied about what it covered. He claimed it would cover any damage to the camper and the truck it was attached to. I was just told this is not true as it only covers mechanical failures, as any other extended warranty does. I realize this is my fault for not reading the paperwork, I let my wife do that, and it is my fault for trusting this finance guy. Just wanted to let anyone who may consider purchasing this warranty and to double check everything they are telling you. BTW, I am not from San Fransisco, I am from Hayden Id. read more

Called asking for the price on a 2021 Newmar. The sales guy gave me the full MSRP that no one pays. Just a year ago I received a price on a 2020 model from a dealer in Arizona that was 190 thousand less than Appleways. We purchased our fifth wheel from Appleway RV in 2021 The sale went flawless we were very happy. We had an accident with it in October of 2022, we took it back to Appleway Rv to be repaired and finish up the warranty work that needed to be done. The repairs came to a cost of $12,000.00 and when we came to pick it up the workmanship was so bad I could not believe my eyes. We went in to get the service person working he was rude when we were mad and upset about the terrible workmanship. This was a wonderful dealership before RV Retail took over and now they are crap like most of the others out there. SHAME ON YOU APPLEWAY RV. P.S we are still trying to get all the warranty work finished. read more

we purchased a 2022 Tiffin 36ft Open Road Allegro after trading out previous Coach in. Upon our walk through mid July of 2022, I noticed a cracked windshield. They supposedly took pics and wrote it down. I took pics myself which I still have in case we have to go through a Lawyer. From there, our whole dash came loose on the East Coast. We drove through rain and snow to get home last fall. Completely froze the whole way back to Idaho. We had a recalled slide issues as well as broken vents that didn't work either when we drove off the lot. We took it back to them Oct 23. At that time, they never ordered the New windshield. Told us they would. By Christmas, no Coach and more excuses. February rolled around hubs got more lies, March rolled in and we got the GM Jeff to speak with us. He seemed miffed as to why they still had our Motorhome. After he spoke to his service guys, the one tech said well, they don't need it yet it's winter. I'll insert eye roll here. We needed it. He doesn't persinally know us! We finally got our coach back in late April. Left on our first road trip May 12-23. We arrived at the Coast, and had no power, on Couch side. No recline. I threw my back and neck out before we left, so this didn't make me happy. Called them. No one could help by phone. Now we have appt tomorrow with them for that. Tried leaving Tri Cities KOA, and slides won't slide in. Stands won't come up off the ground. Appleway RV still isn't helping us!!! We had to call in a guy to work with Tiffin. That BILL will be personally handed to the General Mgr. please don't EVER purchase a unit from here. They don't give one dang except taking your money on the sale. Every week we were told waiting on parts, or next week when in turn, we found out they did not order windshield, amongst other things. Save your money for a more Dealership who is willing to help/fix issues on 1/2 million dollar rigs!!!!! Jeff, the hope you see this review. Very disappointed:(. The R. I traded in a 2014 XLR Thunderbolt in great condition for a Mirada Select 37LS. I agree from a previous comment they couldn't wait for me to exit the building with $10k in Cash and my trailer. The RV was in no condition ready to drive away. They did say it would be ready in 4 days. The PDI was pretty quick with issues with hydraulic Jacks, the mechanic recycled them, and they worked until I left the shop. Soon after I purchased the RV I needed to go to MO to deal with my father who was having medicals issues. Going down the roadway, the lights would flash and beep continuously on the hydraulic stabilizers. The first night I tried to deploy the Hyd Jacks and they wouldn't deploy, so I called the number on the Panel to be informed how to recycle the jacks. This continued to MO and back to Spokane Thats just the beginning of the nightmares. Also going down the roadway the RV would sway back and forth. Thinking this can't be normal, we proceeded to MO. Once in MO, I crawled under the RV to find out the sway bar was not attached to the axle. The first bracket was bend, while the second bracket was missing. This would have been found with a descent PDI. Hazardous and a safety issue thanks to Appleway TV. As we traveled the frig wouldn't keep the food cold or cool, so we lost milk and salads and the like. Prior to leaving to MO I had to speed tape all of the frig door brackets, because they were broke and missing one drawer. Thinking things can't get worse, the rear toilet would clog do to a piece of plastic lodged in the drain. The lovely smell! Several of the outside doors would close but not lock, again with a descent PDI! I never did get a follow-up call from the Vulture salesman or Owner or Maint personnel. Pretty nice when they see a paycheck coming! So upon my return to Spokane in Sept with my list for Appleway to fix, they of course called my Maint agreement instead of repairing the items themselves, which of course all the items would have fixed with a GOOD PDI. Oh, lets back-up they gave me appointment of 10 Dec to bring in for repair and of course that was just a bring in date. Nothing had been done until after the New Year. They did remove plastic object in toilet drain, they adjusted the outside door locks, I had already replaced the sway bar bracket at my cost, as far as frig. they called me to tell me it was going to cost me to remove frig, repair and reinstall at a cost of over $250.00. The brackets were going to be replaced when talking to Becky, but she left or was fired not sure which. So Ryan said it was at my cost to replace them, but he would at least call the warranty plan and check it. Well its been a month and no word! so i am not surprised with anything from APPLEWAY RV! A cost of over $250.00 So anyone looking at purchasing an RV go to R and R RV. They clean there rigs, rent them out, fix all the problems and then is put on lot to sell! Now thats customer Service unlike APPLEWAY RV. Which has little or no customer service. . read more

My wife and I bought our trailer last year from what was then Big Bear RV, but is now Appleway RV (Pasco). We drove from Monroe to make the purchase, because Open Road RV Monroe, had the exact same trailer for sale for several thousand dollars more, an exceptionally rude sales staff, and no willingness to negotiate at all. At the time of our trailer purchase, we had the pleasure to meet Shawna, the service manager. Shawna was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with, and advised us to call her if any service needs arose, or we had any questions, regarding accessories for our trailer. We had a water holding tank issue with our trailer this Spring, and called Appleway RV, to have the problem taken care of. I was pleased to learn that Appleway RV, had the good sense to retain Shawna in the service department. Shawna was able to work with my schedule, to get our trailer in, and advised that she would have the problem diagnosed, and keep me apprised. Shawna did just that, contacting me, to let me know the repair was covered under warranty, that repair parts had been ordered, and that the repairs would be made as soon as the parts were delivered. A couple of weeks later, Shawna called me to schedule a pickup time for me. Upon arriving, Shawna greeted me, fully explained the repair, and again advised me to contact her, if any service issues needed to be addressed, or if she could be of any help. Excellent customer service. Thank you again Shawna. Appleway RV, was smart to retain you as a team member! Steve, happy purchaser of a Rockwood 2506S. read more

We bought our first ever RV through Appleway RV one of the worst experiences we could ever have. It has taken us almost a year to write this review. We purchased our RV in Oct 2021. They lie and will do anything for a sale (surprisingly). One lie led to another then another to where it got out of hand. First red flag we should have caught was when they said here write a review (while we were there) and they said give us 5 stars and we will give you $99.00 of free items (sewer hose, water hose, etc.). This is how they get their star rating (and we never received that either). Very sad and we are embarrassed that we allowed them to influence us to give them the 5 stars. Our experience up until we signed the paperwork was great. Once you sign the paperwork, they have money in hand as we were cash deal all $150,000.00 then everything went downhill big time and crashed. We were promised a lot. We went with them as they said the RV was in transit (in transit to us means it in on the road to the dealership). This was total lies. Weeks went by they kept lying to the point we had to contact the manufacture and they had to step in, and they were amazing (the manufacture that is). We knew exactly what was going on as we were dealing with the manufacture and Appleway didn't know at that time. Therefore, everything Appleway was telling us we knew was lies. We were also told that when we received our RV they would spend hours showing us exactly how to use it as we never owned a RV before. They said they would be there every step of the way. Then whe we purchased and finalized the deal everything was supposed to be the price we paid including the washer and dryer. This was not true either. We did have this in writing but when we went in the next day with a cashier check the person, we talked to finalizing the sale took the paperwork to make a copy and didn't put it back in our folder. This was the paperwork that had handwritten notes from on of the salespeople from the night before stating the washer and dryer were included. When we finally picked up the RV they handed a bill over to us for the washer and dryer. Then when we had the PDI oh my goodness what a joke. The salesperson was suppose to be there. They were having a show that weekend just a couple of miles away. After pitching a fit about the washer and dryer and of course there was no one there to help. They had a service tech do the PDI. First thing he said after we all introduced each other is "I am sorry, but I did the best I could with the amount of time they gave me". WHAT THE HECK how does that. He also told us he has NEVER done a PDI. There was no one there that could help as they were all transporting RV's to show. We demanded to see the salesperson before we left. There was seriously no one in sight the whole time we did the PDI. They had the RV backed up to the wall so the back deck was not pulled down. Afterwords we found out why there were many issues with the back deck (repairs they didn't do). The walk through was horrible. He mentioned 2 more times "I'm sorry I did the best I could with the amount of time they gave me". We just couldn't believe it. We were initially told when we did the walkthrough, we could video tape it. So we were totally prepared to do so and did. So yes, I have the PDI on video. I have not posted anything yet as I am just now posting our experience with Appleway. Again, the PDI was a joke like really bad. We never did recover the amount we had to pay for the washer and dryer. We would never ever have anything to do with Appleway and hope that people that read this review will take it into consideration to move on to another dealer. The lies and being deceived happened over and over with Appleway it is such a shame. So how someone else put it in a review ... "if you want to be lied to and deceived this is the dealership for you". When you have to con people to give you 5 star rating this is pretty sad and pathetic and we are ashamed we allowed them to do that to us. Buyer be aware don't go to Appleway and run the other direction. APPLEWAY you should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

When I first started looking for RVs I limited my search to just my local area in CA. But then I figured I could make a trip out of it - if I could find a good deal. I started working with Bridgette Tiffany who is outstanding - great personality - easy to work with. I got a great deal on my Tiffin and I planned a trip up there, Bridgette went out of her way to make our experience perfect. She picked us up at the airport. Offered for us to use her truck for the day if we needed groceries or anything else for our trip home. The entire experience was fantastic. I highly recommend buying your RV at Appleway RV. I did not purchase my RV here- just took mine for service. Absolutely the worst customer service I have had. I tried for 4 days to get an update on an awning repair that was supposed to take 2-3 hours, and couldn't even get a call back. I have to postpone my vacation because of their incompetence. Will not be going back here again, and will not purchase my next toy hauler from them. read more

On 1/12/23 I purchased a 2023 aurora bunkhouse. At the time I was promised in writing a credit at the in-house store. The employee at the counter had no clue what I was talking about.no big deal.... now here's where the fun begins over the next few weeks ( mind you it's winter) I go in it to check it out and heaters not working. (they do a aftersale walk around with you explaining everything but I must have missed it) a couple of trips back and forth and it seams to be fixed. Now comes warm weather and I'm getting it ready for summer and numerous people point out crooked axels (which would explain why it pulled funny) not to mention every pvc plumbing was leaking water destroying the interior of my new $18,000 trailer. Now I call and get it in at the end of July ( ruins my entire summer of having fun with the family) not one call to update us on anything. At one point they didn't think they even had it. I was promised a week to repair it but after the lemon they sold me I gues it needed many other thing fixed. This place does not care about its customers period! And if you are thinking about buying from them RUN! Buy a used one or purchase new from a reputable lot. This has been a nightmare you think will not happen to you. read more

Very unusual experience for RV purchase/ delivery, everything was as promised and no surprises. We purchased new Entegra Insignia from Appleway RV in August 2019. Great to deal with and a fun group of people. We enjoyed the purchase process and everything was done professionally and expediently. We arranged a delivery date and arrived the night before. When we bought our 2020 Jayco Greyhawk 30z, Joe was amazing. However, the Motorhome had problems to begin with and many of these were never resolved even after a year. Always excuses about parts unavailable, etc and putting things off even after a scheduled appointment. I understand COVID played a part, but once we purchased, customer care and communication were very unsatisfactory. When you spend $120,000 you should continue to be treated with value and respect, not dismissal and made to feel like you are a bother. We were also told in finance that the $1,900 dealer prep fee is a law, which was not truthful. The RV was delivered with problems. There are much better dealerships, but you'll have to get out of Washington state. D&D RV in Helena Montana is an example of how business should be conducted. Buyers beware of Appleway RV. read more

Definitely worth the 10 hours of driving to get there and back! We had shopped and found an RV that we were ready to buy, but decided to look around online to compare pricing. Appleway was able to offer a price $4000 less than our local dealers. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding! We worked with Bridgette over the phone to arrange everything, so that when we arrived we just had to finish up the financing paperwork. Bought a new/used RV from them on 7 May 2019. Finally was able to take delivery on 18 May 2019. Sales Rep was knowledgeable and was very keen on knowing what we wanted, etc. Sales Manager was great. Finance Manager was great. Initial reaction from us was good. Then, after signing papers it pretty much went down hill. Why did it take so long to get the coach? Having an RV show. Why is it taking so long to get the coach ready for us? Having an RV show. From 8 May thru 18 May, every thing was "Having an RV show". I am still not sure why it would take 11 days to get a RV ready for a customer. This dealership would have got a five star rating, but we heard "RV show" as an excuse far to many times. Just not happy with the Customer Service we received. read more

This is even better than giving a business 5 stars after they do service on your vehicle. We lost power at the Walmart parking lot and hubby tried everything he could think of to fix it. Finally after an hour he called to find a place to take it to be repaired. Mind you we are very far from home. He called Appleway and the receptionist connected him with a mechanic who asked a couple questions. Within 1 minute we were at full power and never had to go there. It was a quick fix that only a mechanic would know as it wasn't in our RV manual even. We tried to call him back to thank him but were not able to get back to him without his name. We want to say thank you and let you know how grateful we are. I hope the good karma coming his way hits him soon. We will give them our business when we are in the area again. Meanwhile I'll also spread this news to the 70,000 full time RVers on Facebook. :) read more

Fantastic place for rv service. Becky lead her crew to a speedy repair job on our 5th wheel. I recommend them for all your needed repairs

My parents have been ripped off in a big way. They recently purchased a brand new RV in excess of around $160-180k. When they went on their first trip there were so many things that were wrong with it that they had to take it back. The murphy bed wouldn't unfold, the side wouldn't go out. The magnetic strip on the shower door is faulty. The blinds don't work. The list goes on and on. They are retired and thought that this would be a great investment for them. Appleway refuse to take it back. After 3 weeks of it being returned for the fixes, the blind part has only just been ordered and many other items on the list remain unfixed. They are not willing to work with my parents to return it for a appropriate price and with everything done and what they bought to go in it and with it they are literally losing close to 100k. If you have excess money to waste then go ahead. I am so sad that they would rip off my retired parents. read more

I would be very careful in buying from this place. We are looking at buying a motorhome from them and were working with them from the Seattle area. We started asking questions about the miles on a C class motorhome because it was not listed in the description. We found out the owner(Mike) had lent the motorhome to a friend to take on a vacation and the drive It around all over in Califorina. That is fine, but what is not fine is that he is trying to sell the motorhome as new not used. When you lend that to someone and they take a vacation in it and drive it all over the place that is now use and should have been advertised that way. Nope and they were not willing to negotiate on it. Instead he decided that because of supply and demand he was going to raise the prices $10,000 on all the units. He said that the manufacture had pulled all the discounts. Which is not true in talking to sevreal other Jayco dealers! Also the salesmen was not that impressive either his communications skills are terrible! So I am just saying buyer be aware! read more
