We drove from Monroe to make the purchase, because Open Road RV Monroe, had the exact same trailer for sale for several thousand dollars more, an exceptionally rude sales staff, and no willingness to negotiate at all. At the time of our trailer purchase, we had the pleasure to meet Shawna, the service manager. Shawna was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with, and advised us to call her if any service needs arose, or we had any questions, regarding accessories for our trailer. We had a water holding tank issue with our trailer this Spring, and called Appleway RV, to have the problem taken care of. I was pleased to learn that Appleway RV, had the good sense to retain Shawna in the service department. Shawna was able to work with my schedule, to get our trailer in, and advised that she would have the problem diagnosed, and keep me apprised. Shawna did just that, contacting me, to let me know the repair was covered under warranty, that repair parts had been ordered, and that the repairs would be made as soon as the parts were delivered. A couple of weeks later, Shawna called me to schedule a pickup time for me. Upon arriving, Shawna greeted me, fully explained the repair, and again advised me to contact her, if any service issues needed to be addressed, or if she could be of any help. PDI tech passed off damage to side skirts as a "feature". Mixed experience. Trailer is great and we got it with minimum fuss. We had pre-approval from my Credit Union for the purchase. Over the phone, salesperson CeCe asked my wife and I to fill out the BlueDog financing application because "We need it to work with your bank". I told her explicitly on no fewer than 3 occasions "We already have financing. Please do nothing that will result in a credit pull. My wife and I are trying hard to protect our rating." I also wrote it on the application. Each time she assured me that she wouldn't. Of course, as we were already halfway to Spokane (5 hour drive) my wife looked and Surprise! At least 2 credit pulls from Spokane. When we arrived and complained, CeCe tried to explain to us that we didn't actually have a pre-approval (despite having email to the contrary). She pretty much evaded and deflected any questions we asked about anything. When we got into the finance office, Kurt (finance guy) was aghast when we told him. He looked at the app and saw the "please no pull" note, and admitted to not seeing it. CeCe had not ever conveyed our request to him. He gave us a parts credit to try to ease things. So Kurt a) owned the problem and b) tried to make it up while CeCe just pretended it didn't exist. Don't deal with CeCe. When we drove over to Post Falls to pick up the trailer, our PDI tech was nice enough, but when I pointed out a weird bulge in the aluminum wheel skirt, he gave us some line about it being "to give extra room in the event of a tire blowout". Which sounded like BS at the time, but we had been on the move for about 8 hours at that point, and I just wanted to get out of there. When we finally got to our campsite, I took a closer look and it was totally due to damage. Comparing the two sides of the trailer makes it really obvious. Also, there's sawdust inside many of the cabinets. I mean, how hard is it to clean that up?

John was very easy to work with, very responsive to our questions and was able to schedule within a week of our contact. After his inspection he called and spoke with my husband about the issues he saw as more important. We received the full report (almost 200 pages!) the next day. It included a LOT of color photos illustrating the issues. This allowed us to advise the dealer of concerns and we'll be taking the report with his next week when we go to pick up the RV so we can refer to it during our walk around/walk-thru. We highly recommend John and his company and would use him again without hesitation.

We were on a two-week RV trip and on the first day, one of the rooftop vents blew apart because it had turned so brittle. On our way through Spokane, we stopped and I talked to Jacob in the service dept. He helped me find the correct one and then got on the roof and installed it with me so we could get on our way and stay dry. I also asked him about the quick-connect hose for our outdoor shower. We never got one when we bought the trailer (brand new) and our local store said they don't come with one -- you have to buy it separate. They also couldn't help me find the right one to buy. They just left me to figure it out. Jacob's attitude was, "Give me a minute to look around and see what I can find." Within a few minutes he came back with the right hose and sent me on my way. KUDOS to Jacob. At least SOMEONE at Camping World knows how customer service is supposed to work!

The business manager who handled our sale completely changed the way he talked to us after we declined the warranty and became very short with us. A few days later, we went to pick up our RV and discovered that multiple things were broken. We were told to just take the RV home, use it for the summer, and then they would fix it. We did not want to do that, so we asked them to fix the issues before we took it home. They added a few screws to broken fixtures and then sent us on our way saying they needed to order parts. Mind you this was a BRAND NEW RV we bought. We were told the parts had been ordered. Two months later, we still haven't received the parts for the broken items we were dealing with. We tried calling to find out what was going on, but nobody knew what we were talking about. Eventually, we were told that the repairs had been declined. (Even though we were given work orders for everything) Now we're being given the runaround again and are waiting to hear something back. Extremely disappointed with this entire experience. I tried calling to talk to someone yesterday no call back. We have had worse experiences with other dealers this is why they are getting three stars instead of a one star. I know the dealer did not create the problems, but they failed to deliver on the repairs as promised.

Dealer operates in a way that they "show you a good price" and keep marking it down. Then they get…read morethe salespeople to say phrases like "we're not making any money on this deal, its below Wholesale" "This is marked down so far, we're actually losing money!" Only to wait until you get approved through the financing lock in your deposit and use a Buy & Sell on interest rate method. You might get approved for a lower rate, but they won't tell you and try and markup the interest rate on the back end. 2% to 4%. Meanwhile they'll tell you what a great rate they you got. Once your Deposit is locked in, they will use it as an extortion tool to force you to move forward or forfeit. It has nothing to do with holding the vehicle before "someone else buys it" - False scarcity mindset tactic. Also fear of loss of method. Additionally, they will also use extremely unethical high-pressure tactics to force you into an extended warranty for your coach. Even if you Decline it 4 times, they keep dropping the price of the warranty to give you a "Great Deal" on the warranty and show you service records of how much this will cost you if you don't do it creating a forced fear tactic and feeling on win closing tool. If you're someone that doesn't like games don't stop at this dealership. Also; Don't use their financing, go to your own bank or credit union before moving forward with their purchase or giving them a dollar. You'll get a better rate, no backend 1990s haggling sales methods. If you ask what the rates on they will say "only way to know is get approved, they have so many factors" - No just call you bank and ask for a Current Rate Sheet. Go into your bank, credit union whoever and ask for a Current Rate Sheet with the Tier'd credit on it and compare it to the rates the dealership is offering. Clearly this company is all about marking up the points on financing and making as much money as possible on the warranty meanwhile promising you they're family owned and they'll do the best they can. They probably also have a substantial dealer hold back on the price or get a manufacturer rebate. Don't believe the "We're losing money on this" tactics. There is no money made on the front end; Everything is made on the back-end financing room of these coaches. Tools needed when shopping coaches; Compare units to local shops RV Trader or Facebook Market the Exact model/Features. Part of the work they completed was to replace our backup camera and add side view cameras. They also replaced the roof and skylight, replaced the carpet with LPV, replaced the catalytic converter, fix one of the side compartments that had been damaged, fix the interior floor that had water damage, and more! Our refrigerator work fine however after 20+ years some of the door shelves had broken, bless them, they were able to find used parts to replace the ones broken. I can't say enough about how well the work was done. Their crew's pride in workmanship certainly shown through on this job. Anyhow, I elected to add a few extra bits on it since it was the middle of December when I bought it and wouldn't be able to ride it for a while anyways. Amy, Joe, and Tony in service were very accommodative and Kevin in sales was a very pleasant individual and I feel got me the perfect bike for my needs. The owner, Kristin personally delivered the bike to me along with another large order for some gear I ordered which I feel she went over and above on. The gear (Husqvarna pants, jackets, etc.) completely exceeded my expectations in quality, and I rarely say something like that nowadays. They have since added some more upgrades to the bike and fixed a minor issue for me that occurred. Some of the 1-star reviews I see were from a few years ago and I believe this is a whole new owner(s), service team and salespeople.
