The Alpine Haus team do a great job taking care of my boats. Over the past 25 years they have helped me sell a boat, do routine winterizing, summerizing, hull cleaning and detailing. They have trouble-shot a variety of issues and always charged a very fair price. Rick up front is great about getting boats in and out, Randy in the shop calls me with updates and suggestions to fix and maintain my boats. Recently on an older boat I have, they did some vinyl repair, fiberglass repair and a full polish. The 22 year old boat looked like new! A few weeks ago, I hit a piece of driftwood knocking my tracking fin off the boat and nearly sinking it. With two weeks to go before a family boating vacation, Vince got my boat right in and started working on it immediately so I could have the boat in time for my vacation where other shops were quoting me three to four weeks. I was nervous as the turn around was tight but Vince made it happen, kept me updated on the progress and delivered ahead of the time he quoted. Honest, down-to-earth car dealer. Vince was very helpful, going out of the way to get me the info I needed, sending me pictures on request and promptly responding to my emails. I was coming from out of town to see the car and he met me at the lot on a Sunday off-season to be able to show me the car. The car itself was in great condition, very little corrosion, just as he had described. I came in to look at boats and was completely blown off by the sales team. After several minuets of standing and listening to a salesmen talk to someone about pets I finally went to the counter and was told just to go out and look at the boat. After even more time I was frustrated to never be joined by any sales staff or even acknowledged in the simplest ways. read more

Have dealt with Vince for over 30 years. Had a major problem last year with our older ski boat Went to another marina they were not knowledgeable enough to fix it. After weeks there And a large repair bill we Brought it to Vince he found the problem within a few days and had the mechanic fix it. Very satisfied and highly recommended them. read more

We took our boat in on a Monday morning and they said they would call later that day with an estimate for repair, we called tue and they said they would get to it later that day. Wed we were told ours was the next boat in line, no word thurs and by Friday a face to face talk with the mechanic yielded an estimate and repair options. We asked how much it would cost to do 3 of the 5 repairs and they said they would call and tell us. No call ever came. On tue of the next week we went to pick up the boat and were told it was torn apart being worked on. We never authorized repairs or told them what we had chosen to fix. Horrible communication and will NEVER go back, all our boating friends avoid this place!!!! read more

Went to 3 different boat dealers then ended up here. Upon walking up to the lot, in pouring rain, a man who introduced himself as Adam approached. Told him looking to buy our first boat this is the money we had and also informed him of a horrible nightmare we just went thru with Click it RV. He was very open about the buisness and very polite and reassuring. Answered all my questions never tried to rush me, in pouring rain and they were busy. Showed me a few boats and set my eyes to the ONE. A million questions later from me we sealed the deal. A very easy and nice process. Didnt make things complicated for me or give me a run around. Didnt sell me the boat he helped me in every way possible choose the right one. Figured once he made the sale that would be it and i would be on my way. Nope. He told me theu would keep the boat and give it a full detail, check everything out, and it wouldnt leave there shop without everything it needed. I also stated my worried about being a first time boat owner. He wrote his personal cell down and told me the day i picked it up he wouldnt just send me on my way. He was gonna spend some time with me and make sure i new the important stuff about the boat and a few extras. I was surprised there cuz not even a car dealership has ever done that much. As is means as is. Adam was awesome is every aspect. I would reccomend this buisness to anyone. Boats are priced right, after blue booking a few. First time customer with Vince and my experience has reminded me what great customer service can be. Was towing my boat to his business for service and experienced a flat on my single axle trailer (yes, no spare to save me) with just ten minutes till he closed for the day. He had cautioned me earlier that day that he really needed to be closed on time that day because of prior commitments. I called him to tell him I was less than a mile away but out of commission. He had already sent all his help home for the day but didn't hesitate to cancel his plans and deliver a spare and jack to me alongside the freeway, during rush hour in fact! When I experienced the blowout, I also ripped off my fender. He not only performed my scheduled service, but made me whole again with a new fender, new tires, and an added spare, to boot, from his used inventory. Fantastic prices on all work, very thorough and timely. He even took some pictures of their work on my boat that was behind panels so I could see what they did. He's been in business for 30+ years and I now know why. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him highly. Thx Vince! read more
