Professional Marine didn't hesitate to help us out. They let us park the boat there, didn't ask for anything in return, and were incredibly kind and accommodating. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. My experience with this boat service was defined by poor communication and unclear pricing from day one. I was constantly left chasing updates with minimal or vague responses, which made the entire process frustrating and stressful. Even worse, the final invoice included charges that were never discussed or explained upfront. There was no transparency, and when I tried to get clarification, I was met with evasive answers and little effort to make things right. A business should value its customers by being honest and communicative -- this one fell far short. I won't be returning, and I'd advise others to be cautious. read more

Professional marine services has done all our winterization and summer prep. They also replaced an engine for us as we have bought this boat from another dealer in town who was very dishonest when he sold us the boat won't mention the name but they were on 4th avenue.
