Not only did they lie directly to me about when they could get my new boat repaired, they lied about working on it for an entire week (looking at you Cessna). And when I was finally passed up to Josh,their service manager, I learned this was actually a top down issue. He said, & I quote, " I'm not going to apologize for my employee lying to you. You would have received that kind of service (being lied to) from any local shop." The only thing I could think is this guy must be some kind of DEI hire.... They proceeded to tell me I needed 2 batteries for nearly $600, then did a lake test and decided that the batteries were the cause of all my problems - and then charged me over $800 for a lake test - each of my 3 problems racking up over $200 even though they were all "fixed" with new batteries. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
