Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. My experience with this boat service was defined by poor communication and unclear pricing from day one. I was constantly left chasing updates with minimal or vague responses, which made the entire process frustrating and stressful. Even worse, the final invoice included charges that were never discussed or explained upfront. There was no transparency, and when I tried to get clarification, I was met with evasive answers and little effort to make things right. A business should value its customers by being honest and communicative -- this one fell far short. I won't be returning, and I'd advise others to be cautious. read more

Professional Marine is THE BEST boat shop in town. I have used them for years and they have always gone above and beyond as far as service and integrity. I am a solo female somewhat newer boat owner, and I think it is easy to have anxiety about going to the mechanic where my knowledge is limited and I could easily end up overpaying or with services I don't really need.
