Each store has individuals with specific strengths, and being the "friends and family mechanic" I work on a very large variety of vehicles, so I cant always be 100% knowledgable on the issue at hand. I can ALWAYS count on O'Reilly Auto for basic knowledge support as "weekend mechanic" as well as typically having the parts I need, in stock and available. Also, that frequently have great "Ship to Home" deals on their website with free and very very fast shipping for projects that can wait a day or two. I paid for new tires and window tint and picked it up and there was bubbles everywhere on the tint (which there normally isn't). the service guy pulls out a credit card and tries to smooth them out. I leave because I was heading out of town. it only got worse. and once rolling my window down after 2 days there were bubbles all over and the tint is a half inch short from the top of my window. Also my tire sensors don't work now . they also didn't give me my tires back like I requested. It looks like Stevie Wonder tinted my windows. what is going on here???
