It was delicious and there was plenty of toppings like pickles and hot peppers Large poutine: this could easily feed 3-4 people as a side. It was a big on the salty side but it really hit the spot Onion rings: they were still very crispy even despite it being delivered. Also very generous portion Margherita pizza: we ordered regular crust and it was delicious. The price was right and the flavours were really nice.

The food was not greasy and I asked for hollandaise sauce on the side. This restaurant is cozy and it was quite busy on a Friday morning before the Christmas holidays. The space is a bit older and dated looking, but it is cozy and warm. I finally had the chance to try it out for breakfast recently. Staff are very patient and friendly -- there were the 2 owners and 2 other staff. So all the customers were well taken care of. The restaurant was packed. It's small only a few tables. My friend and I grabbed a seat at the high top table. Their menu was larger than expected for a cafe! Quite a lot of options for sandwiches. We both tried the Breakfast Sandwich -- it's a croissant panini-grilled with 2 poached eggs, cheese, hash brown and choice of bacon or sausage. It was satisfying without being too greasy or oily. I had a regular drip coffee with cream. It was ok! They do have a small coffee menu. Not alternative dairy. Lastly, we tried the Borsch soup! When we learned the owners were Polish, we knew that we had to try the Polish items on the menu. The Borscht was light and fragrant. Loved it so much, we bought a container from their to-go fridge! Will definitely return to try the pirogies and other items too.

One sub had a hair baked right into it. A colleague had to pull a long strand of hair out of their mouth mid-bite. Later, my boss discovered mold on his bun as well. This wasn't a single mistake -- it was a pattern of serious food safety violations in just one order. We've taken photos and kept proof of purchase, and the incident has already been reported to Halton Region Public Health and Firehouse Subs corporate. Food safety and hygiene should be the bare minimum. After this experience, I would never order from here again and would strongly caution others.

The restaurant is bright and large, with tables to accommodate large and small parties. Comfortable and service is great. The vibe is casual. Do note that they are exceptionally busy during weekend lunch time, and Saturday mornings! Be patient and expect to wait for table, and food. The two times I came was on an early Sunday morning and a Friday morning, and both experiences were fantastic! Neither time was busy yet so we were quickly seated and served. Their food comes in large portions and the food is delicious. I can see how this is a local fave! Definitely better than your typical breakfast chains.

My go to shawarma place! This is as authentic as it can get in a quick eat restaurant environment…read more So this location is central located with lots of parking unlike the one in Mississauga.Plus they always have a lunch special which is a wrap and drink all week long. I have personally chatted with the owner and he seems very friendly and mostly on the floor making the wraps and other food items. So my fav here is the chicken shawarma wrap with tons of fresh veggies, a bit of garlic sauce and humus. The chicken here is not very salty which I like.the quality of the wrap is good too unlike may places where the wrap tends to be very hard and chewy. Overall it's a clean little joint with decent amount of seating for a pita place. The price is right and the ingredients are fresh. And yes it's delicious. I do end up eating here at least a couple of times a week and each time I walk out happier than before-very consistent.

I was surprised to hear that this place had been in business for over a year because the inside looked very much like they weren't finished unpacking or setting up the dining area. The restaurant doesn't look like the place to sit down and enjoy a meal, so I wouldn't recommend a date night here, but for takeout it isn't bad. Now on to the food. It's almost 11pm while I write this review and I am still thinking about the schwarma I had for lunch at noon. The flavors worked so well together, with just the right amount of heat. And the chicken was melt in your mouth. I paid $6.49 for a schwarma and a can of pop. I would have been happier if the price was a buck less since this wasn't the biggest schwarma I've eaten. I'm giving this restaurant 4 stars because the app doesn't allow half stars, otherwise I'd have given it 3.5. The dining area isn't very inviting and the schwarma was on the small side, but boy did it ever taste good!

The setup is casual--you order at the counter like a takeout spot--but if you're eating in, they bring the food to your table, which is such a thoughtful touch (especially helpful when you have kids to settle). We ordered the classic banh mi, grilled chicken banh mi, signature rice bowl, fresh spring roll, Thai tea, and mango smoothie--then shared everything family style. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, and the drinks were a hit with everyone. The banh mis were so good that we're already planning to grab some for a future road trip. Prices are very reasonable, especially compared to grocery store banh mis, and the portions are generous. The service was excellent too--friendly, quick, and happy to recommend dishes if you're not sure what to try. Highly recommend Banh A'Mi for both dine-in and takeout. We'll definitely be back!

This family-owned small business has a lot of heart. Love their menu and offerings. As a new Milton resident, I was SO THRILLED to find a rare Vietnamese gem here. I have been back a handful of times already! Although it's known for their banh mi -- I can't stop ordering their pho! They only have two options: regular vs spicy beef pho. And all the herbs come IN the bowl already, not on a side plate. So it's a little different. But I love the sweet beef broth here. It's so comforting, and beats out the other pho places in Milton. I have also tried their shrimp fresh rolls, vermicelli dish, rice dish and cold brew coffee. Their coffees use Saigon Drip coffee - which is super smooth and packs a punch! Everything is tasty and has good portions. Bring cash for an extra 10% off! It may get busy during peak hours - so be patient. You can also pre-order takeout via different food apps.
