My sister in law had her daughters birthday party there and I personally skived the whole thing. The food looked like it was put through a garbage disposal before it was served. Everything was dry and looked DIRTY. Also they have a weird cup situation... you have to hold on to your cup or if its lost you basically out of luck for a drink. Personally at a kids party between running after kids and 20+ people at a table, you are bound to lose a cup or two. Overcrowded, wrong appetizer and cake were served (even after confirming the menu in the morning on the party day), the only one coffee machine was sooo slow that it took an hour to serve it, the character stood one second at our party table (too many parties were booked), the bonus birthday tickets were given when we almost left, the host was checking that she would get 10 points on the survey otherwise she would not give 20 free tickets for taking the survey. read more

Came to this Chuck E Cheese's last month with my family to celebrate my little nephew's birthday. We ordered the usual pizza and drinks and played some games, which were all fine (besides missing skeeballs), then decided to order a birthday cake and have Chuck E bring it out for the little man. We probably waited 1.5+ hours for that to happen, delaying us from meeting plans that were made for the remainder of the night. We went up to the stage, where Chuck E supposedly makes his entrance, multiple times, asking what the current status of our cake is. Some man on the stage, relaxing on his chair, tells us that HE is Chuck E and that they should be coming out soon. We still waited 45+ minutes for this mouse to come out after our polite inquiry. I don't understand why it was so difficult for him to put his costume on and carry a tiny cake out. Service was a bit rude, inconsiderate and inattentive. That completely ruined our moods. Probably the worst place ever. Most machines just took the tokens and didn't work. The ticket machine took in our tickets and the numbers jumped. Counted our tickets wrong !! And no one around to complain to. read more

Very nice place to take your kids. Very tasty pizza and wings. Nice salad bar and ice cream selection. Very clean and staff is very friendly. We went there more then a few times and every time kids and adults were having fun alike. We will come back. read more

I think the major complaint most people have is that the place is dirty. And it is, but I tolerate it for my kids. Even the Chuck E. Cheese Character is dirty. The costume is falling apart and needs a good wash, LOL. But my kids love it here. I am a bit of a clean freak so I always bring my own Clorox wipes. I wipe down our seats, table, & restroom before we use them. I use handsanitizer on my kids right after they are done playing. I find it affordable and a great time for the kids. Its usually crowded. During school days its empty and cleaner, so if you can go then. If I stopped taking my kids they would be upset, so we keep going. read more

Having had a bad experience at the Chuck E. Cheese in the Bronx, I decided to give this one a shot! I was pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the Staten Island location. We were immediately greeted at the door, stamped, and ordered food. We received our tokens and went to play! The food came quickly and was decent. I noticed staff cleaning up the salad bar area and sweeping the floor and the restrooms were clean. We will be back to this location. read more

Attended a birthday party today. I walked in with my friend and her son. We all got stamped with our safety number. For those of you not familiar with this, Chuck E Cheese stamps each adult and child with the SAME invisible number stamp and you are not allowed to leave the establishment with a child if your numbers do not match. My friends husband came in after us with their baby and got stamped a different number for him and the baby. End of party...husband goes out to get car, mom is gathering up gifts, I take baby and head for the exit. Girl at door where there is a rope stopping you from leaving shines the light on my stamp, then on baby's..the numbers don't match, she does it again and says to me did you two come in together, I day yes(now wanting to test this process), she looks at the stamps yet a third time, shrugs her shoulders and says oh well go ahead..and lets me leave with the baby. Great job Chuck E Cheese I'm glad it was me that was leaving with my god daughter and no some psycho. read more

My sister had my nephews birthday party here , very bad experience!! First off there was 3 parties goin on when i first walked in i seen all the tables had blow up microphones set up except my nephews when we asked the lady she told us she dora everything at the end but it was pretty embarrasing being that all the other parties had that set up. Then she brings out the ice cream with no spoons when we told her she came back with them and slammed them on table. So basically the server sucked and made my nephews party horrible read more

This a review is from my 6 year old son. He loves the bumper cars and the wheel that you have to run in. He did not like that some of the ticket kiosks were not working and he had to wait for an employee for a few minutes to go on the bumper cars. For me the place looks cleaner and the food is better for what it is. He said he wants to defiantly go back and he hopes the ticket kiosks are working . He said the prizes were not that good compared to some of the other places he went to. read more

On my visit from a Month ago they had waiting for so long for our pizza. To then realized that something went wrong with our order. I was really upset because my son was waiting for his food. A person by the name of Michael said it was on him and apologized for the poor service, great way to make it up to us. And our recent visit the General manager was able to help us quickly on combining our ticket receipts, he had so much sense of urgency. Great service at this location and recommend it to families that want to feel great hospitality. read more

I enjoy bringing my son here. It's never packed every time I've come. He enjoys the toddler section and food comes pretty quick. For those that love to shop, if you have someone to watch the kiddies, this location is perfect. Getting here from anywhere is quick and simple. read more

Before hurricane Sandy it was truly a disaster. The rugs smelled of vomit, the food was horrendous, dry and sloppy. Games were outdated and dysfunctional. I have been there since with my children and it seems to have improved 5%. Way to go Chuck E read more

I like this Chuck E Cheese better than any other in NYC! There staff is OK and when you go at the right time you can enjoy the place while it's nice and clean but let's face it this place is for kids and there will be messes. They do clean and when the machines are messing up they pay it back with extra tokens or a lot of tickets back for your trouble which is appreciated. Their food has always been good for what it is when we order and now that they have a weekday lunch buffet that makes it even better! The Lunch Buffet is worth the few bucks! Toys of course are cheap and crapy but that's what everyone should expect! I always go to this Chuck E Cheese and it will continue that way! read more

A big thank you to Chuck E Cheese and our wonderful party coordinator Maria! We had a private party early on a Sunday morning to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Maria was there to handle every detail and anticipated everything that we could want. Maria also called us beforehand to finalize details, get to know us a bit and to make sure she did everything to make the party great. The facility itself was clean, nice and cool on a hot summer day and everything was how we wanted it. The kids had a blast, the parents were able to enjoy themselves.
