This is a great place to take the kids or have a party. They are very nice and each time we came they went above and beyond to make it wonderful. Fun games, yummy treats and nice people.

Came here for a birthday party the location isn't the biggest but it was clean and the staff was friendly they lady helping out with my nephews party was very helpful and made sure we had everything the food was decent and tasted good I wasn't expecting it to be that good they have enough arcade games to keep the kids and adults happy they only thing I wasn't happy with was wit the dipping dot station I paid for a large cup but had to wait about 10 minutes for the kid working the front door to help me he was busy having to stamp everyone coming in and out but he was also the only one that could serve us not sure why the girl behind the register that I payed couldn't serve us since there was no one on line waiting to pay

Horrible service!! First off I waited about 30 minutes in line just to order and purchase game cards, due to only one cashier being present on a Saturday. I finally get to the front to order and the cashier begins to tell me that she has orders from the manager to not take any food orders for 20 minutes due to a backup in orders so she takes my order and tells me it will be about 40 minutes before it's ready. I tell her it's fine we will just play games in the meantime. An hour passes before we get the food and when it comes I go to take a bite of the pizza and it wreaked of bleach. I pick up another slice to see if maybe my nose was smelling wrong & nope next piece smells like bleach as well. I immediately tell my kids who are already starving at this point to drop the pizza and I walk it over to the "manager". I tell him to smell it and he confirms it does smell like bleach but it's not harmful but he will make us a new one. Mind you I'm still waiting the wings I ordered as well. I go back to the table and wait about another 30 minutes before I go up and say to him is my pizza done yet? He proceeds to ask me if I was sitting at the table which is clearly visible through the glass window and says I was looking for you... Really when you are telling me you saw me through the glass window. He then tells me my pizza has been sitting there for a while & he needs to reheat it. So I then asked about the wings & he says it's coming now. I wait for them to reheat the pie and take the food and walk away trying to avoid any further issues. Food was cold & stiff. This is how they treat their customers who spend $150 on a single trip with 2 kids. I will NEVER EVER step foot in this place again!! The manager doesn't seem to care about the Horrible service they are providing.

Pizza is Great. Everything is clean. Carpets look new. They even have bumper Cars. Kids are having a blast. Lots of things for small and large kids.

I wanted to have my 2 year old sons birthday party here next week but wanted to make sure it's age appropriate for babies as well as older kids, do they have a good selection of things for toddlers to do?

Hi Hayliee! Absolutely. Our family fun centers are perfect for kids of all ages. We even have certain areas of the restaurant that are toddler zones. Hope we see you soon for a party!

This place is pretty sweet as you enter and feel the inner child/nerd come out. It's great place to bring the boys out to hang out, a place decent date night with your partner and for anybody in general. The employees were nice to introduce me to their specialty drinks and other items. I ended up getting the Appletini which had a somewhat sweet yet sour taste. Pretty good 7/10. I do recommend playing the weather simulator game since it has a bunch of options to play solo and coop. Then there's the box bird game that pins two players to collect as much points as you can. Pretty simple. I did enjoy this fighting game that doesn't require much knowledge. It has your simple lows and heavys and an auto combo. Pork was a great character to play with. The parental lounge was nice and cozy leaving the adults an opportunity to sit down and relax while watching everything through the glass doors. The arcade area is awesome and there is a huge seating area for food. Staff seated us, but it took about 20 mins before anyone came to take our drink and food order. We visited this Dave & Buster's on a Saturday afternoon and arrived at about 12:30 PM to hang out with some friends. When we arrived, it was relatively empty, but it definitely got A LOT busier at around 2 PM - not dining wise, but in the gaming area. First, before we went to the gaming area, we dined in. We were seated at a large table (as there were plenty available) near the bar where all of the TVs were, and there were A LOT of TVs. Let's just say this would be an awesome place to catch a game during football season or during March Madness. The menu was as you would expect for a place like Dave's, mostly bar-type food with simple entrees. Service was a bit on the slow side, but our waitress was very friendly still. Our friends ordered various items, but our family ordered our own appetizer and entrees. I ordered the Fish and Chips, which was an entree that is part of the Eat and Play package. My wife ordered the Southwest Salmon Bowl and we got our kids the Kids Pizza. Also, we started everything off with the Pretzel Dogs. The Pretzel Dogs were a tadddd on the salty side and the dogs were slightly overcooked, but the sauce that it came with to dip in dampened the negatives a bit. As for my Fish and Chips - I actually loved it! I knew it wasn't going to be the greatest fish and chips ever, but it was crispy, crunchy and the fish was tender and tasty. My wife also loved her Southwest Salmon Bowl and I had a taste of the Salmon and it was definitely good. For some reason, our kids weren't a huge fan of the Kids Pizza, but I took a bite of it and it was decent. It WAS on the small side though and it was oddly cut into 3 pieces even though it was a square. Go figure. I would highly recommend getting your kids separate entrees though if you have more than one kid dining with you since the entrees seem a bit on the tiny side. OK, so enough with the food. The gaming? Let's just say they have a little bit of everything for everyone! There are nostalgic carnival type games that they have "electronicized" so to speak, there are shooting games, there are basketball hoops to shoot at, skeeball, shuffleboards, claw machines (including an actual human claw machine!) - you name it, they have it! Your kids WILL NOT BE BORED here. I will say that the redemption area is where it gets a bit tricky, especially if you have very young kids, so beware because they will want EVERYTHING. If you're looking to dine and play all in the same place, Dave & Buster's definitely has it covered. You're probably going to spend more in the gaming area than on food, which you probably don't want to really hear, but, at the same time, your kids are guaranteed to have a blast!

I've been to the one in Red Bank but never to the Westfield one. It is quite spacious, and even though it was pretty crowded, there was plenty of space to move around and to play every game that you wanted to. The pricing was super reasonable - I got each of my kids wristbands and paid at the end. We were probably there for about an hour and 45 minutes and for both of them it cost me $31.00. Not bad at all. They played so many games - from old school Ninja Turtles, to The Simpsons, to Paper Boy, to duck hunt, to skee ball, to pool, to air hockey, and the coolest Atari pong table I've ever seen - they had SO much fun. The workers were very kind and helpful. They set up one of the consoles for them to play on. They played a little Minecraft (though none of them knew what they were doing).
