Birthday party Tip: consider buying a silver/gold 2 month fun pass if hosting a large birthday party. The money you save on food (using the fun pass) can basically cover the cost of the fun pass If you place a scheduled food order online, the kitchen doesnt actually see the order until 10 minutes before the pick up time. So if you schedule a big order, make sure you pick the time accordingly to give them more time to prep your food, or what we did was, when we got to the place at 5pm, we told them we made an online food order for 630pm. They couldnt see our order yet so they copied our order down from our receipt and gave it to the kitchen so they could start prepping our order Ive hosted 2 parties here before and they went great. My cousin wanted to host a party here, but she decided last minute (day of) so she wasnt able to book birthday party. However, we still went in regularly and found our own tables to sit at and they let us bring a birthday cake. We bought pass cards and points for all the kids using my Gold fun pass. 1000 play points only came out to about $110. For 10 kids, each kid had 100 points which is a good start, may last them like 1.5-2 hours depending on what games they play and how fast they play it. Can always add more points if needed. Food was 50% off and we saved over $170. read more

The food was decent. The wings can be a little more cooked: but it's edible. The place was kept clean which I admire so much especially when it comes to children. The bathrooms can have a little more attention when the crowd comes but overall clean environment. The service was Excellent. read more

As an adult attending a child birthday party, Chuck E Cheese is a nostalgic place that I'm glad to see is still existing. This location is huge with an even bigger parking lot. They have undergone a renovation, so the space is great for parties or just a play day for the kids. There is even jumpers for the kids to run their energy out, which you don't see at every Chuck E Cheese. There's games and pizza, what more does a kid (and adult) want? The games are all for fun as you'll end up spending a lot of money to get nearly enough tickets that's worth any good prize. But in the end, this is a great entertainment spot for kids. read more

I've threw at least 4 birthday parties here over the past 3 years and it's always a great time. It's easy to book a party online (you pick the location, then the date and time, and how many kids) then the store will call you the day before to confirm the number of kids and adults. It's affordable and the kids also have a great time and there's food for adults too. Our party host was always Maria and she's so great! She's very attentive and nice. My kids love having their birthday parties here and the adult guests also love it here. read more

Very clean, good food, it's redone now and my kids loved the trampoline would come back to this location.

Employee very attentive and helpful..Very clean environment. Love the upgrade with the game night etc

This is my second year in a row that I purchased the summer fun pass. We have had such lovely experiences at the Staten Island location with the employees, games, trampoline, fun zone and food. Highly recommend!! Everyone here is so kind!! read more

It's great for kids. Especially toddlers. Service is always good here even on weekdays. The pizza isn't the same as when I was a kid, but my kid loves pizza. They updated and no more animatronics. read more

Came here for a birthday party the location isn't the biggest but it was clean and the staff was friendly they lady helping out with my nephews party was very helpful and made sure we had everything the food was decent and tasted good I wasn't expecting it to be that good they have enough arcade games to keep the kids and adults happy they only thing I wasn't happy with was wit the dipping dot station I paid for a large cup but had to wait about 10 minutes for the kid working the front door to help me he was busy having to stamp everyone coming in and out but he was also the only one that could serve us not sure why the girl behind the register that I payed couldn't serve us since there was no one on line waiting to pay read more

This establishment is on a steady decline... slow service, horribly understaffed and dirty. For the money you spend on food and play points you would expect that at the very least the kiddie rides would work but I've lost several points on machines that reboot every time you scan your card. The two saving graces to this location are the food, which is excellent fast food pizza and the poor line hostess manning not only the kid check but the front counter at the same time. This example of an excellent employee (whose name as per my receipt was Lola) did her best to manage the hundreds of people entering the location while taking food orders and the purchasing of play points. I truly hope that this review finds her some recognition by her supervisors because she deserves it. In conclusion I hope that the right people find this review and fix the areas that are lacking. read more

My daughter and I came here every weekend since she was 2 years old. She just loves the place. Today is her b day and My mom wanted to take her out to just have fun . This place wouldn't allow my baby In because she's not vaccinated for covid. How can you people comply with such insanity. This vaccine just came out ! Parents are trying to do research and know more about it. Talk to doctors . I work in a hospital and trust me it's not pretty what is happening to young kids post covid vaccine. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves making my child cry hysterically on her b day. I will never in my life step foot in that place. It's been a good 8 years. The hell with you all. read more

Not my favorite place to be. The only reason why I go there is for my kids especially in the winter time. The only problem that I have with this place is that it take over an hour just to get the food that we ordered which I just don't understand why and it's nothing complicated just pizza and wings nothing crazy. It happens twice already so I haven't been back yet read more

This place would be a much better place if they hired more ppl! I'm waiting on a line for 20 min for an ice pop because the machine don't work! There is one girl behind the counter and a long line, this girl is doing everything! The mouse didn't come out in the 30, and I asked twice ! This is terrible service every time I come! I had my daughter birthday party here last year and that was TERRIBLE too because the service is always so slow and horrible!! Hire more ppl!!! read more

Horrible service!! First off I waited about 30 minutes in line just to order and purchase game cards, due to only one cashier being present on a Saturday. I finally get to the front to order and the cashier begins to tell me that she has orders from the manager to not take any food orders for 20 minutes due to a backup in orders so she takes my order and tells me it will be about 40 minutes before it's ready. I tell her it's fine we will just play games in the meantime. An hour passes before we get the food and when it comes I go to take a bite of the pizza and it wreaked of bleach. I pick up another slice to see if maybe my nose was smelling wrong & nope next piece smells like bleach as well. I immediately tell my kids who are already starving at this point to drop the pizza and I walk it over to the "manager". I tell him to smell it and he confirms it does smell like bleach but it's not harmful but he will make us a new one. Mind you I'm still waiting the wings I ordered as well. I go back to the table and wait about another 30 minutes before I go up and say to him is my pizza done yet? He proceeds to ask me if I was sitting at the table which is clearly visible through the glass window and says I was looking for you... Really when you are telling me you saw me through the glass window. He then tells me my pizza has been sitting there for a while & he needs to reheat it. So I then asked about the wings & he says it's coming now. I wait for them to reheat the pie and take the food and walk away trying to avoid any further issues. Food was cold & stiff. This is how they treat their customers who spend $150 on a single trip with 2 kids. I will NEVER EVER step foot in this place again!! The manager doesn't seem to care about the Horrible service they are providing. read more

Goofy, takes mad long long long for just a pie, great place for kids but at least when it's empty be quicker at food service

Bad chuck e cheese. This location is messy and disorganized but actually still the best chucky cheese closest to us but still messy & disorganized lol. This chuck e cheese location is disorganized & filthy. The food is not good. I know it's a place for kids to enjoy but they should be more organized and have better food. Their pizza is dry and flavorless, their salad bar looks unsanitary, and their wings are flavorless and barely edible. The kids entertainment is boring and outdated. I think the chuck e cheese mascot was missing an eye. Parking is always accessible at this location which is good. The only thing good about this chuck e cheese location is that they are located across from an Asian supermarket which I love. read more

This review has probably been a long time coming. I have been coming to Chuck E. Cheese for over 20 years I brought both of my boys here every other weekend and they had a wonderful time the food was always delicious the pizza was slamming and the games are always wonderful. The waiters and waitresses are always very nice professional smiling and always made sure that you had what you need. read more

When I heard my nephew's birthday party was going to be at Chuck E. Cheese's, I had visions of neon yellow cheese and feared for the worst. However, I must admit the food wasn't the stuff of nightmares, it was the animatronic mascots that could only come from fevered hallucinations that scared me. For the intended target, namely my nephew, it was probably the greatest place ever. For imprisoned adults, the pizza was edible (thankfully not neon yellow) and it was a couple hours of bizarre entertainment. read more

Gosh where do I begin with this place, everyone an their mom who lives out here comes to this location. It's decent I can't complain about that, definitely better then the Atlantic Ave location in Brooklyn. I Come early an leave once it starts getting over crowed an a bunch of parties start going on. Food is okay last time I was here I didn't receive my wings but the manger fixed it right away. Let me tell you, once you have a table don't get off it bc someone will snatch it up lol All good here though, once I see my kids happy an having fun im happy an having fun. Even better when I'm with my mom an siblings an can sneak off to Burlington which is in the same mini mall, an shop with no distractions while the kiddies play. It's cool for parties as well they have decent packages an the young staff is all fun. It's chunky cheese Where we all can be a kid an enjoy ") read more

Nice place to take your family for an affordable "stay-cation" kind of day. I was pleasantly surprised at how good their pizza was. We ordered the sausage pizza and got the salad bar just in case we were still hungry. When we paid for our food, we were handed the standard purple plates for the salad bar. The salad bar items themselves were delicious and fresh, however the salad bar area was untidy, and I did see several children helping themselves to croutons and diced ham. Given, they did use tongs, but c'mon, the salad bar was right next to the register and no one said anything to them. So I proceed to get my salad with my purple plate and an employee approaches me from behind the salad bar and says "Ma'am, if you want salad, you need to pay for it", to which I replied that I already had. She then asked to see my receipt. I'm standing there with my son, being accosted at a salad buffet over $6.99. I show her my receipt, and she bluntly stated "Well, the salad plates are black, you should've asked for one". She retrieved a black plate from right next to the register (the cashier didn't think I would have an issue with the salad police??), and silently handed it to me. I took a deep breath, amidst the screaming, running chaos that is an indoor arcade, and transferred my Cobb salad to the 'black' plate. When I looked up, the rude employee was gone, no "sorry about that" or anything. Whatever. I stewed for about five minutes over my pizza and salad before I realized how fun some of the games looked. After eating, we all got right into the action and played the drag racing games, basketball and football shooting games, deal or no deal, water shooting, and even a simulated roller coaster ride (similar to the ones that are $10 at Coney Island), along with to many more to mention. They usually close at 11 p.m. on the Saturday we went, but they let us, as well as several other families there, stay until we cashed in our tickets, well past 11:15, with no rush to get us out. If it weren't for that rude employee, I would give this place five stars, but other than that, we had a blast and the food was great. read more

If you need for the kids to blow off a little steam this is the perfect place. It would be better if it were a bit cleaner though. If you're gonna come, try and get here a little on the earlier side. The later it get the more crowded it gets. What make this place soooo wonderful is all the different countries of the world being represented here. So much fun :) the workers here are somewhat friendly and the person behind the ticket exchange counter is extremely slow due to indecisive kids. So com'on chucky lets get some help over here... 3 stars before noon (I've been coming here for years on the early side) 1 star on rainy weekends and after 2-3 pm (you will never catch me here) read more

Came here on Tuesday and they had too many guest and not enough employees. They only had one working kiosk with never ending line. My son caught a throat infection from touching the games and rides. Our pediatrician advised us never to take our children to this kind of environment. They are not likely to disinfect the place. read more

The place is cute, the staff is nice but the element that goes there is trashy. Adults fighting, lazy parents not watching their kids, groups of older kids roaming around trying to take from the smaller kids. Wasn't like this a few years ago but its going down hill fast. They need to hire grown adult security guards to walk around and keep the "adults" in line. read more

The place is too small to accommodate the crowds that show up on weekends. Paid for a party which turned into a disaster. Half the games are broken or lacking the tickets to give out after you play. Took almost two hours to bring my food for the party and it was embarrassing. Erica did feel bad and did try her best to help us but it was a bad experience overall. I might come back on a Tuesday maybe if there's less crowd then maybe they could work correctly. I don't know this might just have put me off from ever going to any of these places again. read more

So this is a pretty standard Chuck E. Cheese. Most of machines are in working order and they have bumper cars. However there are many times you play for a game and there are no tickets. I've had a family try to steal my kids scooters and the drink area can get pretty messy. Again it's a standard Chuck E. Cheese. However the manager is very nice and understanding and if you bring to their attention you lost something or the tickets need refilling they will help you. Also credit prices with coupons are a pretty good deal. read more

What can I say it is Chuck E Cheese, not the Waldorf. I see a lot of complaints from those who attended a child's birthday about the food, atmosphere and understandably so but the place is geared for kids and the Kids LOVE it. My daughter loves the place. It is OK in my book because it makes my daughter so happy. Generally we go at off times when there is hardly anyone there and we don't eat there so it is okay for a fun time. I do agree with the reviewers that commented about the costume, give that mouse so new threads already!!!!
