It really feels like stepping into an old-school arcade, but with a more grown-up, elevated vibe. The machines are well maintained, the staff are friendly, and it's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time playing "just one more game." I don't drink alcohol but I have friends who love the self-pour drink wall, with a selection of craft beers, hard seltzers and hard kombucha. We ordered a corn dog for my daughter and some nachos. We were told the corn dog would take seven to ten minutes. More than twenty minutes later, having begun to suspect they were raising the pig from infancy, we finally went back to ask about it. The corn dog arrived cold in the middle. This was impressive in its own way. After more than twenty minutes, one would think heat might have become involved at some point. The nachos were scarcely better. They were barely edible, which is quite an achievement for a food whose principal requirements are chips and melted cheese. 7-Eleven manages the task with considerably more dignity. We returned the cold corn dog and asked to exchange it for something quick. We chose a pretzel, because there are moments in life when one still believes in simple things. The pretzel was not quick. Eventually it arrived, and my daughter ate a fair amount of it before lifting it from the plate and discovering ants crawling underneath. There are disappointments in dining, and then there are insects. At that point, even our rather modest expectations surrendered completely. More than twenty minutes for a cold corn dog, nearly inedible nachos, another long wait for a pretzel, and ants on the plate beneath it. If negative stars were an option, I would consider it my duty to use them.

I booked without asking how much, and it surprised me how expensive it was, but in the end, I would 100% do it again, and they booked me for that day. Our host was Finn, and we liked him immediately. Apparently he looks like one of my son's favorite you tubers so my son was immediately pleased, ha ha. Finn was so patient as we tried the starter puzzle (for true newbies like us), and he was even more patient when we were failing hard-core in the room. We needed Gingy's (his) help a lot to get through it. His clues were perfect fits for us, and it allowed the experience to be crazy challenging (we sucked, but it was so fun, and the teamwork and memories were priceless) while also allowing us to progress - eventually- to the end. We did not escape the room in time, but Finn allowed us to see it through the end. Finishing made us SO happy! I don't think we ever had a better mother-son day together, and even though it costs me an entire day's pay for the two of us, we will be doing this again. I liked it so much I even invited my ex-husband to join us, because he is great at that sort of thinking... And we haven't done a thing together since we officially ended our 20 yr relationship in 2025, so if that doesn't mean I'm desperate to do more of this, and get better so we can try their medium level room, I don't know what would. So much fun, great props and theme-relevant riddles to solve gave everyone plenty to explore as individuals or in pairs. Great test of family communication and collaborations skills but we were a natural team. Staff were wonderful - helpful, attentive to our progress or sticking points, accomodating and fun. We loved the puzzle themed gift shop too.
