Blast from the past with a few fun new twists. I personally enjoy the vintage pinball over the new flashy ones but there is something for everyone here. I have a warrior's spirit with a huge competitive drive so it absolutely appeals to me we can now make an account, scan a QR code and track our successes on many of these games now. I wish I had more availability in my schedule to basically live here. Also great choice of drinks and snacks. Tons of nearby (walkable) restaurants. Great date night place or cool hang out if your kids are chill. Or enjoy the sweet taste of victory in solitude like I prefer to haha! Good luck and enjoy!

Step back into a time when neon lights flickered, the sweet sound of quarters clinking through the once-hallowed halls of the arcade. Well-no quarters -you purchase a coin card-but it's still just as fabulous! "The Rewind" is a glorious homage to the Golden Age of Arcades, a sanctuary where fans of the 80s and 90s can relive the thrill of pixelated adventures and digital escapades. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by the blips and beeps of classic games like Pac-Man, where you can truly lose yourself in the delicious nostalgia of chomping on pellets while evading those pesky ghosts. The ambiance is nothing short of magical, with vibrant murals of beloved characters from our childhood splashed across the walls, transporting you straight back to your Saturday afternoons at the arcade. "The Rewind" isn't just a throwback to the past - it's a celebration of community and camaraderie, featuring a fantastic self-serve bar stocked with a curated selection of local brews and all-time favorite beers. It's the perfect pairing of nostalgia offering a toast to the golden years of the 80's and 90'

Games are fun, beer selection is good, but the one thing that ruined the experience was the rude cashier with the ear muffs and her REALLY lousy attitude. Ownership should work on some customer service training with her. It's quite hard to observe her tone, facial expressions and interaction with customers. It's quite horrendous. Please help her!

I went here with my boyfriend and the staff was super friendly. They also have a lot of amazing beers on top and a seltzer. That was amazing. The restroom was really clean. The place was really clean. The only thing I would say I wish they had more games than pinball. It was really fun, though the staff was constantly cleaning the machinery And wiping down everything so you know it's clean will definitely be back just because of how great the staff was. Everything was fairly priced for how we were treated. Other thing too I thought was strange that they didn't take cash

We randomly walked into The Rewind as we were walking around in The Barlow and so glad we did. My god you can spend some time here without trying, playing game after game. We had such a blast playing pinball. I grew up with a pinball machine in my house and always loved it. This place brings back all of those wonderful memories. They have several great pinball machines to choose from and dozens of other games to crazy with. Best of all, The Rewind is also a bar. This place was absolutely a pleasant find. It's located in the nook of one of the Barlow buildings so it can be easily missed but it's worth hunting down. Pretty easy to find parking here too. Lovely time spent here with another trip planned to come back soon.

Ask the Community - The Rewind

    Do they have food?

They have a vending machine with various nostalgic snacks and drinks in it. There's five or six restaurants within walking distance that you can order from. They have tables if you'd like to eat your food there as well.

They have a good array of arcade games - we are partial to Jurassic Park though it always has a line, skee ball, basketball, the frogger clone game, the harpoon game - as well as things like trampolines (extra cost), the playground (a ball spill thingy, slides, 3 levels, a zip line, etc - also extra cost. We enjoy bowling during football games so we can watch and bowl and get boneless wings from victory house (and sometimes Bloody Marys). I've also come to watch friends play soccer at their different indoor courts. Only downside - it feels a bit like a germ fest. Lots of hand sanitizer and now I feel like I need to take some elderberry.

The Charlie's Candy Shop escape room was created with AI, and we genuinely felt that was a mistake. This wasn't our first escape room, but we were completely lost. So many of the instructions were confusing and didn't make any sense. All the clues were super vague. One of the instructions was incorrect ( that's why we couldn't complete the task ), and our room host told us about it after our time had ended. We also got the exact same hint twice, from the button and the paper. Overall, the room felt cheaply made, and some of the components were broken. The host also told us that the percentage of people/groups completing the room without hints from the host is zero, which, in our opinion, is odd. So I guess the room is too hard, but mostly because not much of it makes sense. We think, the clues should be more helpful and clearer than what we experienced in Charlie's Candy Shop escape room. We still have hopes for the Finding Bigfoot escape room ( assuming it wasn't created with AI ). P.S. Our host was nice and friendly. He even let us glance at the soon-to-be-open Finding Bigfoot escape room, which we really appreciated. +1 star for the host.

We had to watch the machine count backwards from 7000, 3000 and 2000 AFTER all the cards and tokens were put in (it took a while). Met a sweet teenager boy who while we waited for an air hockey table to get free (the one we swiped our card on got charged but did not throw up the disc), without us even realising charged his table for us and presented us with a disc. Enjoyed playing the game and many more. ** Some of the machines in the arcade are not working properly, they charge the card but show an error post that. That leads to wasting of credit on the card. Happened thrice with us on that same day. There is a nice and well stocked prize vault that provides kids' toys, souvenirs in exchange for tickets (electronic now) earned, that also is a nice and seamless experience. The bowling experience was great as always though running very busy, it being a Sunday evening. The Epicentre game on arcade is a nice place to be at for some fun, excitement, adrenaline rush, beer, pizza, snacks. Recommended :)

Rancho Obi-Wan is the world's largest private Star Wars memorabilia collection and current (and eternal) Guinness World Record holder. If you are a die-hard fan or just simply enjoy the cultural phenomenon, this place is worth the visit. The museum is located on a private residence in Petaluma. Your best bet is looking for their website and scheduling a tour through there. All tours are led by the owner, Stephen Sansweet. A former Lucasfilm employee, he is a fan's fan with intimate and professional knowledge of that Galaxy Far, Far Away. If you're in the area or make the trek just for this, it's well worth the 3+ hours you'll spend here. Steve takes you on a trip down memory lane, showing off his immense collection with stories about his favorite and unique pieces. He has everything from a library filled with non-fiction and prose EU fiction, shelves of toys, house hold products, musical instruments, promotional material, costumes, video game equipment, and art. You could go back multiple times and not see everything. He is one of the most genuine and nice people to spend an afternoon with. My favorite area is the prototypes and original film-used props. I also had a great time playing some of my favorite Star Wars video games that I spent hours (and tons of quarters) on as a young fan. The museum has a small gift shop with typical souvenirs. The best selections are the collectibles books available from the author himself. Make sure to have him sign them on the way out! The museum manager, Anne Neumann, is also on hand to help with the tour and purchases at the end. She's a friendly person to talk to as well. This is one of my favorite museum and Star Wars experiences. Everyone that has the time needs to check it out!
