This was the first time I have ever been in a Chuck E Cheese establishment and I found the place to be extra clean. There was no food on the ground and even the bathroom was clean ! I thought the games and the tokens were definitely not worth the money, but the pizza was actually decent. Good place to visit for special kid occasions. read more

I come here with my son to play sometimes, and we usually can find a coupon for $14 for 45 play points or 45 minutes of play which is super worth it and he always has a great time. He wanted to have his birthday party here so I booked his 5th party here and we just celebrated it today, and we had an excellent experience! I was a little unsure of how it all worked but our server was amazing and made sure to fill me in on all the details and got us set up. My son and his guests had so much fun playing the games and they were so excited to win tickets! He was thrilled to go in the ticket blaster and the kids loved the show with Chuck E. The pizza was pretty good and they provided enough that all the kids had plenty and the adults were able to have some too. Plus I had two no shows and they didn't charge me for them which I think is really cool. Even getting the middle sized party package (super-star) the price was really affordable compared to some other local birthday party venues. I will definitely continue to bring my son here for special play dates some times and I would absolutely consider having a birthday party here again! read more

Vegas for Kids.......Birthday parties cannont be easier for parents and grandparents. Just hosted my Grand Daughter's 5th birthday here. Grand Ma just walked in and walked out. Grand Daughter is a happy clam. From scheduling to execution, this staff is on it. As a event professional, it was a very easy and pleasant experiences. Ralph the host was wonderful with the kids, the Manager was very attentive and accommodating. The children and grown ups had a wonderful time. Yes, it's loud and noisy, but it's for the kids. I love the security of staff watching the entrance and making sure kids don't get out. Food was fair, but hot and served well. Chuck E Cheese was great with the kids and equal in attentiveness with all the kids. My hats off to the staff, you guys were great in everyway. This is the way to do a kids party. Only down side is the restrooms needed attention more. But shame on you mothers who let your kids pull the toilet tissue and can't throw away a dirty diaper in the trash can outside the changing area. This place is dirty because of the guests, not the staff. Bravo Chuck E Cheese, I have two more to go and I will be calling you again. Where a kid can be a kid for sure. This place has gotten better throughout the years for sure. Their pizza is much much better. They now offer beer and wine which is nice too! Overall clean place. My only request is just to keep up with broken games and maybe add some new ones. read more

I will admit it--we are regulars! My youngest loves the place and this is where he wants to go as his reward for exceptional behavior. I love how they monitor the entrance and stamp hands to match kids with parents so I know my kid won't wander out while I am not looking. That way I can play games too. There is a big variety of games so even the adults find games to enjoy while their kids play. If games are your thing, this place is so much more affordable than Rebounderz. There is a small kids area and then two areas for older kids and adults. There is also a party area with long tables. It isn't so big that you can get lost. The games include video games, basketball hoop games, skee ball and so much more. There are games that are based on luck and some on skill (and both of course). Some games give tickets that can be collected and cashed out at the end for a prize (a perfect way to wrap up the visit and get the kids in a mindset to go). You can now put money on your playing card to pay by the game OR buy unlimited games for a period of time. The latter option is perfect for my kid as many of the games he likes (like Slam a Winner) only take a couple of seconds to play (contrast some of the driving games where you spend a while playing). The place is clean and the staff are devoted to helping the kids have a good time. We had a party there last year and the staff did a great job and the kids loved it. read more

This place is pretty awesome. My kids love it, my husband and I always have fun. The pizza is good and the pizza cookie is yummy. After working all day, being able to take the family out and have fun and not worry about cooking, that's always nice . The staff, from my experience has always been pleasant and kind. There is a lady that works there who is always very friendly and patient. I will have to get her name, because she truly is a kind person. As far as a place to go when it is not nice outside this place is acceptable and affordable. It's indoor playground is convenient and accessible. My daughter loves coming here to watch all of the kids run around as well as run with them. Yeah, it's not the cleanest place, but we aren't going to live there either. I throw away my trash when I go to places, so maybe if people picked up after themselves it would make a difference! I was really impressed by this place - the staff and the food, and even the games. Let me qualify this review. I hate it when people review on an "absolute scale". On an absolute scale, every McDonalds would get a 1 star, and fancy place would get 5 stars. I try to review on a relative scale. McDonalds could be a 5 star if they offer a good product/experience/value/etc relative to their peers like BK, Jack in the Box, etc. At this Chuck E Cheese I had great service from almost everyone. The young kid with shaved head and diamond stud earings was super helpful, the other kid Trevor or Trenton or something (I think I saw that on his name tag) was also super helpful. One of the girls definitely pulled the "I see you coming out of the corner of my eye, and even though I'm not busy, I'm not particularly interested in going out of my way for you" turn-and-walk-away move. But jesus people, how F'ing motivated do you expect these kids to be? I say kids because a lot of the people who work there look to be 18-22'ish. It's a god-damn Sunday afternoon and instead of doing what kids want to do, which is hang out be semi-irresponsible, they have a JOB, and I'm sure they are not getting rich at said job either. At their job, they have a never ending stream of kids bumping into them and stepping on their feet, spilled drinks to clean up, upside down pieces of pizza strewn on the floor, wanker parents complaining because they are not getting coddled like a fine dining establishment, disrespected bathrooms to resurrect, etc, etc. Please don't pretend like you would be so F'ing deliriously happy that you'd just be skipping around the place with a $hit eating grin on your face, and that anything less is a disappointment. These kids are troopers and do a great job. I can barely keep my sanity dealing with my OWN 2 kids, let alone 200 of someone else's kids. Do they wait on you hand and foot? No. Do they try to help when you ask, with no attitude? Yes. Was the pizza good? F-yeah, way better than any place like Dominos or other chain restaurant. Did I get a couple of hours to let my kids go mental and not have my house turned upside down? Absolutely. Will I be back? For sure. read more

I pretty much agree with everyone else here: This place is DIRTY. While there is plenty of staff, I assume that they don't bend over backwards to clean up tables because some people leave their food and drinks, and go play for a little while, then come back to their table. But they should really set up some sort of system where the staff will know if you are still eating, or if you've left. Or, set up some more trash bins, so that people themselves can throw out their shit. It took us about 30 minutes to leave, because of all the ticket munchers, only 1 was working. There a only a few places left in Rohnert Park where you can have a party for little kids. Toob Town was one, but that's gone. Scandia is ok but not for everyone. Then there is Chuck E. Cheeses. I went to my nieces birthday party and my sister ordered a few pizza's and soda. I don't know how the government lets Chuck E. Cheese get away with calling that pizza. I have had $2 from pizza's that were better. The dough tastes like cardboard and I don't know what they call that yellow and orange stuff on top because it definetely WASN'T cheese. The atmosphere is Ok but they need to update the band and the videos. The games are ok and I cant comment on the staff. read more

I came here for a get together with the kids ages 2-6. Pizza was ok, but we all really came here for the kids. The security that they have in place for the kids is top notch. Its nice to know that kids cannot get out of the establishment with just anyone or just wander outside by themselves. All games/rides were all just 1 token each. Its a great deal for the amount of fun that the kids all had. The manager was personal and very friendly. I had an issue with the teenagers rough housing in chuck e cheese and she promptly took care of the situation. It was nice to know that they employees actually care about their customers. We celebrated my third Grandsons birthday there last Sunday and it was FANTASTIC! I realize that I had been to the one in Santa Rosa like 35 years ago and it is nothing like the one currently in Rohnert Park. The children received so many tokens that they almost did not finish them. The food was decent, the staff super. The place is well run with security so that your child can not leave alone. Good parking, great videos playing on a giant television. I do not see how it could have been any better. Ten years ago I took my number two Grandson to Funky Monkey out on Airport Blvd. and as I realize it closed I can see why. That place was just as expensive and about one tenth as good. Highly recommended and if you have your party on a Sunday, you will get the best service. read more

Made our baby's first bday such a blast. The floors and most rides were pretty filthy, a few staff members were quite strange, service was painfully slow but the Chuck e Cheese character was so kind to our daughter and made it super fun us. She was obsessed with his nose and he tolerated her touching it and circling him for an extended period of time - which we thought was very cool! There are tons of rides/games for older kids but also a complete toddler area that delighted our one year old to no end! Bring your toddler for sure, just start the night with an extra dose of patience and end it with a good bubble bath:) read more

When I brought my children in for a weekend of what I thought was going to be "fun" it turned out to be the exact oposite. This place was so busy it was redicoulous. One of the worst things that happened was my child ran past the guard stand and the worker just stood there. I dont know what the point of the stand is if the enployees dont care about it. The pizza was better then I had excpected and so were the wings. as for being clean it was actually alright except the bathrooms which were mess (and out of toilet paper). the salad bar was messy and mostly empty while I was there. I saw a younger hispanic man look at the salad like he was going to put more items in it and then just walked away to talk to another employee. also when I asked for a table to be cleaned for me a boss or manager deren or derik was quite snappy with me. Dirty dirty dirty dirty. Ok so you can tell it's dirty right?! I mean I realize it's hard to keep places like this clean. Food, kids, and games. I get it. But the napkin holder on the table was covered in about 1/4 inch of dust. Which tells me that the people that are standing around in uniforms doing nothing are too lazy to WIPE THE NAPKIN DISPENSERS ON THE TABLE WHERE PEOPLE EAT!!!! I mean come on. I was so skeeved when I left there that everyone had baths and showers. Just disgusting. I will never go back there again. There is a trampoline park in almost the same plaza, its expensive but it's clean!! Came here for my nephews birthday party. It's a kids place so it is loud. The pizza was pretty decent. Now the bad review: bathrooms are very dirty, told a worker and she's like really? Okay thank you. Went to use the restroom before leaving & they still hadn't cleaned them. It's a Saturday and the place is super busy, only one cashier to ring up customers. I got the salad bar, they have two kinds of lettuce mix which is good because the standard lettuce mixture always has carrots in them & I'm allergic. Asked for a different tong to get the other lettuce and they are like "Oh, I will check", they took forever to come back so I used the tongs from the spinach container. I know most of the workers are high. school/college students (even the manager) but they need at least one responsible adult to manage the place. read more

Hannah! Christopher! Michael! I can name almost every employee in the building because of how personal they are with me and my daughter. My daughter loves them all and they know her by first name. They keep it clean. I went in it was my first time going to this place with my kids. I ordered some wings and it took 30 when I decided to go ask if they were ready yet & they were just not been served to me yet. Anyways I completely understand this place gets very busy, I don't really mind that. My main concern is that I was being served by someone named Megan and from the moment I walked in to get ringed she looked upset. She was giving a lot of attitude when I asked her about the menu. Again, i've never been here and I know there a poster there but I just wanted some clarifications. Also, when I was near the prize counter to go redeem some prices she was there and idk if she doesn't enjoy working with kids or if she was having a rough day but she just kept giving customers really snotty looks and loud sighs like if she didn't want to be there. In my opinion i just think she should probably try to hide that from the customers because it really makes us feel unwelcome and after all it is a kids place so if she doesn't like working w kids she shouldn't be because kids don't deserve that kind of attitude from where it is supposed to be a happy place for them. read more

Where do I begin? We have been traveling from an hour away to this Chuck E Cheese's location for quite a few years, and I used to come here when I was much younger. It seems like it has progressively gotten worse as time goes on. I knew things were really going downhill when they got rid of the classic animatronic stage band, and replaced it with a giant TV. As if our kids these days don't have enough TV in their lives. This last visit was by far the worst though, and I am not sure we will return. We came in during the middle of the week, hardly any kids there yet around noon. We were stamped as always and made our way in. We then discovered the new "play pass" card system that has replaced gaming with coins. It was sort of confusing but after sorting it out we went about playing. It didn't take long to realize the cards and games now lag. You hardly get any tickets at all, which is really awful when the smallest ten cent toy is like 200 tickets. We wasted a ton of credit on the card we had before being told the games were not broken but lagging, so we had to sit at each game for 1.5 to 2 minutes before it would process our cards and we could play. What kid wants to do that? The place is FILTHY. Broken games and cotton candy machines just sitting around. Chuck E Cheese didn't show the first time he was meant to come out, and the second time he came out 5 minutes late, and it was a totally inexperienced person so he was ackward and didn't even interact with the children. In the end we gave away our tickets and card and left. I would rather spend my money at a toy store. read more

Chuck-E-Cheese is definitely designed for children all the sounds and toys and rides games keep them completely stimulated. My kids love chasing Chucky around for a hug. I found throughout the last few years the pizza and the food got better. I have to say it's worth the loud noise and crowd to make my kids happy. There's so much to do and they never get tired of playing. They seem to love the food. I have to drag them out kicking and screaming, so I guess that's a good enough recommendation. I had a party here last year for my daughter.I love the fact that you have no cleaning , they do all the work for you including cleanup. Came here for our son's 5th birthday and it was more than we could've asked for. We weren't sure what to expect and a little hesitant since we have always done our own parties. The hostess, Leslie, was so sweet with our son and talked him through everything along prompting him with things he wasn't quite sure what to do. She kept us informed about everything and checked in with us regularly. Awesome turnout and our little boy and his friends had a blast!! Food was yummy and they provided things we forgot to bring! My boyfriend and I wanted to take my two year old girl to Chuck E. Cheeses so she could have fun while I was on vacation. The service was terrible! No please, thank you, and nobody was at the register when we first walked in to order our food. Then when we went to redeem our prize tickets, nobody was there to help us. Employees kept walking by, and didn't acknowledge us, including the manager. They were all engaged in their personal conversations. Chuck wasn't walking around, he was only there for 5 minutes the whole 2 hours we were there. Games were eating tokens, and 200 tickets for fake toy vomit...get real. We are going to take her to Funky Monkeys next time...and the ticket muncher cheapest rip off of Cookie Monster of all time! read more

I love this place! The staff is always so friendly! The food is great and the managers are so nice to everyone. I love the safety and how the employees are always bubbly. Only thing I didn't like, and not by the people who work there, but some costumers. They can be really rude to the workers in my opinion, but other than that, great family place! Took our 3 grandchildren 4, 7 & 8, on a Monday afternoon over their Spring break. Was very pleasantly surprised after reading the older reviews on this site. We were greeted at the check in by the Manager, she stamped our arms and took the time to show the kids how it looked under the special light. Even let the kids try the light. The place was not crowded at all and light, bright and clean. My husband was surprised how many tokens we received for $20. There were lots of games and things for the kids to do. we ordered a cheese pizza and hot boneless buffalo wings. Both were quite good. The salad bar was clean and fresh looking when we passed it. All the employees and there were 6-8 of them there were pleasant and helpful. The games were in good working order. We will definitely go back. read more

We celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday here on the 9/15 and the experience was wonderful. We arrived 20 minutes early or so, and the hostess ( I want to say her name is Kya??) was already waiting for us with a pink token filled tiara for my daughter. She greeted us by name and made my daughter feel special from the get-go. Our seating area was already set up for the kids. They took our order promptly and the food came out at the time promised. We were assisted by three different people, one I believe was a manager and all were very attentive and made sure our needs were met. I was very impressed by the professionalism they exuded, especially since most of the workers there look pretty young. My daughter got to receive special recognition when Chuck E. Cheese came out and was on cloud nine! Everything went off without a hitch and I will definitely reserve a birthday party here again. Plus no clean up! read more

People say this particular one is dirty and it's true. It's like there's no one in charge. I do think the locally owned Funky Monkey up 101 by the Airport is better. Chuck E Cheese has a few newer games, but there's also a mix of big and little kids that I don't think is good. I think it's better to go to Scandia for older kids (and a rougher crowd), and Funky Monkey for the under-12 set. read more
