Based off on sensory birthday party/day. This was the first time stepping back into a Chuck E Cheese since... forever. I've been a little hesitate to come here only because of my boys being special needs and it is definitely a spot where I remember being easily overwhelmed. We came here for the first time during sensory hour and it blew me away. Note - I've only been here once and it made a great impression on me. I will definitely be checking out their future sensory day opening to see if it can be our new sensory hour for each month. The staff were super friendly and really responsive. The place was clean from what I saw and the little kid's trips is just like what I remembered. I will admit, I was a little sad that everything's on a card. I can understand not having tokens anymore but damn did that remind me how old I was haha. Oh, had the pizza there and it was not bad at all! We visited this week at request of our kiddos. What a bust. The timed card is hard especially with young children who want to take it all in and take longer playing the games. The prices are fairly pricey for very low ticket to prize value. It was very crowded the day we visited due to summer camps being there. These children were running around, knocked my youngest over, no supervision but that is at no fault of the establishment. This location is lacking cleanliness. The bathrooms were horrid. Several machines were out of order during our visit. Sad it was a bust but our kiddos still seemed to enjoy it. read more

Chuck E Cheese has been a place where I've been visiting for years but slowly been going downhill and by that I mean the prices are expensive and I ordered a regular buffalo boneless wings and says it is for "2 people." But no.. more like a little kid because they barely put any nuggets it was 6 small nuggets for 16.49$ which is insane so I complained to the person that took my order and all she said was it was a basket for 2 and that it was right. But overall the atmosphere was nice. Just very expensive, not a lot of food for a huge price and food takes a lot of time to make or something because it took a long time for us to get the food. 5/29/21: After my son's birthday plans fell through, he decided to want to come here. We haven't been to CEC in years. So, I was shocked with the price of the food/game packages they had. I know I spent over $100 for a party of 4. It was crazy. They don't have tokens anymore & I have a bag of them. They have cards that will give us a time limit to play. I didn't like that at all. The food was the same. The pizza was good. The chicken was not. The fries were not. The drink machine area was messy and sticky. My son enjoyed himself, so that's my main concern. I can't say that I will be back. CEC is a rip off nowadays. $100 to eat/play for 4 people is outrageous!! read more

So part of the 3 star rating is COVID-19's fault, to qualify. The magic of golden coins jingling in your cup and tickets piling up next to them in said cup with a picture of our fearless leader, Chuck E Cheese, is no more. Replaced by vile sorcery where coins and tickets are all on a card; this ain't Dave & Busters y'all we got kids who thrive on a "seeing is believing " mantra. So that sucks obviously. But wait, there's more... I paid an exorbitant amount for my mom juice, i.e., beer. Literally, my child ran into another parent and set off a series of unfortunate events resulting in my juice spilling into a fast death onto a brownish carpet; right in front of staff. Y'all.... They did not offer to refill my juice which I never even sipped. Oh yeah, lastly, my twin sons who eat any and all food on site, declined to order anything. So we spent $50 for about 28 minutes of an experience. Look, most parents (folks born in the 80's) KNOW Chuck E Cheese as a brand. You do not get what you pay for but the smoke, mirrors, bells and whistles convinces your kid otherwise. This was the the first time ever at Chuck E Cheese. I have to say I was a little underwhelmed. I was expecting a real "wow" factor to the experience but that was not to be. I knew it would not be inexpensive, but to have to purchase a "by the minute" play card, instead of tokens, was eye opening. My first thought was "what a raquet!" How many kids can make a timely decision about what game to play, they might just sit at a game once it is over, tick tock you are on the clock. The time needs to be paused if you are going to stop to eat, get a drink, use the restroom, in between games, it's not ideal and ultimately parents pay, and Chuck E Cheese banks on it. I get it, but it's not the most modern or exciting of games and definitely lacks excitement. We ordered pizza which was just average, they did at least have shakers of both parmesan cheese and pepper flakes. We observed that some of the fountain drinks were not working properly, those drinks were not our preferences so it had no impact on us. For a rainy day it was something to do for entertainment but again we were underwhelmed by the overall experience and felt it lacked value. read more

This place is perfect for an outing with your Little ones although you'll have to walk with them literally every step of the way so they won't bump their heads while theres no child protection on any tables or chairs. (The food) I did not like the flat pizza with the flat crust wish they bring back the fluffy crust we all love I also ordered buffalo wings and regular nuggets and they were awesome and a good proportion came too! The service was trash the front desk lady (only one) was on her phone the whole time while servicing me and my company. She did not want to really be bothered and that resulted to me wasting 5-10 mins figuring everything out myself as she just pointed me around but again I chose to enjoy my time with my little one and I she also bumped her head and got a knot while I was chasing her but it's tiny and should be a warning read more

I have to say that I've always been a fan of Chuck E. Cheese... It's a good way to kill a few hours for not a lot of money. However, the price is definitely seem to have gone up like everything else. The good news is that they do have options: you can either purchase Points to play with or do it by time. The reloading of the card is easy and the redemption of tickets is done with the same card which can be reused visit after visit making it pretty seamless. The food is better than what you might expect for a place like that. My son loves their pizza and I've eaten their salad numerous times, if you're into ordering beer, they do have that... it seems they do sell it responsibly as they have a limit on how much they will serve. It's it's always clean, they're good community partner with school fundraisers, and there are usually coupons that you can find online or in your email if you sign up. read more

Chuck E. Cheese is what it is, a kids heaven and a parent's nightmare! Tonight we went to this location and I felt it necessary to review. The food was as expected, bland pizza. Kids loved it! Adults didn't! But we were not expecting a gourmet meal and the fact the kids ate was a positive. With so many kids around, I was amazed at how quickly staff members were cleaning up the tables and emptying trash. It was the staff that I want to give 5 stars to. A staff member walked up to us and asked if we wanted Chuck E. To come out and say Happy Birthday! The staff member was a great sport, posing with everyone including my 10 month old grandson. What the staff didn't know was that they made the year of my 6 year old granddaughter. They live in a very small town 2 hours away. We live 10 hours away. We all drove here for the weekend as her only birthday request was to go to Chuck E. Cheese. The customer service was much more than I expected and thrilled a little girl. read more

It is what it is, my 6 year old LOVES it. You may know, they recently switched to cards and an unlimited time play option. I'm luke warm on this. With a coupon (easily available email, website, etc.) you can get 1 card for 45 min for $13 or 2 cards with 30 min each for $16 or 2 cards for an hour for $30. None of those were perfect for me with 2 kids on this visit. I like to spend ~$20 for both and play for an hour. We opted for 30 min on this visit, which went so fast! We definitely felt the need to hustle from game to game. Kids did have fun. At 6pm on a weeknight, it was fairly empty and looked clean, which is awesome. We waited 20 min for the one cashier at the front. They have self service kiosks, but everyone has a food order or coupon, which you can't use at the kiosk. We had a ton of coupons at the end of 30 min. We had some from last time too. However, there is literally not one single prize we wanted to even save up for. The best option is cotton candy for 200 tickets (or $2), but we passed this trip. Kids opted for dippin dots ($3 small, $4 large). I prefer D&B any day, but this is cheaper and more little kid friendly. read more

We had a great time here for my son's birthday. They took care of everything so all we had to do was show up. Our excellent party hostess, Corri was very attentive and sweet to my son. All of the other staff we encountered were nice and seemed to want to be there and the manager even stopped by to ask if everything was going well. Pizza, soft drinks, and play passes were included in the package. The cake was extra but I would forgo it or bring my own next time. I was surprised to see they had outfitted all of their games so all you had to do was tap them with the play passes. No more lugging around coins! They still spit out tickets though, which by the way, thanks to the ticket blaster, he had plenty to get some cool prizes on our way out. read more

If I could leave no stars for todays Chuck E. Cheese visit I would. Service was horrible, the playing cards I purchased were for 60 minutes they stopped working 43 minutes later. When I told one of the employees they kept sending me to another employee, and had to "verify" the card wasn't giving the full 60 minutes. The card was pulling dates from back in May, we are in September. And they kept telling me I had zero time left. They had no idea what they were talking about. When finally one employee figured it out, he said that I was missing close to 20 minutes for some reason and he was going to get them back. Then the manager walks over and said he needs to now verify it. 10 minutes later he says "oh yes you are missing close to 20 minutes" this is literally 30 minutes of me trying to explain this from the beginning. I ordered a large french fries, they gave me a total of maybe 30 fries if I were to count them. They said that's a family large. They were soggy too. Toward the end my kids wanted the dipping dots ice cream, I had to wait a good 15 minutes, and there were employees just standing around. They kept pointing to go ask another employee. It was social time for these employees. I haven't gone to this place in over a year, and after this experience, I won't be going back! read more

I've hosted two birthday parties here. The staff really has the parties down to a science and everything was pretty seamless both times. Don't be hesitant if you have little ones either because as long as you follow them around, they have lots of smaller kids games as well as big kids games. I would definitely highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese as a great birthday venue where everyone will have a great time. They provide the paper products, pizza, tokens, and Chuck E. of course makes a special appearance for the birthday child. The hostesses have always done a great job of engaging the kids and making it a special party for my birthday girls. The only reason that I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the hoops they made us jump through for any of our party guests to have a beer. I COMPLETELY understand their policy of 2 beers a person especially since this place really is all about the kids however the manager (who was helpful) went very out of his way to make sure everyone in our group (barely half even ordered a beer) followed their rule to the point of making me a little uncomfortable. I love the pizza! However i tried ordering a sub and took almost an HOUR to get to me. And the server said it was because "the new girl" is in the kitchen and she doesnt know how to do it so she did it again. But the makeover to my sub wasnt impressive. It looked like a kiddie meal. I just didnt want to lose my temper right there bec it was obvious they were understaffed.. and i only saw 1 smiling employee there. Kids school night. Making sure we support the grade school and appease our kids. Everyone wins! Ladies at the registers are rolling. Kinda feel like I won the jackpot in Vegas as the $40 worth of coins fill the small plastic cups. So far so good. Since we are here we might as well do dinner. Passed on the pizza because we can and will pick up a $5 alternative on the way home. However, the salad bar was surprisingly well stocked and quite fresh. I am nit-picky about my fruit and all of it here was above par. Let's be honest, Chuck E Cheese borders on a parent's nightmare, but kid's love it, and sometimes being a parent is just sucking it up for our kid's personal joy. I haven't planned a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese, but I have attended several parties and my kid always has an amazing time and never wants to leave. I genuinely hate the tunnel/slide system that is set up inside. I know kids love it, but there are not enough windows to really see in, and if for some reason your child is up there and gets scared, lost, trapped, etc., you really wouldn't know. It gets loud inside, so you wouldn't be able to hear a child yell for help either. I am probably being unreasonable, but maybe put some clear bottoms in a few places so you can walk along the bottom and find the potentially lost children. Other than that, it has a good selection of games, and it doesn't ever seem like you have to wait too long for your turn to play. I love the classic games more, like ski-ball, but my kid of course loves the racing and shooting games more. read more

Whoever was at the door "accidentally" let my son slip out with someone in my family but not someone who had a number this matched his. Had my daughter's 3rd birthday party there yesterday. Cori was an AMAZING party host. She was on top of everything! The place is much cleaner than other locations and similar places that we've been to. Food was "kid style," they love it, adults hate it. But that's all I cared about anyway. My only complaint was the party booking process. They make you do some things over the phone and some things online. And when you call, you can never get the same person on the phone and everyone gives you a different story. THIS WAS VERY FRUSTRATING. We ordered food at 7:00pm when we arrive and did not receive the food until 7:50. It does not take 50 minutes to cook one order of chicken wings. Especially when the place is not busy. Went to this place for the first time today. It was okay, not overly crowded in my opinion for a Saturday. Pizza quality is poor. Some of my slices were burned. Anyway, played games with my kids.. The ticket dispenser was broken. I told a staff person about it, he only fixed the jam but didn't give me the tickets we rightfully won or offer a token or something. At checkout, the girl behind the prize counter was not helpful at all. She stood there talking to the other prize associate instead of paying attention to my kids and I while trying to redeem our ticket prizes. They are great for birthday parties and the food is not half bad. The games only cost one token but the problem usually is a lot of the good games are broken/not functioning. If you lose a coin to a machine, let them know and they will replace it. The XL supreme pizza and the wings were decent. It is a great spot to keep the kids entertained for an hour or two. read more

Went sat for my son bday they don't help you and tell what a good package they have young kids at the registers that barely know anything so I purchase the time for. Well, the organization of booking parties was not done well. They overbooked the parties in one weekend which caused extreme chaos because everyone was smushed into a tiny corner. The manager then wouldn't give a discount to my parents for dealing with waiting for a table for so long. It was outrageous. This building is so small and I'm sure you had some sort of fire code violations going on. Understaffed, disorganized, hectic and overall stressful. Even trying to take pictures was difficult. Everyone was standing in the way due to limited seating. Completely insane. read more

I came to visit my family here in Virginia for my niece and nephew's fifth birthday. They wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese and that's where we went. The service from all of the staff members was exceptional. Sydney and Rafael were super hospitable they made me and my family feel at home. Good job staffers we will be back. read more

My daughter's birthday was a couple of weeks ago and when our other birthday plans fell through last minute, I was looking on here for a replacement and Chuck E. Cheese looked hopeful. I went up there Saturday to book a Sunday party and they were more than happy to work with me. They put me into a time slot even though they were going to have to bring in an extra person the very next day and the party still went off smoothly. The kids loved the pizza and my daughter is still talking about how cool the ticket blaster was. Everyone was really nice and they made my daughter feel like a real princess it was great. read more

We got the lunch buffet for the price it wasn't worth it the salad was pre made it wasn't you can put what you want on it then the pizza had a bad after taste. Then they didn't have to the drink I wanted nor was there sweet tea for my daughter. Then most of the games didn't work. The ones that did would work only part of the way. They advertised that chuckle was coming out never did then from there the staff didn't seem happy they were at work.
