The space is well utilized cramming in a lot of entertainment while also giving ample seating and walkable space. The different attractions require different passes which is nice if you don't want to do everything. My one issue that I noticed was a lack of staffing on a Tuesday morning. There were no attendants monitoring the trampolines, balance beams or play course. For the other areas there was only one which made monitoring the large amount of children present difficult. There were multiple children not following the rules, especially on the trampolines (multiple kids jumping on the trampoline run ramp which states one jumper at a time, children jumping on the same trampoline, others doing tricks despite the rules stating its not allowed and others getting stuck on the warrior course or multiple going through at a time). Of course, children will be children but just keep in mind if you're planning on attending you may have to monitor your group closely and be familiar with the the rules to keep them safe. I had to help out multiple in my group get out of the warrior course and out of the foam pits while also instructing others not in my party to take turns. Overall, this is an amazing place with some great amenities! Hopefully, there is more staff on busier weekends but just keep in mind that you'll have to monitor really closely when you're here.

I was blown away at the music that was playing (not family friendly), for example one of the songs had lyrics that expressed the fact that the girl had killed her ex and she did it so she could be with someone else. Another song expressed the fact that they were demonized and hell was the place they were looking forward to going. To be honest I can't imagine why anyone would think that kind of music is appropriate for a family establishment. Just FYI the music that is being played MATTERS, both in the Spirit and in the physical realm. Outside of that the course was fun and challenging- we had a good time. Expressed myself to the management, really hope they heed a genuine concern.

I couldn't feel my feet, hands, or nose by the time I left there, and I was wearing a jean jacket and leggings. I know better for next time. There's not much parking available on the side of the building, but there's plenty in the front. It's just a short walk to get to the entrance. I recommend this place for ice skating lessons. SCAM ALERT Today was…read moremy daughter's 8th birthday, so we decided to support a local business and take the kids to Swaders Sports Park for arcade fun. I purchased multiple game cards for my daughter and two other children so they could enjoy themselves and save up tickets for prizes. My daughter was beyond excited after landing the 250 bonus on the Big Wheel Spin game... but when we checked the card balance afterward, the tickets were completely missing. While trying to resolve the issue, an employee directed me to the manager -- described as a white-bearded gentleman. On the way to speak with him, we witnessed another child hit a 1000-ticket bonus on a separate machine, and those tickets also failed to register. When we informed the manager, his response was:"If you hit 1000, you should tell me immediately." I explained it had literally just happened less than a minute earlier. His response then changed to:"Well, it says you didn't even play that game." At that point, I made it clear that I'm someone with a public platform, and I fully intend to investigate whether this is simply a flawed ticket system or something much more concerning involving children and families losing earned prizes. To be fair, I want to mention that the majority of the staff were actually polite and friendly. My issue was specifically with the handling of the situation by management, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Also worth mentioning: the kid zone was closed for "maintenance" during the visit. Parents work hard for their money, and kids deserve to receive the rewards they fairly win. I'll be looking deeper into how this ticket system operates in a deep dive video investigation documenting this issue for the world to see. What I love about TagTime is when the kids are playing laser tag you the whole side of the playing field is open with chain link fence so you can watch a lot of their fun & get great pics!
