Came here to hang out with my wife for a few hours. We didn't know they opened at 3PM on Fridays so we were the first people to show up when they opened. Parking was street only. Very big plus is our beers were half off because we also stumbled upon happy hours. The whole place was pretty big, and had a good arcade section. We definitely were able to kill time and had a lot of fun. Staff is pretty chill and let us know we could drink near the games. Can't wait to come back! read more

My husband and try to find an arcade bar everywhere we go, and this was our choice in Richmond. It's super easy to get to and a couple brewery spots around it which were perfect to bar hop a little. For their arcade, you have to use a card that you buy credits on to. In our opinion, the games were a little expensive. I think it's more directed towards parents who want to drink and offload their kids in this area, but for those of us already spending a good amount on drinks, the price on the games kinda sucks. We're used to a cover for all you can play or something a little more affordable. They do have a lot of great, newer games. It definitely kept us entertained for a while. They also had a great variety. It was pretty empty when we got there a little after lunch, but by 4pm or so it started raining and they were PACKED. The drinks were good, nothing special. A couple draft cocktails that tasted like you would expect. Some good beer options. It's a great spot in the area, huge bar area that can fit a lot of people and a really great patio. read more

I went to Bingo Beer on a Sunday with my Family, here's my review: Inside/Outside 10/10 - The inside looked very beautiful and the outside patio was nice as well but the main highlight was the games. It was only a few games like skee ball and basketball and especially billiards but I still enjoyed myself. Service 7/10 - I met a really nice waitress who gave us our food on a good time but my main issue was that my order was wrong. i ordered a Veggie Calzone but instead I got a Meat Lovers Calzone. I wanted to take it back but it was ok, I still found it good. Food 7/10 - Like I said earlier, my order was wrong but I wasn't complaining. I still enjoyed my Calzone but the Mozzarella Sticks were pretty much the same as any mozzarella sticks from a restaurant but The Garlic Fries were seasoned and crisped to perfection. Overall, this place is more keen on hanging out with friends and playing the games instead of going for the food. I went here on a Sunday and it's a fun place to chill. But if you're into Bingo, Trivia and/or Karaoke, then this place is for you. 8/10 read more

This is a great local brewery in downtown Richmond. They have some private parking and also street parking. The place is large and has indoor and outdoor seating. There are arcade style games and a fire pit outside. The beer is good as well. I especially like the lager they serve. The food there is also better than you would expect from a brewery. The staff have always been helpful and responsive. It is a nice place to go and hang out. read more

This place was so cool! We came on a Saturday night; I wish we would have come when Bingo was happening because I would have been DOWN. We got a table without issue. Ya'll know how I feel about my lavender drinks; welp, this place has the most DELICIOUS Lavender Lemonade. And while we missed out on getting pizza from The Park, we made up for it here. My cousin wasn't very impressed, but our pepperoni slices felt like the pizza from A Goofy Movie. Or All Dogs Go To Heaven. IYKYK. I was highly satisfied. And then of course, I love a bar with games. The ever popular hoop shot, skee-ball, JURASSIC PARK, some kind of Pac-Man ROYALE where we actually gotta eat each other. I'm told MarioKart was here as well. It's a decent selection of games, especially because it's the GOOD ones and not the fluff ones. A good time was had here. read more

Bingo is a great spot whether you're grabbing drinks with coworkers for happy hour or wanting a fun night out with some friends. They're pretty easy to work with for private events too. Happy hour is half off all drinks on Tuesday-Friday from 3-6pm. I was pleasantly surprised by the food last time I went. Everything was pretty good and came out quickly. The server was attentive too. They have a nice selection of arcade games but I wouldn't come here specifically for the games. They have a kiosk to purchase or reload game cards. Late nights on the weekends get really busy and there are often lines to get in. They usually have a DJ so there's also dancing. read more

We had a lot of fun. We went a little after 3 on a Friday, which is just after opening. They have happy hour 1/2 price drinks, so my husband and I both ordered beers (free space, costa chica) and had a second round while we played games, We shared an alasatian pizza, which is white sauce, bacon, and caramelized onions; really good. My son selected the beef and mutz sandwich, which was a way better than average French dip type sandwich. My daughter got the kids pretzel sticks, which comes with fries and a drink. She opted for the one that comes with a $10 arcade card, $15 total. We were going to buy one anyway. They add 20% gratuity automatically. The waitress circled it on the receipt, so I appreciate that they are clear on it. We used my daughter's arcade card and put $20 more on it. They have 2 pool tables, 3 pinball machines, skee ball, 3-4 claw games and a few other games (driving, shooting). We played quite a while. I hadn't been before and I was surprised by how many kids were there. It definitely felt like D&B in the arcade area. We were there until like 6:30 and it was really busy by that time on a Friday. None of them were broken and it was a nice, small variety. My college aged son had been a couple times. He said it has really good vegetarian options for his girlfriend and their family. Overall, we spent around $100 for (late) lunch, beers and arcade, which seemed like a pretty good option on a crazy hot, summer day. read more

This was my first time at Bingo Beer. It was pretty busy when we walked in. Although busy we were greeted promptly and seated quickly. Our server was very nice and super attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and activities. It was such a a festive energy in the restaurant. From the games buzzing to the music to people talking and laughing, it was a fun atmosphere. The Taylor HamBurger was delicious as well as the buffalo wings. The Veggie salad wasn't as good as we expected. The dessert was okay but the funnel cake was overcooked. The MugMosa was tasty and mostly Prosecco with a splash of orange juice. There was ample parking on the side of the building. Overall we had a nice time and will return for Sunday bingo. read more

We have some pretty great arcade bars in Richmond and this is one of the top ones. They have an amazing selection of beers and drinks to choose from and a lot of classic games too. If you're hoping to just grab a drink, this is still a great spot for that. They have great outdoor seating as well as a lot of seating inside away from the games. My favorite game here is their four player Pac-Man. To play games here you buy a card that you put money onto and scan before you play a game. They have everything from skeeball to basketball and pinball. It's a great spot that has something for everyone. read more

Pretty big inside, and great parking. Beers are serviceable...I had the Dry Crispy Lager and Hefeweizen and Brambleberry Gose (best). Games are not old school, but you've got TNMT sort of representing...pinball all new machines...space invaders is not the old one but has lasers...whatever--games are cool, just dont expect GEN X to be excited. Service was stellar and stood out at 5 stars. Atmosphere and vibe and ambiance included some cool couch nooks, tables, etc. lots of natural light, good music--better than a coffeehouse to work in and free wifi of course. I'll come back. read more

Brewery and fun arcade by day - literal club by night. Wanted to love this place more than I did - during daylight hours the vibe is really fun and light, wasn't super crowded, and had a nice selection of beers. But at a certain hour it just gets over-run with high school/college kids and you get packed in like a sardine. The outdoor patio area was surprisingly nice with plenty of space for larger groups! Heard they do bingo nights though so that sounds fun :) read more

Fun atmosphere on a Sunday. They have free bingo with a lively emcee. Like the diverse crowd, and totally kid friendly. Lots of arcade games and pool table to keep the kids busy while adults drink. Pizza was decent, mine was just a little too burnt, but the pepperoni was good quality. My favorite were the breaded mushrooms- not your typical button mushrooms dipped in batter, but rather the "fancier" mushrooms. read more

Great environment! Bingo beer does it right. Open area, video games, good food and better beer!

It's really a fun, versatile staple of Richmond! I've been there for nightlife, playing arcade games, & a baby shower. The prices are reasonable- I appreciate the variety of drinks. I most recently got the MugMosa which is a huge mimosa. Overall, it's really just a fun place especially anyone in their 20s. read more

Not a bad spot if you are young, hip, and like to dance or play arcade games. The playlist was great and the drinks were decently priced. There was a line and someone literally metal detecting your bag/ your person. Some tables for us old people was nice. Bathroom lines were really long and the men's line is longer than the women's and there's like 3 stalls for a huge location. Aperol spritz was nice and old fashion was basic. read more

Pretty cool family friendly brewery. Worth a trip for a couple and with a group. Went with the Bingo Lager and the Before Times and both were solid. The lager was really good. Also tried the Cubano with Mac n Cheese and it was nicely done....thought nothing spectacular. Pros: Family friendly, plenty of arcade style games, solid drink selection (full bar and 12ish beers on tap), friendly service Cons: Maybe a bit more parking? I stopped by with two friends on a hot day hoping to grab a drink and a snack. We tried a Boat Drinks Hazy IPA and a Free Space. Both were fine. The jumbo soft pretzel, cheese dip and mustard were very good. From the delay in service to the young guy who haphazardly walked over and leaned against the nearby table without a greeting or sense of etiquette it was clear a 20% tip was going to already be included. He looked at us without greeting but with a long pause before saying "Can I get you something?". I honestly find the guaranteed 20% gratuity nearly promises I'll receive less than 80% of the expected attention and courtesy you'd want from any trip in off the street, whether it's a restaurant, a bar, or a brewery. Bingo unfortunately isn't for me. read more

I felt this place was ok. Definitely very nice decor, especially the Beer Garden. There wasn't a hostess, so my sister and I just stood there for awhile waiting for one. Security was the one to let us know just to order at the bar. The bartenders weren't that friendly, unless they were speaking to a man. There was 3 bartenders and so many people we just waiting around for one of them to pay us attention. My sister and I got the deep dish pizza with vegetables. It lacked cheese, lots of dough. It looked good though. She got a pink drink and I got a mugmosa, and in hindsight, I should of known better. The mugmosa was very cheap champagne, I barely could drink it, ended up giving it to my cousin. My sister got a cute pink looking drink, she said she didn't taste the tequila, which I'm not surprised. There was arcade games but I need incentive to spend my money, like prizes. However, it looked like fun and a good game night, date night idea. read more

Bingo beer is a catch all when it comes to food and fun. I decided to treat my family to dinner and landed on Bingo Beer. The kiddos loved the game selection and we loved the beer. We prefer a little of everything but the clear front runner of our meal were the wings! I got boneless buffalo wings and my husband snagged the Korean wings which were tasty and crispy- so good! They do add a 20% gratitude to the bill and they let you know that up front which is always appreciated. Our server started out strong but neglected to ever give me a bill. I had to chase down another server with my credit card to get the bill paid. This facility does have a private parking lot you can park in which is nice. Parking in Scott's addition can be challenging. This venue does transition into a more dance party atmosphere on the weekends. After 8 pm they bring in a DJ and check ID's. read more

Bingo Beer is a fun place to hang out; they have food, drinks, arcade style games, and an outdoor patio. The inside can get loud, but the patio is great - it is inviting and doesn't feel cramped. There are decorative plants and high walls for privacy from the street. There are plenty of umbrellas for shade and fans running when the weather is warm. We did have trouble getting a server to stop by our table, so I placed my food order at the bar, which is located right inside. The food did come out relatively quickly after ordering. My partner and I shared an appetizer with a sampler of dips, which were all delicious. When we were there, the venue was hosting "drag bingo" on the patio, which was a lot of fun. I appreciate locations that are LGBTQ+ friendly, so that was a plus. read more

We were so disappointed when we saw another table receive service and water before us even though we were sat before them by a host. We still continued to sit there watching the two servers walk around us but not greet us. We got up and left after about 25 mins. Not the safest looking area for parking and safety too. Shame as we had food and drinks we were ready to order and provide patronage and we were first time visitors from the children's museum. read more

Went with my husband and young kids. It was a great environment for what we needed. The staff was incredibly pleasant! The food and drinks were also above average. My experiences at Bingo have varied significantly over the years. Pre-pandemic, it wasn't my favorite vibe but the beers were good and the hot dogs were great. They've since transitioned their menu to be more hoagie focused, which I can appreciate too. I'd say my favorite visit was last summer when an out-of-town friend visited. We were able to sit outside, ordered delicious hoagies (I had the cheesesteak) and enjoy the late afternoon. I like their patio space way more than indoors. More recently, I was seriously scratching my head after my visit. I had ordered a flight, but apparently one of my selections had kicked (the brown ale). In its place, the server delivered a Belgian quad. I'm guessing this was because I said I'm not too keen on hoppy beers? But a quad isn't comparable, and I would've preferred the option to choose my own replacement or try a sample before committing. I was confused when he dropped it off, but I guess it was on me for not saying anything. He walked over again later as I took a sip and winced because it was too strong. I told him I didn't like it and couldn't drink it, and he smiled and walked away. I'm going to give him the benefit and assume he didn't recall that I didn't order it, but it was not ideal to purchase an item I didn't order nor drink. Just feedback for future visitors! I think someone else at the table later drank it as a shot. I also run a local chapter of a national beer group, and after my summer visit I posted some photos on the chapter's insta. Within minutes, they replicated my post entirely on their page. They did credit me, but it was odd to me that they didn't ask first or give my own post some time to simmer. I later found my photo as their main photo on one of the delivery apps, but they replaced it quickly when I asked them to. So on a granular level, they do have some pain points. It's a spot I really want to like more than I do, but I'll visit again when it's someone else's idea. Rounding up to 4 stars, but it's probably more of a 3.5 realistically. Also to note: With Covid, reservations are limited to two hours, which is reasonable. read more

Very disappointed in the management of Bingo Beer last night. Came in and asked hostess if we could sit somewhere where could watch JMU game on ESPNU (you know pretty well known local college if anyone has heard of). She said sure. The TV where she told us to go over to - waited a bit and nothing. Went back to her and she said her manager said all the TVs had to stay on the World Series. There were like 15 TVs on the world series. There were a couple TVs that had other things. I asked if I could speak to the manager and hostess said no she was back in her office. Not very customer friendly that is for sure. When I choose to go places I choose places where the management cares about their customers - so I can mark Bingo off my list. I'm sure from that management attitude they don't really care if they permanently lost a customer. We did leave. Seems the manager could have spoken to me rather then through the hostess say she wasn't doing anything. read more

It was a cool place and some arcade games here. Definitely pretty loud, we got lucky with 3 seats at the bar. We ordered a flight of 4. They were out of 3 of their beers for a tap of 10. This is more of a bar scene vs a brewery vibe. Large indoor and outdoor seating areas with loud music. They had a food menu and we opted to order the Honey BBQ wings which were really good. Very flavorful. Flight of 4: Bingo Lager - this was okay, not super flavorful and really light. Not really my favorite, it was probably more of a basic Lager. Free Space - even though this was a hazy ipa, it was just a tad too hoppy for me. I am, of course, not usually of fan of IPAs so others may enjoy this. Patio Vibes - this was also alright, but also a pretty basic. It is light and easy to drink though. Potter's Farmhouse Dry Cider - maybe the best out of the 4. It kind of tastes like the woodchuck cider, the granny Smith one I believe. I liked that it wasn't really all too sweet. Overall not my favorite place of the breweries I visited but their food is good and it's cool thay they had an arcade. read more

If you have ever been to Dave & Buster's, this place is a lot like it. They offer food and drinks and have multiple arcade games for entertainment. We went here on a Sunday night and it was relatively busy but was not packed to where we had to wait for a table. We were greeted immediately and sat which was really nice. However, it did take a little while before a server came over, and even acknowledged that we were there. We stated our meal off with the LOADED MOZZARELLA PLANKS which looked good, however were very deceiving. The server brought them out and I expected them to be piping hot, however they were warm as if they had been sitting for a a few minutes. The size of the sticks were good, however the dish itself was very salty! I'm not sure if it was the sauce or the breading on the sticks, but it there was no fighting over over who got the last pieces. Our server once again disappeared for a very long time before he reappeared to take out order. I was very disappointed when he told me the one thing I wanted on the menu, the Bingo Beef n Mutz Sanwich, was not available. We opted reluctantly to get the Chicken parmesan sub, which, of course we were highly disappointed with. If you take a look at the pictures, you can see it was more bread than chicken. There were two small pieces of chicken tenders on the sandwich, not a lot of sauce, and piled high with arugula. The chicken itself was cooked great and so were the french fries. However, I would not order this again or recommend it. We also ordered the Italian submarine sandwich, which was a good size sandwich and easily could be shared by two people however, it was a typical sub sandwich like you could get any regular deli. If I ever were to go back to this place, I would, however order the Jumbo chicken wings. The wings were cooked perfectly. We ordered buffalo style and they were juicy with just the right amount of heat on them. We had a hard time getting refills on our drinks the entire time. read more

Had a good time with some friends tonight but oddly enough instead of seeing two individual charges for a beer and tater mug, I see two charges of $20 each. I have a text receipt for the beer which with 20% tip came to $9 and no text receipt for the tater mug, not the $40 I see on my card. I've left a voicemail and hope someone will talk with me about this. I don't usually see this with a brewery. 12/5/22: I am please to see that there has been improvement since my last review. Staff now do point out that your check does include 20% tip if you're in a group. So good to remind customer!
