I'm not sure exactly what to think. The word that comes to mind is chaos. I don't like how it's set up as I feel a kid could easily wander out. The police showed up at one point and a child was taken out on a stretcher at another. It smells like feet and the massage chairs constantly beep. The kids had fun regardless. read more

My 3 year old loves this place. There was an incident with an older child in the toddler area, which the staff rectified immediately. My 3.5 year old loves this place so much that I decided to get is a membership. We got the $24.99 a month membership and you can jump for 90 minutes. They require that you wear frilly socks and they have them for purchase at $3 a pair which isn't bad. I highly recommend you sign the waiver online before you come each time or prepare to wait in a super long line. Tables are limited so if you want one come when they open. The only issue I have with this place is that older kids run around playing tag and acting unruly and the people that work there say absolutely nothing to them. They need to divide the sections by age or a smaller child can get seriously injured. read more

The place was definitely so nice and clean but the worker who helped us check in was so rude. She spoke to us in a rude tone and failed to be polite AT ANY TIME. 5/29/21: We went for a birthday & ordered our tickets online. We signed the waivers there as well. When we got to the door around 4:55 pm, the young man said that they were to capacity until 6:30 pm. We bought our tickets already, so he let us passed. When I tell you it was COMPLETE CHAOS from the door, I'm not kidding. I've never been here before, so I didn't know what to expect. Had I know they would allow a million people in there, I would've never agreed to go. They had all these signs about social distancing & mask wearing, BUT they didn't enforce it. Why allow that many people in there knowing there's no way to social distance? Many, many people weren't wearing masks either. All I could think about was catching Covid. I was ready to go from the door. I didn't see a single soul cleaning or wiping anything down. Not tables. Not counters. Nothing! Our jump time was 5:00-6:00 pm & I let my kids jump for awhile. We did not stay the entire time. It was just too much going on for me. My 11 yr old even wanted to leave & he loves places like this. The snack area was disorganized. No one social distanced & people were cutting the line. There weren't enough tables available for the million people they allowed in. They had lockers & games to play if you're into that. I came here a few weeks ago with my grandson who was turning eleven. I pretty sure this a great place during the day however night time was horrible. The young men working were more interested in the younger women there than doing their job! I never got to see a manager not sure if that would have made a difference, if I can help it I would never revisit this location again!!! read more

I'm just going to say this first, my kids had a BLAST! They jumped until their hearts were content. The toddler area was OK, expect there were parents jumping all over the place and making my one year old fall, constantly. The open area was packed and there were SO many kids/parents not wearing a mask... Yikes. I also noticed that the staff were not properly wearing a mask themselves. I didn't get an explanation on how the park worked- so we were just left in the dark. It was our first time, and we were clueless. An explanation would have been nice. I don't think we will return, due to the lack of covid procedure that don't seem to be in place at this facility. read more

My child was chased and attacked by a group of bigger boys. Their parents were not watching them. Staff was nowhere to be found. I intervened. I was told a manager was not there. I tried calling the location and was cussed at and hung up on multiple times. I was then told this franchise was in multiple lawsuits. The corporate does not recognize this location. Their waiver is different than other locations and this happens often. WTF is going on here??? Can't get a call back from corporate or franchise!!! read more

This place has completely lost its charm. The cashiers were actually very nice and I appreciated their customer service. The rest of the staff would just talk to their friends that were visiting or other staff. No one was ACTUALLY monitoring any of the courts except maybe the basketball court and foam pit. God forbid a child snaps their leg on main court, cause there won't be any staff there to respond lmao. I used to come here almost every Saturday for Glow Night back when Will and Luke were the managers of this establishment. Court Monitors were at every station making sure no one was getting injured or being unsafe. Now it seems like all of the court monitors are up front talking with other staff or monitoring people coming and going from the building. Not a single Court Monitor on the Main Court or the Dodgeball Court. One of the issues with dodgeball was the fact there was absolutely NO ONE reffing the game. Kids were getting hit left and right with not a single person actually going out. This was obviously slightly annoying, but my main issue is watching seniors in high school throw balls at 7 year olds with max power. Like are we forreal? Have some self awareness. These kids think it's fun that an older kid is playing with them until they actually get hit in the face, then the party's over. These were the same kids that seemed to be best friends with the court monitors up at the front, so I'm honestly not surprised. Why even have a dodgeball court if no one is ACTUALLY playing dodgeball. *THIS IS HOW CHILDREN GET INJURED BTW* It's very clear that without Will and Luke in charge of this place, Skyzone is going to continue to get worse. It's almost kind of smart how they make you sign a waive, so if some giant high schooler lands on your kids skull it's not their fault cause you signed a waiver. Not a single redeeming quality about this place anymore. Hoping this review reaches someone who cares so you guys can make some changes. I really miss coming here as often as I did. read more

This place needs to renamed from Sky Zone to Germ Zone Want to catch COVID-19, or some other bug? Look no further, because this is your destination. Hundreds of screaming snot nosed children face planting on trampolines and running around without shoes on, Then you have the Big Kids/ Adults sweating their asses off on everything. I saw one kid vomit on a table in a birthday party room and it was cleaned with only napkins. The only way to disinfect this place is to burn it to the ground. I've been to three trampoline parks. This was the worst for crowd control and lay out. The walkways are jammed with people creating a fire hazard. It's also tough to keep an eye on your kids with all these people. There are tvs that show the rules and referees to make sure that they are followed, but everybody just goes wherever they want to. This makes it hard for people to jump safely. My kid kicked a toddler in the face when she ran across her trampoline. An adult knocked my kid off the trampoline when she just felt like she wanted to jump from end to end and onto my kid's trampoline where she was minding her own business. There was a toddler in the foam pit who was just bouncing - not taking turns- so nobody could use that trampoline. I won't be back to this park. There are some cool things about it, but the bad outweighs the good. For instance, the guy ref'ing the dodgeball game in area #1 was on point and kept things very orderly. read more

Visiting from NYC, this was by far "the most" fun in RVA. I felt like a kid again, free jumping while working my abs. I went from section to section. Ball pit, dodge ball and free jumping. You have to jump one person on a trampoline at a time. It wasn't too crowded for a Saturday afternoon. The price was reasonable, $14 for an hour pp. You receive complimentary socks that are must for the jump area. Get to hoppin! read more

PARTY FAIL TLDR: Party is a disaster, Manager on site says meh, will comp soda package, 5% off total, and upper management will call to discuss further. Still waiting to discuss with upper management, discount promised not provided. My daughter has loved jumping here in the past, so this year she wanted to have her birthday party here. NEVER AGAIN. Here's the highlights of what went wrong: Party Host not only did not show up to work, but work was unaware of his absence. Substitute party host was not provided until 15 minutes after the party was supposed to begin. We arrived 30 minutes prior to the party start time, so they had over 30 minutes to get it figured out and start on time, but they didn't. Substitute party host showed us to the private jump area (I had to remind them we were supposed to have private jump time), then left. We reminded them multiple times we ordered 2 extra pizzas. They still forgot and had to scramble to get us them. Their soda fountain broke, and no alternatives were provided. We ran out of plates and forks, and as our party person had disappeared (again), I had to search through the cabinets to find more. Due to the pizza mess, we didn't have time to open gifts before parents arrived to pick up their children. When we asked to talk to the manager before we paid as we had numerous complaints about how everything was handled, he said the most he could offer was to waive the cost of our drinks and take 5 percent off. I told him we felt that was unsatisfactory, but if that was all he could do, to do it for today and have upper management call us the next day. He said yes, we paid and left expecting the phone call. We get home and notice our receipt does not reflect any discount at all, neither the soda was comped nor was the five percent taken off. Management calls late the next day, I do not answer because we are in the middle of dinner. I return her call the next morning, she can not take my call because she has to go to a meeting, but promises she will return my call. I have not gotten a call back. read more

My husband and I both take skyfit classes here and they are wonderful. Our instructor Tee actually makes working out fun, and I even look forward to the fitness classes. The classes are reasonably priced, and not too big. And the classes are really made for all fitness levels. My only complain with skyzone are kids at the front desk, they aren't knowledgeable about any of the programs offered and they tend to stand around even when there is a line to check in. I rate the park as really good. As compared to a few other trampoline parks I have taken the kids to, it is a 7 for size and space. The staff here are awesome. Honestly I would have left if it wasn't for the staff. So there is a bunch of paper work and or filling in on the computer for every person that is with you. I didn't bring the kids out to feel like I was at work. But again the staff is awesome. I give the staff a 10. They walked me thru a few things and made it easier and also they hooked me up a little bit. The prices are a little bit high but other than that it's not bad. Keeps the kids busy. Had the WORST experience today. Brought my children and their cousins to the Midlothian Sky Zone and had to leave before their time was up due to some teenagers wailing the ball in the dodge ball ring. My daughter played for one round and had to sit out for the remainder of the time after getting pelted in the leg by one of the boys. The Sky Zone employees refused to say anything and suggested that she just simply not play anymore. The balls were not the traditional foam balls used by schools to play safely. Instead they were made of rubber similar to a kickball. She now has a huge bruise. Absolutely disgusted. read more

We have gone to this location many times over the years for birthday parties. Today my 6 year old attend a birthday party and was left crying, feeling left out, and made to feel bad for being tall by the staff. The entire birthday party kids were playing in the climbing structure and when my son tried to enter he was told he was 1/2 an inch to tall to enter. I tried to have him play elsewhere but all the kids from the party were playing in there and he was all alone. I tried asking the worker if he could join them and she said "no." I then watched as she allowed another child the same height as my child enter to play. I decided to ask the manager to make a 1 time exception so he could join his friends and the manager said "yes." Less than 5 minutes later a worker goes up and pulls him out saying he is to tall and there were complaints. I asked if the complaints were about him since he had just entered and was playing with his friends and I had been watching the entire time. She said they were not about him but that he could not play due to his height. Mind you he is 1/2 an inch over the line and the same age as his friends. He began crying again. When I asked the manager what had changed I was brushed off and told that he could not go in there. It was very confusing since we had just been told he could. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to and the staff were incredibly rude and refused to give me any names or numbers to file a complaint. For an establishment that is for young kids to have fun it was awful to see them exclude a child for being 1/2 an inch to tall and to flip flop on their decisions so quickly. Highly disappointed. I watched as staff stood around on their cell phones drinking Starbucks and not watching the jumping areas for safety. I am very disappointed in Skyzone, the management, and the staff. read more

Before checking in, fill out the electronic waiver located on the computers on the wall. Check in and get your provided skyzone bright orange socks with traction. Apply the sticker that has your block time. Get briefed on the rule and get the little circle sticker. Pick where you want to jump. The main jump area is located to the right. It's separated into four sections A-D. A for toddlers to D for the big kids and those at heart. The central area has the sky slam to fulfill your Air Jordan fantasies. Behind there area two areas for Dodgeball. The last area to the left has five lanes to trampoline into a foam pit. No outside food or drink allowed. They have a basic selection of snacks, pizza, etc. They actually have Starbucks coffee (k cups though). There a parents zone for a bit of serenity. They do offer rooms for birthdays. Recommended as an alternative to Jumpology. read more

When you arrive you are directed to complete their electronic liability waivers..you need one for each person in your party and they are located on the computers on the wall opposite where you check in. At check-in, and after you pay and receive a sticker that tells you your times of play, each person in your party gets a pair of traction socks..as no shoes are allowed in the trampoline areas..high fashion?.wearable anywhere else but here?..nope!..well maybe around the house. After you've done all the above, you can head to any of the marked areas. The main jump area is located to the right and has designated sections depending on your age, toddler to adult. To the left, curved walls where you run, jump and pull yourself up..think American Ninja! The elevated central area has the sky slam where you can dunk until your heart is content on nets with different heights. The area in the far back is where competition is the show..the dodgeball courts! Here is where survival is key..where those less agile are picked off one by one..yeah..its a real blast to play and more so to watch. Five Minutes Here and Already Regretting It. We've been here a few times before and always had a good time. But things have changed ... and changed for the worse. The goal of this place to to extract maximum cash and provide minimum play from anyone attending. First, the prices are getting too high ... $20 to play for an hour. And then the cashier added two t-shirts to my bill at $5 each without even asking me about it. I should have said something, but I just let it pass, but now I'm stewing about it. We got the stick-on tickets about 7:45 pm and by 7:55 pm my son and his friend were ready to start jumping. But one of the workers told them to go sit down until 8 PM since they only bought an hour. When they came back and told me this, that killing any chance of us coming here ever again. On top of the t-shirts and their precious view of stealing a few minutes of play time, the place was absolutely filthy. I saw workers walk right over spilled drinks and trash on the flood, even while kids in socks where running through it. I don't know what they hope to accomplish with this new business model, but it certainly isn't going to result in repeat customers. At least not this one. read more

Adults and kids run freely and as a parent it is really hard to contain and keep a good line of vision on your kids at all times. There are multiple fun things todo right at the front door which is not staffed by anyone and I watched several kids enter and exit unaccompanied. Last week, my son and I wanted to go to a trampoline park. Rather than drive all the way over to Jumpology, we decided to try out Sky Zone. Upon arrival, you must head to the computers (to your right), and fill out a waiver. I'm assuming that once you've done this, you can just head straight to the desk on future visits. For an hour of jumping, it is $14. Regardless if you are a child or an adult. The only time there is a pricing break for kids, is from 3-4 on Tues and Wed. This is their "toddler time", and it's only for kids 5 and under. After you pay, they give you a pair of their socks, which have rubber grips on the bottom so you don't slip. They also give you an orange sticker, to put on your shirt, with your jump time on it. They have a lot of space inside. Within the space, there are several different trampoline areas. All of which can be used for dodgeball as well. They also have a large foam pit to jump into. If you'd like to play dodgeball, you have to listen to a safety speech from one of their employees. They stand by themselves (right before the courts) with blue stickers to put on your orange sticker, once you've heard it. They also have a snack bar, which includes dipping dots ice cream. I can't remember what else they had, because we didn't get anything to eat on our visit. All in all, we had a good time. Whether you should go to Jumpology or Sky Zone, depends on what you want at the trampoline park. Sky Zone has more amenities, but it also costs more. Jumpology is cheaper, but it can be far for some (for me it is). If you want a good time, with more amenities, go to Sky Zone. If you want to have a lot of fun, but don't care about the extras, then go to Jumpology. Of course this is just my opinion, so try them both out and see which one you like best. read more

My son and his friends (ages 11-12) enjoyed spending their energy and having fun here. They jumped for 90 mins and they wanted to return so we signed up for the membership. We have been getting the boys together once a week here. They look forward to it every time! The staff is friendly enough and if they can't help they will find someone that will.
