Here is the scoop. If you have kids, you've probably visited a chuck E cheese (CEC) or two in your time. In most cases, CEC looks like downtown Beirut as if a grenade hit the salad bar, a few of the arcades are out of commission and a few people lost control in the bathrooms. The management usually doesn't care and these places lose credibility and become ghetto handouts for lower class families. HOWEVER, this CEC is the exception. This place is awesome! The people who leave such bad and critical reviews here need to get out more and maybe visit some of the other gross Chuck E. Cheese locations. They are probably the parents that I always see here that can't go a few hours without beer and need to sit and drink while ignoring their kids, this isn't a day care. I have been coming here with friends and family for 12 plus years and it is always a huge hit. The management and staff are always attentive and friendly, people saying that they hang around and talk and text need to chill, they are kids not doctors and nurses and they aren't having that much fun that they are oblivious to their work. This place is almost perfectly clean and everything's always working or fixed really fast. The pizza is my favorite pizza of any food place even, if I want pizza I come here over Costco even. The food even when busy comes out within 10 minutes or so, unless a mistake happens which that's life sometimes then yeah people need to not get so snobby and pissy over it like they are better than everyone else, we have never had an issue here and this will always be our go to fun place to eat and play! read more

SUPER clean for a saturday. Everything was great here, including the food. We got the $19.99 special which includes one large pizza 2 drinks and 25 free tokens. Really good deal for the kids and parents who want good ac in this cali heatwave weather. The manager was really nice also. She gave me a discount without having the coupon for it at hand for their salad bar. As for the minus two stars, I know they tend to hire younger workers here but how about a little respect? Especially in front of our kids. We're cashing in our tickets when the worker who's "helping" us gives me an attitude. At first I thought it was just my imagination making more out of the situation but finally realized in fact it wasn't just me. As I walked away she tells her co-worker "what's up with people being so moody today" with a stupid smirk on her face and then glances at me with her raccoon unblended eyeliner and fake eye contacts. And I can go on about her clown appearance- red blush and jacked up high lights...LOL. But that would be me stooping down to her level. And no, I was not being a jerk to her in anyway in person. I was tempted to do a 4 but I'll give them a 5. I take my kids here at least once every month. The variety of games is very good and the price is great at 20 cents per token/game. I wish the top shelf prizes were better but oh well. The pizza is marginal and they serve Pepsi products instead of Coke. OK, I just talked myself back into a 4 star review. Man, theses kid employees are texting all over. When they collect your tickets for your prize, they are texting next to the calculator. When you are needing assistance, you can find them, you guessed it, texting. Even when we were leaving, the girl barely lifted her head to check our stamp, then went straight back to texting next to the radio. I was panicking this morning because I had nothing planned for my daughters 8th bday. Called this location and they made it happen. Manager and staff were so accommodating!!! Came for a birthday party and it was what I expected. Workers were nice but young and not super attentive to detail. The games were fun because we came early on a weekend and did not have to wait really long to play anything. The one frustrating thing was that my son didn't get tickets from a machine or two because they were out. Wish that would have worked better. Pizza was whaterver. read more

This is one of the cleanest CEC's I've ever been to and the fact that there isn't a grip of people all the time is a plus. They seem to have revamped the place and the food recently and its pretty decent for CEC. Pizza is better now and as long as you take your coupons its not too pricey either. We were out of town visiting family so this isn't our Home town Chuck E Cheese.. I read a previous poor review about the pizza and don't agree. This place is ran and the tables are fine. Yeah I've had better pizza, but my kids had a great time as usual and can't tell the difference. If you want gourmet pizza don't go to Chuck E Cheese. Overall it's great. read more

We had our daughters birthday party here & it was by far the easiest party I've ever done!! Our party host Ivette was the best!! She was extremely helpful without being pushy like a lot of other places can be! Food was served promptly & was good! Overall everyone had a great time! Have taken the kids to this one a few times now and have always had a good time. The employees are polite and very generous. My two sons didn't have enough tickets for the toys they wanted (they were short by 25) but the young woman employee hooked them up anyway which made their day. Chuck E doesn't come out to dance and throw tickets much, which is disappointing. The games are new and different from other restaurants which is cool. Cleaner than many of the CEC I've been to. It wasn't busy and the folks seem to be nice. Restroom is well kept. Food was the same as other CEC. They now have tater tots which we all love. U wish they had the smaller basketball for smaller kids. Overall the area where it is at has plenty of parking. read more

Took my two boys here today by myself while I'm extremely pregnant with twins. The manager ARICELI was so calm with all she was dealing with (virtually no help) and she was kind to me and understanding when I spilled not one drink but two! She was nice to my kids and had a great positive attitude. I think this speaks greatly for chuckee cheese and the company to have an manager that carries herself with a smile and positive attitude. Visited this location today since I was in the area and was craving Chuck e Cheese pizza. I was really disappointed! I ordered a pizza with cheesy bread and an order of wings. The pizza had no flavor it hardly had any cheese it was mostly sauce. The cheesy bread also was not cheesy at all. It was mostly bread and it was really dry and hard to eat. Cheesy bread is usually nice and soft because of all the cheese so it explains why this one was hard and dry! The wings looked like they came from a pigeon.. Lol. They were tiny! I have been to other locations and the food has not been like this! This quality of food at this location is definitely not worth the drive for me! Will not visit this location again!! read more

I had my daughter's 7th birthday party here this past Saturday, September 10. Can I just say the staff at this location is amazing? Kudos to Monica and Sandra for making my daughter's day special. Everything went smoothly for the adults and the kids had a blast! This location is very well maintained...it was clean and all of the machines were working. Best of all, the price is right for a party. Of all the places I researched, Chuck E Cheese was by far the best value for what you get. The food is what you would expect - kid friendly - but it was fresh, hot, tasted good, and was delivered on-time. The machines were all working and the kids had so much fun running around the place...I love how the entrance/exit is guarded so kids can't get out without the matching number of the adult they came in with...It makes it easier to have a birthday party and the parents can feel good about just dropping their kids off. My son will be 6 in April and guess where he wants to have his party? Thanks again! read more
