We had such a great experience at Lucky Strike! The service was awesome, the atmosphere was fun, and the overall vibe was perfect for the whole family. My son especially loved it! One of the biggest challenges we've had at other bowling alleys is finding bowling shoes in his size, so it was a huge plus that Lucky Strike had shoes that fit him. He also had a blast using the bumpers and loved watching the scoreboard animations whenever we scored. Those little touches made the experience so much more fun for him! The food and drinks were good, and we really appreciated that they had a kids' menu. It made everything so much easier when bowling with a child. We'll definitely be back! What really stood out to us was how kid-friendly and easy the whole experience was. Had a great time bowling with friends. We had a 5 year old with us and they were able to get us setup with the perfect bowling shoes for them, got the bumpers setup (i had forgotten those would be needed), and even got us the little dino ramp for the 5 year old to use to bowl. This place is so bad. I came here with a group of 8 so we played on two different lanes. We were playing the "unlimited" bowling but the lanes kept breaking and we had to wait for an attendee every 20-30 minutes. It was kind of a vibe killer waiting around when we wanted to keep playing. Pretty ridiculous. The extra was for the music and the music videos on screen (eventhough the one closest to our lane was down) The drinks are not good either. read more

Came here for a fun family day out. You can tell they're in the process of renovating, which is nice to see, but there are still areas that feel dated and could use more attention especially the bathrooms. The bowling lanes were also a bit slow to reset, and the scoring system glitched a few times, which threw off the scores during our games. I came here the day before my birthday to use my brand-new bowling ball. It was only a couple of hours old and my first bowling ball ever. I wanted to try it out before coming back the next day for my birthday. On the very last throw of my first game, my brand-new ball came back through the ball return with a large chunk missing near the finger hole. The damage was clearly caused by their machine. I showed the staff my receipt proving the ball had been purchased earlier that day. Zayn told me he had never seen damage like that happen to a brand-new ball and said they would give it to the pro shop technician the next day. He also told me I would most likely be getting a replacement ball. The next day I returned and spoke with the pro shop technician, who told me he was just going to repair it. I questioned why a ball that wasn't even a day old and had only been used for one game would be repaired instead of replaced. I then spoke with Zayn again, who said he would check with another manager. I never got her name, but she had purple hair. According to Zayn, she said that if the ball was repairable, they would not replace it. I tried speaking with her directly but got the same answer repeated with no willingness to take responsibility for damage caused by their own equipment. I bought this ball for $260 as a birthday gift to myself and got exactly one game out of it before their machine damaged it. For a place that charges what Lucky Strike charges, I expected them to stand behind their equipment and make things right when it damages a customer's property. Instead, I was told they would simply patch up a brand-new ball that their machine broke. read more

Came bowling with my cousins and had a really uncomfortable experience. One of my cousins is under 21 and was not drinking at all, while the person I was drinking with is over 21. We respected all the rules, yet we kept getting stared at and watched the entire time. Workers continuously walked past our lane, and at one point two employees stood near our lane talking while clearly watching us. It felt excessive and honestly made us uncomfortable. We came here to have a good time, not feel singled out when we weren't doing anything wrong. read more

Our experience started off good, but it ended very badly. My wife, my two sons, and I were playing five games together as a family. We were in the middle of our last game and almost finished -- about 15 minutes away from being done -- when an employee came up and told us we had to immediately move to a different lane so they could clean ours before tournament players arrived to practice. I calmly explained that we were almost done and would be leaving shortly. Instead of being understanding, the employee was rude, demanding, and completely disrespectful. The way he spoke to us was unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It also felt like this place prioritizes regulars and tournament players over new customers. As a family just trying to enjoy our time together, we did not feel valued at all. Paying customers should not be treated like an inconvenience, especially when they are almost finished with their game. What started as a nice family outing turned into a very negative experience. Because of how we were treated, we will not be coming back. read more
