The service and the staff here are pretty cool. The girl who help my mom yesterday is why I gave them such a high review she was helpful and nice thanks we had kinda of a big order she and family and she was patient with us lol Thanks for that amd the rewards guy was cool too the only thing I would say needs improvement is the pizza and game selection but still fun and dope they got some baby rides which is awesome read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Kids saved up allowance to come play, and someone stole all of their coins while we were in the bathroom. Staff completely unhelpful. Had to leave! Never again! read more

Stuffed Pepperoni pizza is killer here. Kids had fun. Salad bar is mediocre at best, they should extend the selection of greens and vegetables. The arcades stole at least 12 coins from malfunction, the lines were long to ask for those back. Understaffed for sure... the employees were really friendly and working hard. Tried taking my kiddo on 2 different times while visiting family in Northridge. Both were on a Saturday morning about 1030. Wall to wall people, kids, screaming. This mom of a birthday child was going around shouting "ANTHONY'S BIRTHDAY PARTY COME TO THE BACK!" Yeah, lady, you were so obnoxious. There for ten min and we walked out, miserable experience. Ehh this place is what it is, do I like it? Mehh.. will I be back? probably, because my kids love it.. lol Here's the run down; It's Chuck E Cheese people, when you find yourself with nothing to do on the weekends with the kids or if the weather outside isn't right for the park this is a good alternative. I personally have been here on a weekday afternoon and have been quite pleased with the experience, no crowd= less noise/mess and more free space. Weekends are ALWAYS busy, so busy that finding a place to sit is like war and good luck finding your kids if they happen to venture off. Parking is a nightmare but they do provide a complimentary valet so that's cool. I probably will drive out to Burbank next time though because the crowd here is GHETTO, I've seen grown ups push kids without a care (not mine) curse in front of them and not wait their turn for rides or games, I mean seriously? I've seen other "mommy's" cut in front of kiddos waiting in line without their mommy and just wow, ridiculous. I guess this place isn't responsible for that though so.. on to the food. Just yuck lol I mean the kids like the pizza but my honey and I ordered the buffalo wings and EWWWW!! We literally stopped after the first one. The tables are immediately cleaned after each party leaves so that's cool, bathrooms were fine and games were all working so no complaints there. Staff is cool, especially considering the fact that they work with kids all day and some aren't so nice, lol I've seen kids punch and kick poor Chucky and he handled it like a pro. I like the little show they do with the kids, it's cute and they even throw out free tickets. They do have the AC at FREEZING the entire time for obvious reasons but we all left sick, my babies had runny noses and coughs (went away the next day) and me and my honey are still sick from it.I guess there's not much they can do about that though since the kids are running around and there are so many bodies, I can totally see why they do it but its FREEZING in there. We recently went back to this place and went in the morning. That's definitely the best time to go - there are either no kids or just 1 or 2. The staff is friendly and helpful, and have nothing to do but test the machines and help you if the machines don't work. We were there from about 10:30 to 12 and only 2 other kids came in. read more

Dirty bathrooms - I mean absolutely filthy!!! No milk or iced tea. And our pizza came out completely wrong three times. After over an hour of waiting the third time we got a partial refund of our pizza. Partial?!?! On the whole one of the worst experiences out at a supposedly kid friendly place ever! read more

Decided to take my son here to celebrate his 10th birthday, so glad we did. Had a great time! The staff were so kind & helpful with whatever we needed. The pizza was so good, love the new crust!! This establishment was also very clean, including the restrooms. We will definitely be coming back more often. I would much rather go back to this location than going to the one in Sun Valley which is closer to me. read more

This was the first chuck e cheese i ever was brought to when i was a kid n it was awesome.....coming here as an adult, its still awesome....food was good, games for kids AND adults was fun, but no pitchers of beer, really!?!? OK, it's a Chuck E Cheese--and if you know what that is, you won't be disappointed. For grownups, it's the usual: acceptable (but overpriced) pizza, pretty good (but overpriced) chicken wings, and in this location, as the other reviewer says, beer and wine (also overpriced, and fine if you like the choice of Miller or Miller Lite). Since the food you're getting is pizza and cheap beer, though, it isn't that pricey in the end: we were five kids and seven adults, and the whole thing cost $160 including party chum. For kids, though, the place is heaven, especially for a birthday party. My eight-year-old son had a ball: pizza, music, noise, games (a good selection, though the carnival games suck in kids for fairly worthless "tickets"), a cake (surprisingly good and not overpriced), and he got to meet Chuck. They apparently have changed over from machines that take tokens to ones using some sort of "play pass." When they did this, they removed a fair number of the games they had before, many of which seemed to have been better games than the new ones. If that weren't enough, a few of these new ones don't seem to work right (so you don't receive tickets you're supposed to get) or they are a timed game that cheats you by giving you so little time that you are VERY unlikely to win any tickets. Also, some machines give you differing amounts of tickets for the same score from one session to the next. And the people who are working here seem to be quite scarce compared to when we've come here in the past--so when you have one of these frequently-occurring problems with the machines, you can't get some fix or compensation.VERY disappointing--a rip-off! read more

I see everyone keeps complaining about SELF issues. The place was too hot but then it was too cold, sounds like it's something that YOUR body is dealing with. This place isn't Ghetto but sometimes the people are. Other than that, this Chuck E Cheese is a great spot to take your family. I had my sons Birthday Party here yesterday at 4 and let me say, I am EXTREMLY happy with the service. Our Server Karina was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Some of my family members came late and they were about to start the Chuck E show and thanks to Karina, she made sure we still had a show PLUS made it available for us to still sing my son the Happy Birthday song with Chucky when everyone finally had arrived. She had a smile on her face every time, laughed with us and was a complete joy. I loved her a lot, she made sure we were well taken care of and I was very appreciative with her. I even told the manager there to make sure her hard work gets acknowledged. The food was great, from the salad bar, to the wings and Pizza, and usually my family always complains how bad their food was, but this day they were actually complaining that there wasnt enough so I had to keep ordering food. As long as Karina is there I will making sure to continue having more parties and will be going there regularly. The Manager Alex was asking if we were very happy with the service many times and I told him Karina is doing a great job and making sure we are getting what we need for this party. There were two female managers though that did need to put a smile on their faces, they kinda acted like they worked at Nasa, although working at Chuck E Cheese isn't like Rocket Science, but it can be stressful, but we all have to understand in that specific type of environment, you would have a headache too. I went to multiple parties at this specific location and I was never disappointed. Each birthday party has it's own host who helps you with everything from the moment you walk in the door till the minute your party is done and even helps people pack! The rest of the staff were nice too and god bless them they have to be really patient being around screaming children all day long!!! I guess if you walk in this place with the mentality of "too many kids too much noise too filthy too this and that" you'll never enjoy yourself but try relaxing and bring back some childhood memories =) read more

For me the safety of my kids comes first! And when you come to this place you think that because they stamp you and your kids with a number that your safe. Well for the last 2 times I've been there I put them to the test, and both times they FAILED! I had my cousin walk out with me 1 1/2 year old daughter (which didn't have the same number as him) and they let them out with no problem. Mentioned that to the manager but he didn't really seem care. Completely irresponsible, and scary to know anyone can walk out with your child! So what is the stamp for? read more

Every visit that me and my family have here has been pleasant. The team of employees have always been nice, helpful, and fun. Yes sometimes it takes a little time to be helped, but patience is a virtue. Why be angry, when all they are trying to do is help you, there's no reason to. As for kid check, obviously you know they are your kids, its the thought behind it all, to prove they actually care if your children are ok or not, excuse me if that's a bad thing. Give them a break they are doing the best they can to make us happy, and if the kids are happy that's all that matters.
