I just had my daughters event there yesterday 1/27 & first time to this location. Our host was friendly and manager name Karina was super helpful. Any chuck e cheese location, I'm sure your kids will have a good time. But what made this place stand out was an issue I had with my online reservation which was about to ruin my little ones trip but talking to the manager she was able to accomadate something for us. Which I appreciated her help, she did the right thing and helped me out. I walked out as a happy customer and so did my kids. Thanks for that! read more

I brought my son to Chuck E. Cheese's for the first time today and had a wonderful time! What I loved about this particular location is that there are still some remains and spirit of the old-school Chuck E. Cheese's that I remember as a kid. The sign alone is still the old-school sign and not the new version of Chuck E. that looks NOTHING like the old one we all know. There is a separate room with games and rides for younger kids and my son LOVED it. One ride even takes your picture and prints it out free! The whole place was very clean! We got the stuffed crust pizza and it was actually wonderful! The best part is that this location still has animatronics!!! Not only that, but they're in a separate dining room like we remember when we were kids. The company recently announced that they will be starting to do away with the animatronics, which I think is a sin... so GO HERE WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!! My son adored the band! Yes, you can hear the puffing of the air... and yes they might seem a bit retro... but that's what makes the experience so unique. It's a wonderful thing that you can do together that reminds you of your childhood which you can share with your kids. Don't get me wrong... the atmosphere isn't what you remember... the darker, cooler vibe this places used to have and the amazing Pizza Time Theater with the hooves applaus board, flags, "The King" Elvis Lion and the piano playing hippo are long gone... but soon enough, animatronics will be completely extinct here... so enjoy it while you can! read more

We had another nice experience here with a lot of fun and good food. Free internet for the parents is the plus. The pizza was hot and good, was ready within 15 minutes. The manager Elva was kind and informed us about the new deals and we saved around $20. We enjoy this place as family, but also our school does a lot of fundraising events here. UGHHHHH, this place is GHETTO!! I came here to have a fun activity as I baby sat my 5 year old niece, let me tell you my ice-cold reproductive system died a little even more at this place. It's supposed to be a fun place for kids, I remember coming to Chuck E Cheese (in Granada) as a kid, but this one is wretched. The bathrooms were obscene and the parents DID NOT watch any of the children. There were toddlers jumping on moving machines that other kids were riding on, you couldn't blame them they were only 2 or whatever, but really hopping in and out of moving merry-go rounds with open hydraulics is downright dangerous. They had a motorized hummer that went up about 7-8 feet in the air and tilted in odd angles and some brat jumped on the hood and was riding on his belly and his (sister) in the car had a bitty baby that could barely hold it's head up without any help. Let me tell you I fell on my butt yesterday and it hurt me to tears and I'm only 5 feet tall so it wasn't a far fall, imagine a 7 year old falling on his head from 8 feet because their moron parents weren't watching them. Lame. This place is a reminder of what's wrong with how society takes care of their kids and dis-respects community property. read more

Never again!!! This Chuck E Cheese was a hot mess between the wall to wall rude people and the filth I was turned off. Way to many low class people for my taste. Anyway they did have free valet parking?????? the worst park of it was a child fell and split her chin open and the Mom let her continue to play with blood dripping out of her ewwww!!! read more

My son comes here at least once a week! He absolutely loves it and has a great time. We go to different chuck e cheeses and this one is different as far as how clean it is. First of all, the negative reviewers have to remember where you are. It's loud, dirty, crazy, and I usually leave with a headache. The food isn't great and most of the employes don't want to be there (can you blame them). And the toys suck. But you knew all that before you walked in. You are not coming for a spa day, your coming to make your child/children happy. We as parents endure a lot to see our kids happy! The experience today was very pleasant! Anna the store manager was very friendly. She greeted us and took our order with a smile! One of the machines got stuck and she ran (literally ran) over to fix it. 5 stars for her amazing attitude and great service, considering she is not there for her child AND she's probably only getting a little above minimum wage. On a Friday, the lunch buffet is a great idea, $3.99 for kids, $5.99 for adults... but the problem is that it was completely empty the entire time. It was a madhouse there and the more there wasn't food, the more people were waiting and waiting and gobbling up whatever little was put out. They were completely understaffed with a line almost out the door to pay, then the other with a mob of people waiting by the buffet area for food. The layout here is weird... the games are broken up into three rooms and the games aren't too amazing. The little kids room in the back left is awesome, though. My girls loved that and it has more little kids rides and a bigger jungle gym than any Chuck E Cheese in the. But, out in the main room, the games are lacking. The party room is nice and big and more secluded than other Chuck E Cheese's. I hope I went on an 'off' day though, I'd try it again. read more

I had to leave a review in the hopes that the owner sees it. I didn't come in with a child or to play, I was getting a pizza to go, so simple in and out. But from the person at the door, the cashier and manager I believe, the staff, wow! They were the nicest sweetest and helpful girls. The pizza and salad were pretty good. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. I liked the girl who checked us in and also played Chuck. The game card system was pretty cool. An hour of play time was $20. We spent $50 for a medium pizza, two drinks, one salad, and an hour of play. We were very surprised how everything went. read more

This chuck e cheese was just ok.... I felt the place was a little too big. I know they have to fit a lot of people in... but I wasn't a fan. Plus too many people means the kids had to wait to play the games they wanted to. Also - the parking was too limited we had to valet ...valet at chuck e cheese? come on now. It's Saturday shortly before 11 a.m. when we arrived at Chuck E. Cheese. We walk through the double red doors and into a kids dream. The building was practicly empty. There were less than 15 guests when we arrived. The mascot, Chuck E, was by the party room taking picture with the kids. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The staff can be seen cleaning rides and games through out the day. The food looks and smells great. All of the games were in running order. By one 1 p.m. the store was still was not crowded. If you don't by food here spend $30 on tokens and play for a few hours. It you want pizza or snacks buy a package that includes drinks and tokens. read more

This Charles E. Cheese's is small! BUT we still had fun because we came in there and did our thanggg. We took our one year old son for his birthday and it was kind of a perfect age to do that. He wasn't old enough to whine or be creeped out by the shady other customers. There was only so much he could do, but whatever, he's not going to remember it anyway. It has turned into a museum of out of date technology, which is weird for current kids but cool and vintage-y to people my age who are having kids now. And yo, they serve beer there now? That's a tragedy waiting to happen. Good luck with that, Chuck. I'm glad we went in the early afternoon, it would have been a cluster-F if it was crowded. And I'll leave ya with one last tip, if your wiener kid sucks at games and can't win enough tickets you can just straight up buy some of the prizes. I go to Chuck E Cheese for one thing, and one thing only: The Simpson's video game. Where was it? Why was I not able to beat up evil guys with a jumprope as lisa? I searched up and down the smallest Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to in my life for it with no luck. I wanted to cry. I was able to drown those tears in some a-freaking-mazing hot wings. Baked, not fried. Hot and super flavorful, but not need-3-napkins saucy. The pizza was delish enough. I think they've changed their sauce from the one I remembered. We had our twins party here on May 12, 2018 at 3p I walked in an it wasn't any madness at all it was very calm and my first thought was it's not as crazy since the next day was Mother's Day. So the guy standing by the door had only one birthday star sticker and I told him there is 2 birthday stars so I'll need another sticker. I'm surprise they didn't have this right since I booked this party atleast 3 weeks ahead of time. So he got another sticker and had me write the other twins name. After that was settled my hostess Ayana greeted me and took us to the table where everything would be setting up. She went over everything with me and corrected the unlimited game passes and put all the food orders in. She was great and was pretty flexible with moving on to the other activities that the birthday stars had to do. I was a little bummed some of guests were running late so they weren't present for the birthday show but besides all that everyone has a blast!! Pizza, sandwich plater and cake were all delicious. I avoid this chain due to the unavoidable kids' germfest -- so I am suprised to say we had an amazing time here! Everything appeared clean and well maintained, and from my observation, small children were all accompanied by an adult. We visited for a birthday party, where the food was ok, as expected. Pizza was fine, but too much soggy skin on the chicken wings. We purchased 2 salad bar plates, and were horrified by the high price ($15!), although the selection was decent. The young employee at the ticket counter was great. My 2 small kids did not have enough for 2 cotton candies, but she gave it to them anyway. A wonderful way to end the visit! read more

My little one celebrated her 2nd bday here. She loved it. The place is pretty big and gets crowded easily but it's ok. The parking is convenient given all the space you have. The manager and our party host Alex was great. Very friendly and understanding of my little girls fear of chucky cheese. & very tolerant of my wacky brother and his friends lol. Arrived on a Saturday evening, parking was terrible. Fortunately the line to get in was not long and we were able to order food promptly. I usually enjoy the salad bar however i spent most of my time waiting for the bar To be refilled. The employee for this particular service lacked enthusiasm and had no urgency to refill the empty bowls. There were numerous customers waiting for the salad bar and only one supervisor or manager made it a point to assure us we would be helped soon. All other employees just walked by looking at the customers not offering any type of positive response to refill the salad bar. Normally the employees are very enthusiastic but this location seemed to have a black cloud over their heads. read more

Bathrooms scary! Waiting in lines to order food, for the food, & at the counter to cash tickets are all horrible. Service could be a lot better. I know they're busy, but we were ignored some of the time, and we waited close to 20 or a half an hour for someone to bring us a high chair...and we saw them walk by us several times.... Pizza tasted good, I will say that, that was the best part tho. read more

My kids a great time at this Chuck E Cheese. I like to go to this location because it's clean and close to home. However, their machines keep on broken down. Like today, we experienced 3 machines that did not work. If I'm there with my kids when that happened, I would complain. Who knows how often the kids were cheated by the machine because they kept on swiping the card when it didn't work and I weren't there. So, it's best that you always be with your kids if possible. And don't rely on the stamp on your wrist when you first entered as a secured measure for your kids. I was able to walk out of this place with my nephew without his mother who did not arrived with us originally. Also, we ordered the traditional bone in chicken wings, they gave us a different style boneless chicken wings. Their pizza is still good and delicious though. read more
