Good Pizza who ever was working 04/24 @ 2:30pm on the phone made me pissed enough to make a review. TBH this place is 5/5 food, with the veggie being the most OP less grease pizza I've ever had (gain of salt) BUT the pep PIZZA or anything with fat to expand your usual experience. When I say usual I mean it's nice to not "degreesin" the food with a napkin. Apparently that's not typical after a $20 minimum per pizza. I'm writing this review as someone that likes the food but has taken their money elsewhere cause they have bad (non family) staff. Guy today on 03/24 asked me if I wanted to order pizza after I gave him the order. When he hung up, I said F**k it and a review is in order. At this point is you're seeing this, You'll be maybe be fine, maybe. If you're looking forward to eating pizzas from this place again don't be surprised if they make you feel like being locally supportive was an overextension. F**k HUT and dominos but wow make it easy to hit up, you know any of the Italian based pizzerias in SFV. I grew up eating pizza from here and we would ride our bikes half a mile to go grab pizza when we were teenagers. Does "healthy pizza" exist?!? Lol ... I caught myself saying to my boyfriend that I really really like JC's Famous Pizza cause it taste healthier! HA HA ...LET ME BE ... as I will explain my nonsense. It's not as if JC's is gluten free or super thin crust bread, I appreciate that their pizza isn't so oily and salty, in comparison to my other beloved favorites (Pizza Hut & Domino's). I also love that JC's isn't stingy on toppings (see my pic), excellent generous service, and have fantastic prices! I ordered the #10 Menu Coupons deal on the online menu listed in Yelp. I got a large pizza w/5 toppings (I ordered all veggies), 8 wings (he actually threw in maybe 10-12, couple extra wings), antipasto salad and a 2-Liter soda for ....$22.99. What a deal! Nice, generous guy at the counter gave me a can of iced tea too, cause I had mentioned that I don't drink soda. NOTE: I don't eat chicken, but my boyfriend had mentioned he'd like for the wings to be cooked a little longer and we both prefer the pizza crust a little more toasted. The person that takes the orders is not professional enough. I waited over an hour for my pizzas on April 12th and the poor delivery guy was stressed because he couldn't find my address due to the guy that took my order down took my phone number and address down incorrectly. This is not the first time it happens to me. The guy is always rude over the phone. The delivery drivers are amazing but the guy that takes orders has to go!!! I've been eating their pizza for over 20 plus years and my kids love it as well, it's just a shame that they have an unprofessional and rude guy taking orders. read more

Sadly this place has gone downhill :( They were so great pre Covid and something happened, the wings were basically salty with a side of wings.... Pizza isn't great any more. Delivery isn't an enjoyable experience, which isn't necessarily their fault but the salty food is. So sad. Oh and they add a $5 "delivery fee" on top of any fees on paper if it's more than 3 miles so add that into your tip... since they won't tell you. God Bless read more

I don't know how this place has such high ratings. First off, their food is good don't get me wrong. But their ethics and cleanliness is an issue. For my safety i will not give dates and times or share pictures here for my protection but i will on my formal compliant to the city/county. I walked in for my order and see this big heavy ass set older female named Maria over the counter. She didn't see me but i saw her. She opened up a box of pizza which i assume was for a customer, she uses her figure and picks at the box and takes a peperoni from the box, eats it then closes it. 5 min later a customer took that pizza. Public data shows that Maria is one of the owners. I will be submitting my video evidence to the county's health and safety board. Definitely a Mom and Pop shop. I've never been here on a week day and boy does it get busy. I called them last night to place an order of their 2 med 2 top pizza's ($9.99 may be be pick up only) and I was put on hold for 3 minutes. We were already headed there and by the time they got back on the line to get my order we were already in the parking lot. It's a small shop can possibly seat about 8-10 comfortably depending on how sensitive one is to personal space. When we out out of our cars I noticed their door open and about 5 other people waiting for their orders,, so as you can see it does get busy. I you want good affordable pizza come here.
