Now it maybe just pizza but something about a small non chain business the food just tastes better, like it's made with love!! Got the Rex pizza house special and the meat lovers cheese sticks and man did it bring back memories and still a solid pizza! Atmosphere is in a little corner strip mall with little parking but the service here is great as good as it gets! Now the price, especially with how expensive everything is now, but this was a deal for all this food!! Yeah it ain't no corp deals but I'd rather spend my money on mom and pop shops!! Haven't been here before but have heard good things. Im trying to support small businesses so I ordered from here for pick up thru the SLICE app. Got there and parking kinda sucks but I lucked out and found a spot as soon as I got there. You can also park on the street if needed. My pizzas were hot and ready when I arrived. Literal steam coming out the boxes. We got home and dug in. My little one gave her mushroom pizza a thumbs up. Great crust. Bready and doughy. I got mine with pepperoni and Jalapeños (which were nice and SPICY). Too spicy for me but my partner loved the spiciness. Overall, we loved the pizza. Prices are good and fair as well. Service was very friendly and attentive. If you're around Northridge or CSUN, try this pizza spot out! read more

I found out that this pizza place has been in business for 39 years. I tried their classic cheese pizza which was made to order and came out looking great! There was ample cheese and nice crust bubbles which are the best part! I thought this was a decent pizza! I thought the crust was a bit under salted and wish I would have had ranch or another dipping sauce. The owner was nice and the food was ready quick! It's a pickup place so there is nowhere to sit and it's a bit dated inside but you don't come for the ambiance. When I arrived there was plenty of parking and the shopping center was easy to get to. read more

The pizza was amazing! So fresh & light with a crispy outside and soft inside dough. A nice herb-y and tangy sauce. The pizza was well-rounded and delicious. The jalapeños gave it a great spicy kick and the people working in the shop were so kind and hospitable & gave us ranch for free! Total was $8- an unbeatable price and great quality. This is our favorite pizza spot in the valley. Their white sauce chicken pizza is incredible, a must try if you haven't been here before. They also have beef pepperoni, which is really good. Pizzas are always with fresh ingredients and you can taste it. The owner is often at the shop and he's such a nice guy, they have terrific customer service and go out of their way to make your pizza how you want it. They're open every other Sunday now, I wish it was every Sunday so it could become our staple during football season. read more

The first time I had Pizzasaurus was probably nearly 20 years ago and the name stuck with me. So when we moved, this became our go-to pizza spot. Their pizza is delicious, especially their white chicken and feta pizza. If you like feta, order it with extra mozzarella cheese - trust!! The staff is always friendly and delivery is never an issue. Even though this place isn't the closest to me, I wanted to try a new, local pizza spot and I was not disappointed! Great pizza at a great value! I ordered a large pep and a large pep/jalapeño + wings. First of all- the pizza smelled delicious on the drive home! The flavor was on point! The pizzas' slight hint of garlic wasn't overpowering but it had enough that it made the taste stand out from other pizzerias! So good and the jalapenos weren't too spicy either! The wings were smaller than expected but very good and saucy. I prefer my wings on the burnt, crispy side but these were good! I'm an advocate for our small local businesses and I really appreciated the great customer service this place provided and the fact that it (appears) to be family owned. My very first experience with Pizzasaurus Rex was just okay it was little too overcooked but the owner was able to provide me with explanations that it was to cook the meats throughly since I ordered the Rex Pizza which is full of meats of all sorts. This is the second pizza we got and it looked perfect and tasted perfect. Owner did mention to let them know not to fully cook thru if we want the pizza to look like this so there you go! read more

You guys, they have beef pepperoni! They're hidden in a mini strip mall & the parking is tricky but I've seen people park across the street to come in & pick up their food. They deliver too! That kind of thoughtfulness set the tone for the entire visit. And that's literally his philosophy whatever he'd proudly serve at home is what he serves here. That kind of integrity is rare, and you taste it in every bite. Speaking of bites the beef shawarma and chicken are chef's kiss. Every mouthful is one of those "oh wow" moments where the food just speaks for itself. And everything is baked, not greasy or heavy, which made the whole meal feel indulgent without the guilt. We also had the stuffed cheese and zaatar a dish I was told he created back in 1986 (before I was even born, hehe!). There's also a signature dish called the Diala Special, named after his daughter, which is such a thoughtful and personal touch and it's absolutely delicious too. Honestly, everything on the menu is top notch. Then there's the baklava. I love baklava, but I've had plenty of versions elsewhere that are dry or leave an unpleasant aftertaste. Not here. This one is on point perfectly moist, balanced, and so good that writing this review is genuinely making me crave another piece right now. The staff are family members, so you know the care and quality is consistent throughout. The space itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. I recently tried Dinosaur Pizza and I have to say, it's easily one of the best pizza places I've ever had the pleasure of ordering from. The pizza at Pizzasaurus Rex is truly exceptional, making it a hidden gem in the Northridge Valley. Their seven-dollar medium pizza special with one topping is a fantastic deal. I'm genuinely grateful I didn't discover this place during my college years in 2001; I might have ended up much bigger due to the irresistibly good food and quality. If you are looking for a pick-up or delivery pizza joint, you can't go wrong with Pizzasaurus Rex. They primarily serve the CSUN, Northridge, Granada Hills area. Their pizza's are darn good and very reasonably priced. Good, inexpensive pizza. Take-out & delivery only. No dine-in. Pizzasaurus is a WAAAAY better option over calling up Domiblow's. Better pizza, made fresh, friendly staff. Only 3 stars because they aren't Numero Uno Granda Hills. read more
