Found out about Bad Boys Pizza through Yelp so we thought to try them out. Bad Boys Pizza is located in Sherwood Forest in a shopping plaza. There's plenty of parking available in the plaza. Once you go inside Bad Boys Pizza they greet you and welcome you. It's a small mom and pop pizza and pasta parlor. It's really neat. They lady and gentleman at the counter were very helpful and provided great customer service. We ordered their Cheese Garlic Pizza. We didn't wait long for our order and saw them grab the pizza from huge traditional pizza ovens. It was neat. Bad Boys Pizza did not disappoint. They are extremely friendly and hard-working here. The prices are very fair, the portions are generous, and everything is made to order quickly. I'm not a fan of giving a three star but it depends on taste and preference. I think the pasta was basic, pizza okay and bread was not my favorite but resembling a ciabatta. This is not an Italian restaurant. If basic is good enough then bad boys is the spot for you. read more

The only thing bad I have to say about this pizza is it isn't Chicago style. Other than that the crust is perfect, just a touch of sweet. Crispy without being a cracker. The cheese is delicious and stretchy and top quality as it's not salty at all. The sauce is the perfect blend of tangy and sweet that makes a great pizza sauce. We ordered the usual 1/2 cheese and 1/2 supreme. Sadly the supreme lacked onions but it was still delish. The service was great. I've had their sausage pizza and their cheese pizza and both are delicious. The sausage pizza is incredible. The sausages are sliced so thin, which is the way I like it. Their pizza dough feels like so when you were eating this, you don't feel greasy after you're done finishing the whole box. Their crusts are probably purchased frozen commissary fare. It definitely has a high amount of sugar and a fair amount of oil. It's baked on an aluminum screen and it's quite dry. The crust comes off as stale even though it was recently baked. The cheese isn't freshly grated straight whole milk low moisture mozzarella. The browning of the cheese indicates that it has something else in it. Based on the browning, I'd guess it's part skim mozzarella. The tomato sauce also has a lot of sugar, probably a premade sauce. There's nothing here that indicates that they're trying to do anything to distinguish themselves from every other mediocre delivery pizza place in thr world. Well-hidden pizza location I just discovered; it's been in business for 15 years! I ordered because it was close to my home and looked like a family-owned business. They did NOT disappoint! YUMMY!!
