Both times I've come to Numero Uno, the pizza was absolutely delicious. We ordered the same thing as last time: the Alfredo chicken deep dish pizza. I honestly think they have the best deep dish pizza, better than the spots in Chicago. The flavors blend so well together and as heavy as each slice is, I find myself going back for more and more until I can't stuff myself anymore. The Alfredo chicken deep dish pizza is a must order. The garlic bread is also pretty good. They give complimentary garlic bread when you dine in. Service is excellent. The workers there are kind and helpful. The restaurant has some seating but is on the smaller end. There is street parking out in front. Would highly recommend!

Last pie of the year 2025! Christmas Eve, rain coming down is a great time to pop in and see Steven serving up that delicious, secret recipe deep dish. Restaurant is always neat and tidy and rotating holiday decor keeps the mood festive! Medium Canadian bacon and mushroom - don't skip the fresh tomatoes! Bring some cards to play while you wait. Greatness doesn't happen quickly here. Before we left, we wished the staff a Merry Christmas. They were suppose to close early this eve, but the phone was still ringing and groups were still gathering for the best deep dish in SFV. Cheers! "CC"

I've not been to Numero Uno in years . It was a regular meal back in my college days. Boy am I glad my sis suggested this location. Small business owned and they nailed it! Freshly made dough, a great lunch special and super friendly service. Treat yourself.

It has been many years since I have ordered pizza from Numero Uno, tonight we decided to give it a try, a rainy day so we decided to get delivery, our pizza arrived in a good amount of time and I always order wings, upon opening the box I was immediately impressed with the way the pizza looked, and it was still very warm which is an added bonus, the pizza was really delicious, on to the wings; they were plump, well seasoned and well sauced and delicious, overall a solid meal, definitely will order again, I don't know why I stayed away for s0 long, but I'm happy to be back

We've been to Numero Uno a couple of times for dine-in, and the service has always been amazing--quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. This time, we ordered through DoorDash and got an extra-large pizza and the ravioli. As expected, the prices were a bit higher on the app, but nothing unreasonable. The pizza, as always, was fantastic! The crust is some of the best we've had, and it never disappoints. The ravioli wasn't bad, but next time, we'd probably try one of their other pastas instead. Overall, this is a solid go-to spot for great pizza, while the pasta is more on the standard side. Definitely worth a visit (or an order) if you're craving quality pizza!

This place is truly the best! The food and service are consistently amazing every single time we go. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. they always make me and my family feel so special and at home. And I have to rave about the meatballs! they are hands down my absolute favorite, and honestly, no other place even comes close. We leave happy every time and can't wait to go back!

Where is the chicken in this chicken Alfredo? Just few pieces under the cheese

The service is terrible. Ordered a pick up and it has been an hour and the food is still not ready - called the restaurant and did not get any explanation of why it's taking so long. Just that it's their normal timing. I will update the review once I get the items but honestly the entire experience is already spoiled as you shouldn't wait an hour to get your pizza. Update: the taste of pizza was not good, the "chicken Alfredo" had minimum amount of actual chicken, so the wait and quality of the food are both 1 star

Like always! The best pizza!! Does not disappoint!

Have been going to this place for years!! Still the best pizza in valley! Love it! Everything was great!

Why is it so hard to order a pizza from here? I call during business hours and maybe someone picks up or a I get a weird automated message about B test complete or some stuff and a hang up.

Our phone number is 81888311245. Some times in the evening we are busy and stop taking orders to get caught up. Other then that you should not have a problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yesterday morning (October 3rd, Saturday) I dropped my car off at a Hyundai dealership. When…read morelunchtime rolled around, I went to an Italian restaurant about a 4-minute drive away to grab lunch with my mom and one of my brothers. However, two of my brothers had to participate in a parade for a Korean festival in LA that afternoon, marching with the Korean flag (Taegeukgi). My mom absolutely had to be there to take photos and videos of them (I did it last year, but she decided to do it this year). Since my mom had gone to the dealership with me, my brother came to pick her up. Because they were so pressed for time to prepare and get to the event, there was no time we could sit and eat at the restaurant, so we ultimately decided to get our food to go. First, my mom said she only wanted some clam chowder (she decided this after the waiter listed the soups of the day and the menu). So, we ordered that for her to eat at the restaurant and asked the waiter to pack the rest of our food to go. Our waiter's name was Eddie, and he was unbelievably kind. From the moment we walked in until we left, he was incredibly friendly. My mom said the clam chowder was the absolute best she had ever had, which made me really happy to hear. After that, I ordered the Chicken Piccata to go, and my brother got a Chicken Panini. (Before ordering, I asked if the Chicken Piccata would take long; he said it would be quick, so I went with my favorite.) While we were waiting for the food, the waiter came over to our table again to let us know that the kitchen knew we were short on time and they were working really hard to get it out fast. My brother then asked how long the restaurant had been around. The waiter replied that it had been open for 35 years and had changed ownership three times, adding that people say the current, third owner is doing the best job so far. By the time I came back from the restroom, our to-go food was ready. But when we got to the car, I noticed that both of the piping-hot dishes were packed in one large bag. I went back inside to ask for an extra bag, and Eddie very graciously and quickly handed me one. He was just the kind of person who makes you feel good. He truly understands what proper customer service is, and I really want to give him a big shout-out. Also, when he first brought the bill, there was a $1.45 credit card surcharge included. I asked if he could remove it if I paid with a debit card, and he happily agreed. I handed him my debit card, asked him to take off the fee, and he brought the updated receipt right back. The atmosphere of this restaurant is great, the service is incredibly kind, and the food is delicious. It's definitely a place I want to visit again whenever I have the chance and the time. I took my to-go Chicken Piccata back to the dealership and ate it at a table there. My brother and mom ate in the car on their way to the event, so I didn't have time to take a picture of the panini.

We were on the fence if we should leave or not because it looked like they were having an important, impromptu meeting because you can see mostly everyone wearing a denim shirt in the kitchen corner. The timing for someone to ask if we wanted drinks or had questions of the menu was off putting. Once we finally had service, the food came promptly and it was delicious but it took awhile for our drinks to come because we had already finished our apps and halfway through our entrees. I have always enjoyed their happy hours here and the hours are: M-F 3-6PM, at the bar and high bar top tables. I like their garlic soup extra hot, the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta with Italian sausage, squid ink pasta with calamari and shrimp, and I don't remember which one I liked more or if I like both as well: the bolognese or the braised short rib. I'm sure you cannot go wrong trying both though. I also enjoy coming for their DineLA, so this one experience is probably just a one off.

Unfortunately, after that, the service was basically nonexistent. We sat at our table for about 20 minutes and not a single server came over to greet us, take a drink order, or even acknowledge that we were there. What made it even more frustrating was that the restaurant was extremely slow. There were literally only about three occupied tables and a couple of people sitting at the bar, so it wasn't as if they were overwhelmed with a dinner rush. After waiting long enough with zero acknowledgment, we finally decided to just get up and leave. I've eaten at North Italia before and the food has always been great, which is why this was especially disappointing. But no matter how good the food is, one really poor service experience is all it takes ruin your impression of a restaurant and make a customer not come back. Hopefully management takes situations like this seriously, because simply acknowledging and having a server to just come greet your guests should be the bare minimum.
